Worth it! My son loves them! We are very hot sleepers in need of a soft pillow and this was the perfect fit and we couldn't beat the price anywhere else!

These by far are the most comfortable pillows I have bought in a while . The best part Is that they keep you cool at night. Im so glad I purchased these!+

Can really feel the cool unlike others. You can't use another case on top if you want to feel the cool but am very happy with purchase. They are slippery and might end up across the bed but worth it.

I purchased these in December as a gift for my son, he loved his so I purchased some for myself. The pillows weren’t gel at all, they had a horrific smell and upon opening the casing I had no clue what the filling was but it wasn’t gel. I returned the pillows. Greatly disappointed!

I really like the gel memory foam pillow because of the support that it provides my neck when I sleep. It conforms to the shape of my head without going flat. In the other hand it’s also very thick and I enjoy using it to sit up in bed or for added back support on the couch as well!

The pillows were very dirty, referring to this material is the last thing that I buy, I will not buy anything similar due to the state in which I received this product. I decided not return them because I live far away, and I can’t waste my time discussing something that is ethical and quality should have been given me clean and in good condition!

Very disappointed in the quality of this pillow. It’s lumpy (made of random bits stuff inside), does not cool and flattens within minutes of laying down. I found myself fluffing up the pillow throughout the night. I expected a higher quality product coming from Serta. I’m normally a very warm sleeper so having a cooling pillow was definitely enticing. Unfortunate that it didn’t help give my neck support or help me keep my body temperature down throughout the night.

You get what you pay for. The pillows were flat. They didnt support anything. I have to use both pillows for some kind of comfort. I bought the same pillows several years ago. They were great. Thats why I purchased them again. However, the new models are made different. Chunky stuff inside vs one big foam. Never again

I’ve tried plenty of pillows that promised the “perfect night’s sleep,” but this one actually comes close. The balance between softness and support is spot-on — it cradles the head without swallowing it whole. I didn’t wake up with a stiff neck (a rare win in the pillow world), though if you like an extra-firm feel, this might lean a little too plush for your taste. The materials feel durable and breathable, so it doesn’t trap heat like cheaper alternatives. Overall, it’s not a magical cloud from the heavens, but it’s definitely earned a permanent spot on my bed.

I absolutely love memory foam pillows and was ecstatic to try these. I loved the idea of cooling technology in a pillow and never had a cooling pillow before. I did a quick google search to find the pillows are extremely affordable which should have been my first clue they wouldnt live up to the expectations of being a real memory foam pillow. When I orginally opened the package I was impressed they came with their own instructions on how to care for and wash the pillow. The presentation was spot on for selling a high quality pillow. They did have am odd smell, but it wasnt a big deal and went away a couple hours after opening them. My first impression was how fluffy they were. I would call the material inside closer related to a cotton than I would a foam. The cooling technology is not present in my opinion. The description also states if you sleep hot, then do not buy these pillows. With that being said I feel they shouldn't even be advertised as cooling pillows. These pillows are extremely affordable and although they fell short of the memory foam and cooling technology, I feel they are sufficient for using as an everyday pillow. If you're looking for a cooling memory foam pillow, then this is not the pillow for you. I highly recommend spending more research finding a higher quality pillow to fit those two needs.
