seam by the tags had a 5 inch tear along the seam. I had to repair it myself. I needed the pillow in a hurry so I couldn't return it. very disappointed. I do love serta brand but this was a disappointment.

I was somewhat disappointed with the Serta gel memory foam cluster pillow. It is easy to plump it up, but it quickly clumps up under my head and neck causing me to wake up with a headache or sore neck. It does seem to stay relatively cool during use, but I was not impressed with overall comfort. It may work for others, but not for me.

If you enjoy falling asleep on a big sack of chocolate pudding, this pillow is for you. If you prefer rolling around in chocolate pudding, you may want to skip this pillow and purchase several industrial sized cans of chocolate pudding. I purchased both! And I wake up energized, refreshed, and covered in chocolate pudding. I'm more excited to start my day now, that even my slippery chocolate pudding covered hands not being able to open doors won't stop me! Seriously, can someone open the door for me?

they really aren’t cooling at all, the pillowcase cover over them isn’t bad quality, but the inside isn’t supportive at all. it’s just shredded up memory foam, but the pillows aren’t full enough to really be supportive or even tell that it’s memory foam. the price wasn’t bad but just wasn’t the material I wanted

I forgot that I got these exact pillows at sams as a gift a few years ago and spent two years trying to find the right ones when i got my membership i was so excited to find these and literally threw away my bjs ones that the feathers kept poking me from i purchased two weeks prior

Heard these were good pillows and thought we would give them a try. Some may like them but not my favorite. The ‘pieces’ in the pillow settle to much for me. It wraps around each side of my head while laying on my back. it effectively immobilizes my head but it is not what I want from a pillow. If you like a pillow that settles and surrounds you as you sleep, this may be the pillow for you.

I absolutely love memory foam pillows and was ecstatic to try these. I loved the idea of cooling technology in a pillow and never had a cooling pillow before. I did a quick google search to find the pillows are extremely affordable which should have been my first clue they wouldnt live up to the expectations of being a real memory foam pillow. When I orginally opened the package I was impressed they came with their own instructions on how to care for and wash the pillow. The presentation was spot on for selling a high quality pillow. They did have am odd smell, but it wasnt a big deal and went away a couple hours after opening them. My first impression was how fluffy they were. I would call the material inside closer related to a cotton than I would a foam. The cooling technology is not present in my opinion. The description also states if you sleep hot, then do not buy these pillows. With that being said I feel they shouldn't even be advertised as cooling pillows. These pillows are extremely affordable and although they fell short of the memory foam and cooling technology, I feel they are sufficient for using as an everyday pillow. If you're looking for a cooling memory foam pillow, then this is not the pillow for you. I highly recommend spending more research finding a higher quality pillow to fit those two needs.

Initially, I was very excited about this product but over the week and a half I used it, it flattened significantly. The cooling feature was nice but, ultimately, it was not a show stopper. The pillow was easily manipulated but did not hold its shape throughout the night.

Very disappointed in the quality of this pillow. It’s lumpy (made of random bits stuff inside), does not cool and flattens within minutes of laying down. I found myself fluffing up the pillow throughout the night. I expected a higher quality product coming from Serta. I’m normally a very warm sleeper so having a cooling pillow was definitely enticing. Unfortunate that it didn’t help give my neck support or help me keep my body temperature down throughout the night.

I’ve been using this pillow for about 2 months now & I cannot complain. Very comfortable, cool & great quality. Before this pillow, I used to sleep with 2 pillow that would always loose their shape/density. This pillow has replace all my other piles of pillows! Definitely recommend
