This is something quick to make for dinner and feel like it is something special. Taste okay for being made from Sam's club.

Was disappointed in the amount of rice and filling for each pepper. Not enough food for one person.

I stored product in freezer thawed it cooked it and served with brown rice. I did have heated spaghetti sauce on the side!

These peppers are in my cart on every visit. Super easy weeknight dinner when you’re short on time but still want something home cooked.
