This serta cooling pillow is very soft and comfortable. It doesn't get hot. It is slightly underfilled for my liking but if you like something that is moldable or to hug at night this is your pillow. It is encased in a zipper case which is nice however all the filling is loose which may not be pet or child friendly. It is smaller than I prefer, queen size for reference and it gets thin too quickly. It wasn't for me but I prefer a firmer pillow. Used for a week and I'm not at all disappointed but would not repurchase.

I had the pillows shipped, and upon opening them there was a slight smell, it wasn’t bad, just noticeable. It went away after about 48hrs. When you hold the pillow it feels like there are small lumps inside the pillow, I was concerned it would feel uncomfortable while laying on it but surprisingly I couldn’t feel the lumps. As you can see from the photo there are what look like shredded pieces of foam inside. I did appreciate a pillow cover came with the pillows. I sleep on my back and my husband sleeps on his side. He loved the pillow, I thought it was alright. It is not a firm pillow by any means and I want a little more support around my neck. As you lay on it, you seem to sink more into the pillow. It reminds me of hotel pillows. Neither of us noticed any “cooling effect” I think this is a decent pillow for the price. I wouldn’t purchase it with the expectation it will cool you in any way though. Also if you prefer a pillow with more of a firm feel, this may not be the pillow for you.

I really like this pillow. It is dense but very soft. When I lay my head on it, it feels like a cloud. For reference, I like soft pillows. I also usually like flat pillows. This pillow is not flat but it feels like a cloud so it lets me sleep without tossing and turning. I wish they had it in king size. This one is standard size.

This pillow has made my hot nights and flashes so much better! I am a very picky person when it comes to pillows but these pass the test! The cooling gel foam really helps keep me cool thru the night. The pillow is not too bulky or too soft it is the perfect fluff. I like that it has the zipper on the pillow so it is easy to take off and wash. My husband was also a fan as he is also a picky person when it comes to pillows. Highly recommended!

This pillow is so comfort and really keeps the shape throughout the night. I do feel like it has a great cooling effect to it. I liked these so much that I bought more for my house and the house I have as a short term rental my guests have commented on how comfortable the pillows are.

I like and dislike these pillows. First, they are made from small pieces of torn up foam, hence the term "cluster" in the product name. Second, they are quite heavy. We took them on a road trip and my sons loved them, but they were added weight to carry in to our hotel each night. They ended up being hard and heavy, but I do like that they are very firm which helps me keep my head elevated when I sleep. I cannot, however, use them without a softer pillow on top of them. They are worth what I paid for them, but they are not memory foam pillows (which would cost much, much more). Just a strange pillow filling, to be honest.

Oh man, these pillows came in yesterday, and let me tell you: they are the BEST! First: they stay nice and cool at night (which, for me, is a VERY big deal). Second: they cradle my head as gently and lightly as an angelic mother cradling her most precious child. And finally, thirdly: these pillows are perfectly sized to fit my bed. That may sound minor, but I assure you, as someone who has been the recipient of some big ol' king-sized "donor" pillows, that it is in fact quite impactful. Overall: 5/5 stars, would buy again.

WOW. Best pillows I've had by far. Im usually a side sleeper so I love that it aligns my neck and back. Since I've started using them, I haven't woke up with neck pain. I'm super impressed by the fact that they don't loose their shape like most other pillows. They are super comfortable, fluffy yet firm and best of all machine washable!

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow is just okay. It feels like a standard non-specialty pillow. It does not feel like memory foam to me. It could use softer material and be a little bit more firm. I did not notice any type of cooling effect either. It is certainly not the worst pillow I have ever had, but also not the best. I wouldn't necessarily say I would recommend, but I would definitely not spend a lot of money on it.

It is not vacuum sealed and compressed so can be used immediately. Pillows were also not in airtight bag so they were not obnoxiously odorous. The foam is contained in an inner zippered bag so you can take some out if you wanted to adjust "fullness/thickness". Other foam pillows i've tried were too warm, but these i had no issue with. Put a pillowcase on and didn't notice the smell of foam. I was concerned it might feel "lumpy" but surprisingly wasn't an issue. No complaints after using for 2 weeks. Old pillow I would wake up with neck pains occasionally, but have had none with these.
