I purchased these in December as a gift for my son, he loved his so I purchased some for myself. The pillows weren’t gel at all, they had a horrific smell and upon opening the casing I had no clue what the filling was but it wasn’t gel. I returned the pillows. Greatly disappointed!

The pillows were very dirty, referring to this material is the last thing that I buy, I will not buy anything similar due to the state in which I received this product. I decided not return them because I live far away, and I can’t waste my time discussing something that is ethical and quality should have been given me clean and in good condition!

These pillows were purchased to replace some others that were causing my shoulder pain because they were too firm. These pillows are both supportive and soft, an excellent balance. They are firmer in the center area and softer along the edge, my neck is supported and my shoulder pain issue has been solved. I sleep hot and not once have I woken up from my head getting too hot. I hope that holds up as the weather gets warmer.

Initially, I was very excited about this product but over the week and a half I used it, it flattened significantly. The cooling feature was nice but, ultimately, it was not a show stopper. The pillow was easily manipulated but did not hold its shape throughout the night.

I bought these 2 pillows because they were Serta brand & because it said they were cooling pillows. They are the most uncomfortable pillows ever! They squash flat when you lay down with zero neck support & there is nothing cooling about them! I am so disappointed 😞. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone, not even a pet!

I am real picky on pillows. Either they make my face sweat, or my neck hurt. I especially hate the pillows that have no cushioning and makes it feel like you have your head on the yellow pages. These pillows are plush and soft, and my face rests beautifully on them. Best of all, the price is very reasonable.

Moderately firm and as comfortable as I would expect. I can't say it's cooling at all because I personally haven't noticed anything cooling about it at all. The reason I'm giving this (these, I bought two) pillow(s) such a low rating is because even now almost a month later I cannot get rid of the funky chemical smell in them. I've tried Febreze, letting them sit outside in the air, throwing them in a cool dryer with MANY dryer sheets and still the stink is real.

These pillows are very nice and have some heft to them. As for cooling, I don't think there is really a cooling pillow. I can flip a regular pillow just the same. These do seem nice, they hold their shape, great value, it would depend how attached to pillows you get. These are excellent for guest pillows.

I was somewhat disappointed with the Serta gel memory foam cluster pillow. It is easy to plump it up, but it quickly clumps up under my head and neck causing me to wake up with a headache or sore neck. It does seem to stay relatively cool during use, but I was not impressed with overall comfort. It may work for others, but not for me.

The pillows received were not the ones pictured in the Sam's Members Club Savings Event Brochure. They are not Gel Memory Foam -- do not even have a Serta label. They still emit a horrible odor that has not gone away after airing them out for weeks! Surprised Sam's would try to pass off such an inferior product!
