Pillows are nice with **-exception that they are not consistent with the memory foam filling--///- ie; one pillow is not as fluffy/full as the other-. Although zippers on the ends will allow you to add more filling if you want . ** Pillows are constructed pretty well overall, %26 price point is decent , (but Serta needs to not be so stingy with the memory foam filling.) **Maybe Serta could send me some extra foam.....**on the house** : )

Initially, I was very excited about this product but over the week and a half I used it, it flattened significantly. The cooling feature was nice but, ultimately, it was not a show stopper. The pillow was easily manipulated but did not hold its shape throughout the night.

Not satisfied. I'm using just one of them and is al flat 😡

These pillows smell like rubber

Maybe it's because I live in So. California, the pillow feels too hot and too flat for me. I'm a side sleeper, so I end up flipping it to the cool side or bunching it up in the middle during the night.

First time I was preparing to wash the white cover bag the zipper broke, little multi-colored foam pieces everywhere, pretty much unusable. Very disappointed from a so-called reputable company

I can't rate the pillows because I returned them. After unpacking I realized they were stuffed with loose pieces of memory foam & not what I was looking for.

While the price is what made me buy these pillows, I ended up returning them in the end. They were not what I expected and were not comfortable for us.

Oh my goodness I can’t wait to get these pillows and they are lumpy and separate right as soon as you get them I haven’t even laid on them yet. Horrible will be returning immediately.

I have previously purchased these or so I thought. One of the pillows actually collapsed, already! The quality is poor compared to the pillows previously purchased! I was very disappointed! ☹️
