I think like it but, this is the only store I have the product and have only bought 3 of them. It seem to that I had to trim to much fat ** lard off to get something that could use ** my smoker. But figure it is what is.. .pork belly.

It was delicious, I cut it into cubes, added salt and fried them in the electrical Air fryer at 360 degres until crunch. It was a good addition to my Brazilian Troopper's Beans dish. It was great!

Wish it came sliced, only product i trust. I spice and eat like bacon. I use the fat for my diet. Great for carnivor/keto fat burner diets with no garbage by-products.

This Pork Belly has a lot of fat - normal for Pork Belly - but it has a whole lot of fat. We cured it, smoked, and sliced it - this makes bacon. Some of the slices where okay, but some where totally fat - not meat. I gave it 2 stars, but was thinking about 3. My wife recommended 2 stars and I listened to her.

Good stuff, packed good and fresh. Makes some great burnt ends.
