This set comes with two pillows that are filled with, what feels to me like, an alternative down type of material. These are plush byt still ptetty firm. They also stay fairly cool during the night. Not quite close to actua down, but is a good economical swap.

I received my 2 queen pillows very quickly. I love that there are zippers on both the outer shell for washing and the inside stuffing portion to adjust the size. Right out of the package the pillows were a bit to stuffed/thick for my liking. I removed a bit of filling and it was perfect. I don’t know specifically if they are cooling as I haven’t noticed much of a difference.

Pillow was extremely comfy! I tend to sleep hot and wake up with my hair sweaty, but this pillow truly helped. My husband used the 2nd one and he loved it too! After having used it a couple days, I’ve noticed I’ve woken up feeling more refreshed. Will definitely order again!

This pillow is outstanding! It is well made, regains its original structure almost immediately when you get off of it (so there is not going to be an indent or flat area over time from use). It also stays very cool which helps contribute to a good night's rest, no more tossing and turning, constantly trying to find that one spot on your pillow that feels a little cooler! Overall, great quality.This pillow far exceeded my expectations.

Great little pillow. I was a bit disappointed that the pillow didn't stay cool since it's cooling gel. My purple pillow is cooler. It kept it's form nicely. Wish it had a little more poofiness, seemed flimsy for memory foam. I was happy that I woke up without a jeadache from it losing height and form.

I used this pillow for absolutely everything! From studying, to lounging and the most important SLEEP! I can not rave enough on this amazing pillow set. It is so thick and hasn’t compressed like most pillow set you get. After days of just about continuous day and night use, they’re still fluffy thick and soft. I couldn’t live without these pillows. These are the million dollar pillows from a hotel comfort you need to have in your life.

This pillow is ah-mazing. My husband and I usually don't coincide with the type of pillows we use but this was a win. It's fresh, just the right amount of soft, and not too firm. I find that softer pillows quickly become shapeless and loose (or... baggy?) but this one has held up in firmness and shape pretty well for the 3 weeks of use it's had. This is the standard pillow size (not your king size pillows - boo!) But I like it so much that I'm willing to overlook that. My neck thanks this pillow very much 😅

I tried the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows (2-pack) recently, and I must say I was quite disappointed with their performance. The pillows retained heat, making it uncomfortable, especially during warm nights. Another issue was their inability to hold their structure through the night. I often woke up with the pillows misshaped and lacking the support they initially provided. Overall, my experience with the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows was disappointing. They fell short in terms of quality, cooling, and durability. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone seeking a comfortable and long-lasting sleep solution.

These pillows are comfortable. Cooling effect as advertised. Good quality as can be expected from a Serta product. If there were one improvement, it would be the amount of stuffing in the pillows. They are a little flat, so you need to double them up to get enough rise for a good night’s sleep. I would buy again if the price is correct.

I quite like these pillows. I use them to prop myself up while reading. I use a special pillow to sleep as I have bulging disks in my neck, but these are great for when I don't want to lay down completely. Nice and plush! And no sweating in the hot, southern summer!
