For the price these are awesome pillows. The perfect balance of firm but not too firm. You get good neck support, moldable pillows. Similar to my pillows at a fraction of the cost. They can be fluffed up easily in steam setting on dryer. I have not washed them full out but my whole family likes these pillows.

Worth it! My son loves them! We are very hot sleepers in need of a soft pillow and this was the perfect fit and we couldn't beat the price anywhere else!

I purchased these in hopes I could find a pillow that would hold up to my sleeping habit. For some reason pillows in the past have gone lopsided and flat. These have stayed plump however they don’t stay aligned as pillows. Oh I can shake them back into shape but as a head and back rest I’d put them as a 5. Once plumped back into shape they look good and they feel good on my head. I would purchase them again.

Bought this product last year from Sam's & they were top notch. I recently purchased this same packaged product, but the pillows aren't as nice as the last ones I bought from Sam's. Still nice, but a lower quality product.

Pillows are nice but not as cool as I’d like they don’t go flat while using. However, they did have a funny scent when first opening which disappeared after washing!

its it's okay. the memory foam for me makes it hard to support my position thru the night. The cooling is there. For the right person this is fabulous.

This is the worst pillow I have ever nought. no cooling to it & it's paper thin. I even put the filling from both pillows into one, and it is plumped it, but it's uncomfortable and again - no cooling gel foam effect. Buyer beware. Buy only if you like a thin, thin pullow. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The memory foam in the pillow are little chunks and they get smushed down and end up being super flat/hard. I tired to fluff it in the dryer a little or tried to fluff it with my hands, but it doesn't really fluff back up. Not ideal.

The pillows are not cooling as advertised. If anything, they sleep hot compared with a traditional pillow. But the bigger problem is that they have a distinctive chemical smell. I've left them air out for over a week and the smell is not as strong now, but it really bad when you lay your head on them.
