I've been using these pillows for about a week and the last week has been the best sleep I've had in a while. The pillows feel soft but firm enough that my head doesn't sink into them. I have also used them when sitting up in bed as a prop behind my back and they have not squished to nothing.

The texture of the interior of the pillow I was unsure about at first but it is very comfortable. The pillow conforms to my head and neck and I haven’t woken up with neck and back pain since I switched and started using these pillows. I typically sleep with two pillows but have only needed one! The quality of the cover is wonderful- I have never had such a nice cover on a pillow before. I sleep on my back and side and have felt comfortable both ways. I’m very happy with this pillow and would recommend!

I ordered these memory foam coaling pillows by Serta because I am very picky with my pillows, and so are my kids. Upon arrival first thing I noticed was they were nice and thick, and medium firm, both a plus in my eyes! I took them out of the package and noticed they had a zipper that allowed you to wash them, second plus! The inside is chopped up memory foam pieces, not a solid slab of foam so that’s my first neutral. I was all set you use them the first night when my kids saw them… and just like that they both claimed one of them (they come in a two pack!) and have been sleeping great on them for about a week, which means I get better sleep in return, which is a win-win! They are great pillows and from a few picky pillow people, they are highly recommended!

Only one night of use but slept good with the Serra Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillow. I usually wake up a little sweaty around my neck and hairline, I did not this morning. I like the fact that no matter which way I lay the pillow forms to support my head and neck. No neck pain or stiff neck, also was able to sleep on my belly. I believe this pillow is great for every kind of sleeper.

I slept on this pillow for a week and I do not have any complaints! It is soft, cool, comfortable and lightweight! This would be great to use in a childs bedroom or for a spare bedroom! The only negative is the pillow is a standard size and I usually prefer a king size! You will not be disappointed!

Shipping was fast. I received two gel memory foam pillows. There were several pamphlets inside that told you about the pillows, how to wash/care for them, and what’s actually inside the pillows. After washing the pillows(smell of warehouse) I placed them on my bed. They are full and not too firm. I use them at night. they’re huggable pillows which have added more comfort for me while sleeping. The pillows are nice and soft. The only down side to me is the pillows not being more firm (my preference) and coming in king size. I probably would not have purchased outside of Sam’s Club

Lets start of first with liking them. I love that they are firm. I love firm pillows. When i lay down i dont want to sink into the pillows i want them to hold my head thats what these pillow do and i love them so much. They are also easy washing. Just throw the whole thing in and you are done. The one thing i dislike is it does have a smell so i had to wash it before using.

These pillows are comfortable. Cooling effect as advertised. Good quality as can be expected from a Serta product. If there were one improvement, it would be the amount of stuffing in the pillows. They are a little flat, so you need to double them up to get enough rise for a good night’s sleep. I would buy again if the price is correct.
