Pillows are soft yet firm, in my opinion the right mixture for a good night rest while only using one pillow. The cooling properties work but I am not sure how we as I sleep in a cool room regardless. Overall would recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a quality pillow for an affordable price.

I have two of these in my bedroom and they both have exceeded my expectations. I have spent a lot on different sort of pillows but after a certain period of time, they would just become a cotton ball and I would wake up with a sprain in the neck or a full head ache. But these two have proved themselves exceptional. Loving them and will order more.

These are really great pillows to begin with. They do take about a week for them to break in and stop from smelling, but that's normal. I am a hot sleeper so this definitely did help keep me cool. They are really easy to wash. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I have been using this pillow for a about 2 weeks now. I was pleasantly surprised with how much support it gave without being too hard. My last pillow seemed to collapse by my neck making my neck very sore most mornings. I have noticed that this pillow supports where I need it to but is still soft and pliable. It is machine washable and has an outer covering with a zipper so it actually stays on. I have washed and dried it and it still works wonderfully. The inside is made up of smaller chunks of material so you can remove some if it is too full for your liking. I haven’t noticed a difference as far as temperature though. It says it a cooling pillow but for me I haven’t really noticed a difference from my previous pillow. I don’t usually sleep hot, but I still like the feel of this pillow. It doesn’t make me more cold.

So far I really enjoy this pillow. At first it is pretty firm which I thought was going to be an issue as I usually dont like firm pillows but it molds nicely with your head/neck without going so flat like others. It has become the pillow I use most often. I would recommend this pillow.

This is an excellent pillow. It is medium (not too squishy, not too hard). The pillow indeed is cooling. It is still 90 degrees in Texas and the coolness helps me sleep better at night. My neck pain is gone since switching to this pillow. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to love the Serta pillows, but they are not my favorite. I love pillows and sleep with 5 on my bed. The Serta pillows are on the firmer side and I could not sleep well with them. They do work well when I want to prop myself or my legs up.

These are by far the best pillows that we currently own. I am that type of person that flips my pillow over because it’s cooler on the other side, yet these pillows stay cool as promised. They are extremely comfortable and may I add they sell like hotcakes because they tend to be out of stock often. Like them so much that the rest of my family requested I get some for them.

My wife and I trial tested these pillows for a week. Overall a decent pillow but we would prefer more loft. This pillow is filled with torn pieces of memory foam that are contained within a separate zippered bag inside the outer pillow cover (see picture). This makes it easy to wash just the pillow shell and adjust the level of loft in the pillow. However, for folks with wider shoulders (like us) the pillow is short on enough stuffing to keep our heads as high as we'd like while side-sleeping. There was a bit of off-gassing smell the first night or two that did go away. The pillows are more on the soft side - with the memory foam, you do get a bit of compression indentation from your head, but that is easily corrected with a bit of fluffing to the pillow. The pillow didn't seem to excessively overheat.

This pillow provides great support and you can definitely feel the cooling feature on it which is a nice touch. My main downside compared to a softer non-memory foam pillow is that it's difficult to shape this in different positions. As a side sleeper I like to have some ability to bunch up the pillow for extra support but wasn't able to do this as easily. But I'd say this is a great option for back sleepers looking for a cooling effect!
