This pillow is soft and firm. The form makes it flexible to fold to make it firmer under your neck. The form also makes the pillow go back to its original state after sleeping on it overnight. The pillow stays cool and doesn't make you sweat. Good pillow.

These pillows are just ok. They are not super comfortable but comfortable enough. Sort of like a hotel pillow. I don’t think this would be a good fit for someone with neck issues. Although the pillow is ok, the filling seems to hold up really well! I have been sleeping with mine for about 2 weeks and the size and shape has not changed. Still plump.

This pillow is soft and just firm enough to hold its shape perfectly. It’s made of shredded memory foam and you can shape it however you like, which is nice for stomach sleepers like myself. I’m not sure if I noticed the “cooling” feature but I didn’t think the pillow got overly warm throughout the night. Overall a good and comfortable pillow.

cooled memory foam pillows, I needed this in my life! I’m the type of sleeper that sleeps in many different positions. mostly sleep on my sides but I sometimes change to face down or face up. This is comfortable whichever way I sleep. I love a cool pillow and this pillow stays cooler longer than my last pillow. Also being memory foam is a plus!!

I've been using this pillow for a little over a week now and it's a good all around pillow. I feel like it could definitely be a little fuller. However, it does seem to hold it's shape relatively well. I wasn't sure about the "cooling" aspect of this pillow. Until I noticed I wasn't constantly flipping the pillow from side to side during the night to get the cool side. Overall, I think it's a good purchase and will definitely continue to use.

I’m always searching for good quality pillows for multipurpose uses. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality, exactly what I was looking for. They plump up to full capacity after use and the memory foam worked exactly like described. I am yet to feel its cooling capacity, however, it does not matter to me too much. Full support, yet malleable so you can shape it to your liking. Highly recommend these pillows - great comfort! love these pillows.

Me and my wife have been trying the product for a week, and we both agree that the pillows are very comfortable. They keep your head cool while sleeping, and they give great support to your head. It is great that they come in a two pack, and it is also great that they are completely washable.

I usually wake up with wet hair from sweating at night. Since I bought this pillow I haven't woken up with wet hair once! I like the height of this pillow( I'm a side sleeper) but if it feels too high sometimes just give it a punch and it's perfect again!

The pillow is very comfortable, it is firm but not in the way that hurts, I prefer my pillows less firm (I would say this is medium firmness tho) . I did not notice the cooking feature however, it didn’t feel cooler than my other pillows, perhaps it’s the pillow case. I love that the memory foam gel contours to the body which makes it more comfortable than other pillows it also holds shape very well, as soon as I get up to do my bed it’s back to shape no need to fluff .

I have the worst luck with finding decent pillows. I was sent this one to test and review, and was pleasantly surprised with how well I have slept since receiving the pillow. It maintains shape and stays cool. I no longer have to pile pillows or blankets under my head in order to be comfortable.
