Been buying the same ones every year for 2 decades. They don’t wear out I just like fresh pillows once a year out of habit

The quality has gone down since the last time we bought these pillows. They used to be much thicker and gave better support.

seam by the tags had a 5 inch tear along the seam. I had to repair it myself. I needed the pillow in a hurry so I couldn't return it. very disappointed. I do love serta brand but this was a disappointment.

Product not as pictured. I don’t like that it was pictured as a solid piece of memory foam and what I received is small pieces inside the case which move around and flatten when you lay your head on. Dissatisfied and disappointed

I purchased these pillows before and I don't understand how they're not the same .. the ones now are very poor quality like they were thrown together instead of nicely done the proper way I'm utterly disappointed

Doesn’t feel like gell, or memory foam. Feels like false advertising. Not anywhere near as firm as the language would have you believe. It’s just loose fluff

The pillows received were not the ones pictured in the Sam's Members Club Savings Event Brochure. They are not Gel Memory Foam -- do not even have a Serta label. They still emit a horrible odor that has not gone away after airing them out for weeks! Surprised Sam's would try to pass off such an inferior product!

Very disappointed in the quality of this pillow. It’s lumpy (made of random bits stuff inside), does not cool and flattens within minutes of laying down. I found myself fluffing up the pillow throughout the night. I expected a higher quality product coming from Serta. I’m normally a very warm sleeper so having a cooling pillow was definitely enticing. Unfortunate that it didn’t help give my neck support or help me keep my body temperature down throughout the night.

I absolutely love memory foam pillows and was ecstatic to try these. I loved the idea of cooling technology in a pillow and never had a cooling pillow before. I did a quick google search to find the pillows are extremely affordable which should have been my first clue they wouldnt live up to the expectations of being a real memory foam pillow. When I orginally opened the package I was impressed they came with their own instructions on how to care for and wash the pillow. The presentation was spot on for selling a high quality pillow. They did have am odd smell, but it wasnt a big deal and went away a couple hours after opening them. My first impression was how fluffy they were. I would call the material inside closer related to a cotton than I would a foam. The cooling technology is not present in my opinion. The description also states if you sleep hot, then do not buy these pillows. With that being said I feel they shouldn't even be advertised as cooling pillows. These pillows are extremely affordable and although they fell short of the memory foam and cooling technology, I feel they are sufficient for using as an everyday pillow. If you're looking for a cooling memory foam pillow, then this is not the pillow for you. I highly recommend spending more research finding a higher quality pillow to fit those two needs.

I’ve been using this pillow for about 2 months now & I cannot complain. Very comfortable, cool & great quality. Before this pillow, I used to sleep with 2 pillow that would always loose their shape/density. This pillow has replace all my other piles of pillows! Definitely recommend
