I've used this pillow several times since receiving it and while it is pretty comfortable it's isn't quite as advertised. I don't really notice a cooling effect like I have with other pillows. Also, it's a memory foam that doesn't flatten but as you can see by the attached photos, it's clear where the pillow has been used. There are dents in the pillow. It's definitely not the worst pillow I've ever used but it's also not the best. I would use the pillow if I had to but I don't know that I would willingly buy it.

We've had these pillows for a few nights and I'm converted! These are the first cooling gel memory foam pillows I've tried and they are great! They have 2 zippered cases to keep all the memory foam securely in place, which with a toddler, I appreciate. They are like only laying on the cold side of the pillow

This pillow made a big difference for me. I tend to be a hot sleeper and get kind of sweaty if it's not just right. It's actually pretty supportive for the price that it is. It's definitely a good value. It also held pretty well in the washing machine too. I was able to get it clean also since I'm a side sleeper it's pretty comfy to hug or support my side without getting too warm I've definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep quality. I guess the only issue I had with it was that after a while, it starts to get a little bit flat from the compression but after I wash the pillow it re-fluffed which is good but makes me wonder how long it remains at an optimal fluffing for support

When you purchase a MEMORY FOAM pillow you are expecting a pillow made form a single piece of memory foam, not made from countless small pieces (left-over cut-offs) of the foam. It did not mention this fact anywhere in the ad. Added to that, is the fact that, so-far, it has taken a week to get rid of the chemical smell they had - a smell still not fully gone.

Thought was just another pillow with false advertisement. In Las Vegas, having a cool pillow is important when sleeping. Surprised this pillow did not make me toss and turn while sleeping due to heat like regular pillow do, thus waking me up. My dog even tries to use my pillow.

If you like a firm pillow this is great. My husband and I prefer something a little bit more soft but my kids have really enjoyed it. They sleep with one pillow versus several like us. If I am only going to use one pillow would be plenty. We can tell a difference with it being cool

This pillow is larger than I imagined that it would be. Most pillows are flatter so this one took getting used to. Once I got used to the pillow’s size, I realized I don’t need to use my arm/hand to prop my head up. It allowed me to lay comfortably without the additional support! I no longer need 2 pillows, one is sufficient.

When I removed the pillows from the box, I was very surprised with how fluffy and thick the pillows were. I like that they were washable and had a zipped cover that could be removed. The first night I slapped on the pillow, I noticed that since the interior is shredded, the filling was displaced from where my head was and all moved to the back of the pillow. I continued to sleep with the pillow for over a week and try different positioning to see which was the best way to use the pillow. The best way to sleep on the pillow without all of the filling moving away from the head is to sleep on your stomach with your arms under the pillow. I am a side sleeper and while the pillow is comfortable when you first start using it, by the morning, it doesn’t offer the same support. If this was a one piece insert instead of crumbled up pieces, I think it would be 4 or 5 stars. My teenage boys loved the pillow and didn’t mind that the interior shifts around. There is a lot of filling and it appears to be way better quality than some of the other pillows we have tried.

When removing the pillows the package, I thought these were going to be great pillows. You can feel the cooling effect of the pillows. After sleeping several nights, the pillows were too thin and woke up every morning with a headache. As a side sleeper this pillow wasnt a fit for me.

I like a somewhat firmer pillow and this one is a good medium firm type of pillow. The fabric has a very nice soft feel to it and I like the zipper access to the gel foam. The foam is a nice white and blue color. I know that doesn't really matter, but it does look nice. I do have to say as with many new pillows/ mattress items, this does have a strong chemical smell to it at first, but I threw mine in a cedar trunk for a day and it was fine after that. The best thing about this pillow for me is that I don't need two pillows anymore! This one is the perfect amount of fluff and firmness.
