Hmm. These pillows don’t look like the ones pictured on the cover. They are more like the “my pillow” brand. Nothing about them speaks to the “cooling” claim. And they absolutely stink. Pretty sure they were so cheap because they were mispackaged. Going to try for a refund. Yuk.

I forgot that I got these exact pillows at sams as a gift a few years ago and spent two years trying to find the right ones when i got my membership i was so excited to find these and literally threw away my bjs ones that the feathers kept poking me from i purchased two weeks prior

Worst pillows I have ever bought. Went completely flat first night and never fluffed back up. Zero support and zero cooling

I love these Serta cooling pillows. The first night I slept with these, I woke the next morning with no neck ache for the first time in months. They're just the right firmness and no weird smells. Thank you Serta for a great pillow.

I suffer with a lot of neck pain I even bought the expensive Derlia pillow. I'm not 100% satisfied with the Derila pillow. Through the night, my head starts hurting because it is too hard. These Serta Cooling pillows are awesome. I sleep with them every night. They are my new go to pillows.

The pillows were all right yes they are cooling, and they're fine, but not exactly what we were looking for because they got pretty flat. We wanted something a little more substantial and fluffier that didn't flatten out when you laid your head on it, even if you double them up they still didn't offer that much supportso these just went in the pile of pillows that nobody uses very often because they go flat. I suppose if you're a belly sleeper and want a flatter pillow this would be great.

I got a set of these pillows years ago. They started to wear out (it’s been at least 10 years). So I got a new set. Out of the box they smelled SO bad. It was a terrible chemical smell. I thought I’d air them out. A week later still terrible. So I took a look at the care instructions and washed accordingly. Hopefully to get the smell out. The pillows then fell apart leaving me a big mess to clean up. However they changed these is terrible and I won’t be getting another set.

We bought these pillow when we were visiting family. All the pillows were older than us and flatter than rocks. So we grabbed these when we were grocery shopping. I try not to complain, I make solutions. These willows were good quality and made an economical solution.

These pillows flattened as soon as you lay on them. Completely flat.
