These are really great pillows to begin with. They do take about a week for them to break in and stop from smelling, but that's normal. I am a hot sleeper so this definitely did help keep me cool. They are really easy to wash. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

If firm is what your looking for, then look no further. This pillow offers a firm support to your neck, shoulders ,and head. It has a cooling technology that allows to keep you cool and keeps you from sweating in your sleep. This pillow has a dual cover that offers the ability to wash the outer shell of the pillow and reuse, while the inner case houses the foam bits. I would recommend this pillow to those looking for a more firm pillow. Overall I am satisfied with this product and give it a 3 star only due to its firmness ( and it's not what I like to sleep on) the quality is there and the ease in being able to keep it clean is also there.

These pillows shipped faster than I thought! The packaging was easy to open. Both pillows were clean and ready to be used. I like that they have a zippered cover already on them. They are queen size and perfect for my bed. I have used them for several nights and have slept great. They are cool and just the right amount of firmness and softness! Looking forward to other products!

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows are a highly supportive pillow filled with clumps of memory foam. They stay cool, and my daughter snatched one for herself right away, claiming it was super comfortable. It is highly supportive, so good for propping yourself and for side sleepers.

These Serta pillows come in a set of two. They are made of cooling gel memory foam micro-cushions which you can actually feel the cooling effect while laying on them. They are a bit lumpy since the foam is in clusters and not one large piece of gel foam. I prefer solid foam pillows but these pillows are a great price only being $12.98 for the set and would be perfect for guest bedrooms. The cover is also machine washable so that’s a plus. My husband loves the pillows and is already using them.

So thankful that it was a pack of two! I’m a side sleeper typically and I love that this pillow is flexible but doesn’t bunch up in little knots. In addition to being a side sleeper I use a pillow between my knees to help with my hips. This pillow is absolutely amazing when doubled over to relieve the pressure in my hips. The only downfall I’ve noticed at this point is that when I put a pillowcase on it, the cooling effect isn’t very noticeable. Since it has two protectors, I have opted to not use an extra pillowcase.

I used these pillows for more than a week before writing this review, just to make sure I could give an accurate one. I don't know if it was the pillowcase I used, but I did not find the "cooling" aspect to be noticeable, and it doesn't feel like memory foam to me. After the first night, I woke up with a crick in my neck, and having consistently and exclusively used it for several days, I can definitely say it has happened almost every morning since. People with other backs or necks than mine, or who sleep differently than I do, might have a totally different experience, though!

Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows. Once you use you can’t go back! Cooling pillows I hate having to flip my pillow all night long to feel the coolness. No more need to do that. Also no need to fluffy or smash or beat the pillow onto a shape, it bounces right back to its fluffy fullness. 10 out 10 would buy again and for others as well!

My husband and I used both of the pillows shipped for sleeping in bed. I gave it 3 stars because it is a little too “tall” for both of us. After using for 2 days he started having neck pain. I have been using for 3 days with no issue but it isn’t as comfortable as my other pillow with is not as tall. It is not good for a stomach sleeper but for sleeping on your back or side is pretty comfortable. My favorite use of the pillow is using it to prop myself up in bed to watch tv. Overall these are nice quality pillows.

These pillows are definitely fluffy! I guess by memory foam they mean that the pillow expands back to its original shape when done using it. I didn’t notice a smell from the foam but I’m not particularly sensitive to that. They do look good on the bed. Nice and full. They are twice as thick as my regular pillows. These pillows give a lot of support so if you like to sit in bed, you will only need 1 pillow behind your back.
