When I ordered this memory foam pillow, I expected the standard brick, single piece of memory foam but was pleasantly surprised it was more reminiscent of a traditional pillow with a couple quirks. Very very fluffy, and very supportive. I opened up the pillow protector to see that inside were clearly off cuts from their mattress production. And I LOVE that! Clearly a sustainable initiative to try to reduce production waste - something I can stand by. I traditionally use basically no pillow - my arm and a very thin down alternative pillow is my go to - but after using this for a week, I see the positives. It is especially nice for propping yourself up before bedtime while reading. Very comfortable. My husband, who usually has to use two pillows, loves this pillow. This single pillow has replaced his two and he is thrilled that they don't slip away from each other during the night. I am very interested to see how they wash, but I am very hopeful. The materials all seem very robust.

Received my pillows and they are comfortable! I usually have a hard time finding support that isn't too bulky, and not too soft. This is just perfect as far as supporting my head and neck. The pillows are filled with this chopped up foam looking stuff and I was worried it wouldnt be comfortable, but they were very comfortable and I can't feel the foam pieces through the pillow. I didn't notice any cooling effects of the pillows, but they are still super nice to me!

We have heard great things from our guests about this pillow. You can't beat the price for two, especially because they're memory form. It's a thinner memory form than what we use in our bedroom. But again, for the price this is a fantastic deal for your guest bedroom!

The pillows arrived in a plastic bag. Right away, during unwrapping of the pillows, I noticed there are a lot of loose strings on the edges of the pillow. I used these pillows in our new camper van which is hard to control the temperature at night. The cooling would be a huge benefit, but it didn’t feel cool through the pillow case. The pillow also felt too firm and after two days I decided to find a new pillow to use.

This pillow is soft and firm. The form makes it flexible to fold to make it firmer under your neck. The form also makes the pillow go back to its original state after sleeping on it overnight. The pillow stays cool and doesn't make you sweat. Good pillow.

We got the Serra Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows to replace our old ones and I have to say after using them for a week they are Amazing! They form to you but keep their shape and they don’t flatten they are thick and remind me of those good hotel pillows. Definitely worth the money!

I received this pillow as part of the Sam’s club star review club. Let me start off saying that I am a huge memory foam buyer. My bed, pillows and even shoes have memory foam so I’m pretty particular about what I’m looking for. When I first opened the product, it was nice and cool and did not smell at all like some do. I am a side sleeper and like my pillow pretty firm so I usually sleep with 2 stacked pillows. The first night I tried sleeping with 1 pillow and was pretty surprised on how comfortable it was. But like habits are formed I went back to stack them the next couple nights which was too high for me so I stacked it with one of my other pillows and slept like a baby.

First off, it’s incredible that these come in a set of two. Many of these memory foam cooling pillows are sold individually, so I loved that there was a set. They are soft and yet firm enough to sleep. I have used these for a week now and without hesitation, I can say they are the best pillows I’ve had in a very long time. The first night I felt the pillow a bit too high for my neck, but during the night it might’ve adjusted because I didn’t wake up with any neck pain. Would recommend!

I really like this pillow. I do not feel the “cooling” part of it. It is a very nice pillow. I find myself falling asleep quicker and easier. I’ve used it for about 2 weeks now and it has not gone flat or lost its fluffiness. I feel like it cradles my head and relaxes me to sleep better.

Wanted to really try these cooling pillows but unfortunately I was not able to. As soon as I opened the package you get this strong chemical smell. I let them air out for almost a week and no luck. The smell did decrease but not enough you could still smell it thru a pillow cover. Started giving me a headache.
