perfect for smoking

Made great bacon

This Pork Belly has a lot of fat - normal for Pork Belly - but it has a whole lot of fat. We cured it, smoked, and sliced it - this makes bacon. Some of the slices where okay, but some where totally fat - not meat. I gave it 2 stars, but was thinking about 3. My wife recommended 2 stars and I listened to her.

It does not look like a whole piece, and the meat and grease do not form layers,taste not good

I love that Sams Club carries pork belly at a reasonable price. It is hard to find.
