This pillow provides a good amount of cushion and support for your head and neck. I appreciate that it molds well to your head while not falling flat and still providing great support. It has a bit of squish to it because of the gel which makes it superior to boring pillows but doesn’t have the same feeling as a down filled pillow. Overall this is pretty comfortable after using it for a few nights sleep. I would recommend it as a solid pillow choice!

These pillows are an amazing deal for the price. You get 2 of them. They are both form fitting & cooling. The memory foam is shredded pieces which makes it easy to shift and adjust to your needs. After several nights the memory foam still fluffs back up to its shape rather than falling flat. They each come with a washable cover which is super helpful in keeping the pillow fresh & clean for a great night sleep.

I received these Serta Gel Memory cooling pillow free to review. The pillow stuffing is unique. Inside is chunks of foam. The pillow has a little weight to it and I would call it thick… I have slept on softer pillows and I have slept on pillows that are more full and firm. I would liken this pillow to a feather down pillow. You don’t sink into it right away and it has a decent amount of support. I don’t know why it is called a “cooling” pillow, I did not experience any real “coolness”… it does have some memory to it though I can tell. My husband likes a thin pillow so this was not for him. I like it well enough that I will continue using it.

Pillows are not too firm and not too plush, just right. Minimal cooling effect on the pillows. The standard size felt a little small but they were a decent size. My husband and I had king pillows so we got used to them but if these come in king size they would be perfect.

I loved these pillows. Although the pillows were on the small side and had a chemical type smell when pulling out of the plastic, they were super comfortable. The little memory foam pieces allow your head to lay perfectly and it’s really cozy. I used both pillows on my bed and slept like a baby without any neck discomfort. I recommend this pillow to anyone and would say it’s very similar to the “my pillow” brand of pillows.

I like the degree of firmness with this pillow but what really bothered me was the outer material of the pillow. I wish that was a little softer. It kinda made the pillow feel a little harsh but I did like the firmness of the inside material. This is why I gave it a three star. If you are looking for a more firm pillow this one is definitely for you though. I just needed something with a softer outer material.

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows have made me feel like I sleep on a cloud. They are cooling to the touch. I found when my nighy sweats start up I can easily flip to the other side. They have replaced my very expensive pillows which I now regret that purchase. I have not had a stiff neck or headache since I switched and that makes this the best pillow ever.

Overall a great lumpy pillow. If your looking for a firm 1, pass on this. Allow pillow to air out and fluff up foe about 24-48. I think this helps unless you can air tumble in your dryer. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow provides decent support. To me the coolness was there and notice I didn't feel overly hot when I woke up. My husband's a back sleeper and said the same. Decent support. Nice fluff and is moldable to whatever you need. He didn't notice much coolness but did state he didn't feel hot either. I guess it's a win for us. I would just prefer a firmer type pillow.

I was very excited about these pillows when they arrived, as they were plump and squishy. After sleeping on it for a week, here are my thoughts. I am enjoying it still and it has not caused me any pain. However, I am disappointed because it seems to have lost it's fluffiness and goes flat as soon as lay my head on it. It has not held up as well as I was hoping. I'm still using it and will continue to use it until it will not puff up any more.

My whole family absolutely loves these pillows! These are the comfiest pillows I’ve ever purchased. They’re firm without being hard and soft while still being supportive. Initially I thought the cooling was just a gimmick but they truly do stay cool and are so nice.
