We really like these Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillows! They're comfortable and not too firm or hard = NO stiff necks in the morning! The memory foam used to fill them is pliable and they can be "fluffed" and easily conform to our resting heads. VERY WELL PRICED & we think are a GREAT VALUE too!!! (our dogs approve of them too!)

Absolute YES to these pillows. I bought these pillows for my 5 year old daughter's bed after we upgraded her furniture. I LOVE these pillows. They are literally heavyweight , excellent quality, she sleeps so soundly and does not wake up in a sweat. Excellent value for the price.

I am real picky on pillows. Either they make my face sweat, or my neck hurt. I especially hate the pillows that have no cushioning and makes it feel like you have your head on the yellow pages. These pillows are plush and soft, and my face rests beautifully on them. Best of all, the price is very reasonable.

I’ve tried plenty of pillows that promised the “perfect night’s sleep,” but this one actually comes close. The balance between softness and support is spot-on — it cradles the head without swallowing it whole. I didn’t wake up with a stiff neck (a rare win in the pillow world), though if you like an extra-firm feel, this might lean a little too plush for your taste. The materials feel durable and breathable, so it doesn’t trap heat like cheaper alternatives. Overall, it’s not a magical cloud from the heavens, but it’s definitely earned a permanent spot on my bed.

I was somewhat disappointed with the Serta gel memory foam cluster pillow. It is easy to plump it up, but it quickly clumps up under my head and neck causing me to wake up with a headache or sore neck. It does seem to stay relatively cool during use, but I was not impressed with overall comfort. It may work for others, but not for me.

Hmm. These pillows don’t look like the ones pictured on the cover. They are more like the “my pillow” brand. Nothing about them speaks to the “cooling” claim. And they absolutely stink. Pretty sure they were so cheap because they were mispackaged. Going to try for a refund. Yuk.

Terrible and dangerous. Crumbled flammable synthetic, smells like chemicals. Fibers shed from the pillow and go airborne. I think these pillows are a health hazard.

I would give this 0 stars if that was an option. Opened the pilllow to take out some of the filling. The pillow was filled with small pieces of plastic and styrofoam. Returned the pilllow’s immediately!

I got these pillows thinking, WOW what a good deal and who doesn't love Serta. These pillows were horrible, went flat right away. I ended throwing them in the closet and using my old pillow. The search for a good pillow continues.

I have had the Serta Cooling pillows for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I have tried without the pillowcase with a pillowcase and neither way has any cooling effect whatsoever. they are filled with cut up foam and are hard to refluff without putting in dryer. I would not recommend these pillows as they lose support , hard to maintain, and do not provide the advertised cooling effects. I am very disappointed as they are serta sleeper brand!
