These pillows are amazing! They replaced my $40 “custom” pillow. The gel molds to your head and keeps the perfect firmness and softness. The cooling is perfect for a hot sleeper like myself. Even with a pillowcase on, both side of the pillow is the “cool side of the pillow”.

I have been using these pillows for about a week now and have really enjoyed them. I’m a side sleeper and I feel that they have enough neck support and can sleep comfortable without my head sinking into the pillow. It is the perfect balance, not too firm not too soft. I also appreciate the cooling effect as I’m a hot sleeper, it has really helped. It is definitely worth buying!!

My husband and I absolutely love our gel memory foam pillows! They keep fresh especially now that it’s hot. Only thing we noticed was a funny smell but looking thru the instructions we found to wash them and that solved that problem. They have their own protective case so we just throw our own pillow covers on top and they are perfect! No more sore neck or excessive sweating from my husband at night.

Shipping was fast. I received two gel memory foam pillows. There were several pamphlets inside that told you about the pillows, how to wash/care for them, and what’s actually inside the pillows. After washing the pillows(smell of warehouse) I placed them on my bed. They are full and not too firm. I use them at night. they’re huggable pillows which have added more comfort for me while sleeping. The pillows are nice and soft. The only down side to me is the pillows not being more firm (my preference) and coming in king size. I probably would not have purchased outside of Sam’s Club

I have an extremely hard mattress and have a hard time finding a pillow. I was nervous that these pillows being memory foam would smash and stay smashed but they are still fluffy and soft but stiff firm enough to support my neck and head. I really like these pillows so far. Its been a week and I have no neck or shoulder pain and have been sleeping well.

The pillows are very soft, firm in all the right ways without being uncomfortable in any capacity. They keep their shape through the night and are easy to fluff up. May only dislike was they had a weird chemical smell apron opening, but that went away before I even used them the same night. Make sure to air them out, otherwise they are some ogre the nicest pillows I’ve ever own. My boyfriend also used one for a few nights and now he wont give it back!!

These are by far the best pillows that we currently own. I am that type of person that flips my pillow over because it’s cooler on the other side, yet these pillows stay cool as promised. They are extremely comfortable and may I add they sell like hotcakes because they tend to be out of stock often. Like them so much that the rest of my family requested I get some for them.

I really wanted to love the Serta pillows, but they are not my favorite. I love pillows and sleep with 5 on my bed. The Serta pillows are on the firmer side and I could not sleep well with them. They do work well when I want to prop myself or my legs up.

So it’s very stinky! Strong odor that is headache inducing and I’m hoping the smell fades away but it’s very like plastic and paint kind of smelling.. harsh. Lumpy and really firm but I do like that it seems like you could add or remove some of the foam if needed. Personally not my favorite serta pillow I’ve ever had… there’s way better serta pillows on the market. This seems like a miss to me but other than the smell and lumpiness the actual pillow and case design is interesting.

When I first opened this pillow, I was excited. I sweat at night, and was excited to try out the cooling pillow. The pillow is soft, and the first night it felt great. But overtime I noticed my neck hurt because it was too fluffy and I didn’t notice anything cooling about this pillow at all. It has lost some of its fluff over time, but it’s just not comfortable to me. It’s also pretty small if you’re use to a king size pillow. This is only about 3/4 that size. If you like memory foam, you’ll most likely enjoy this pillow. For me, it was just a little too fluffy for my neck.
