I bought a pack of two of these from the local Sam's Club store. My daughter used mine one afternoon while napping. She wanted one, so I ordered another set online. We really like these pillows. When you sleep with an arm under it, your arm doesn't get hot like with other pillows.

I love this pillow! My body temperature rises when I'm sleeping. With this pillow, I'm able to stay cooler during the night. This pillow keeps it's shape very well and it's awesomely comfortable! I love the fact that it comes in it's own pillow case. I sleep with this pillow every night.

I’m loving these pillows so far! They hold their shape, are cooling, and are the perfect in between of firm and fluffy. After two nights of sleeping on them, my husband says his neck isn’t stiff like usual so that’s a plus! I plan on purchasing more and finally throwing away my old sad pillows. I definitely recommend!

We are THRILLED with our new pillows. I am a hot natured girl and love the fact that these are cooling and soft. They are so much more cozy to have at night, my daughters even stole one from us to use. We have king size pillows on our bed and since these are not, I will be getting new cases to have them on our bed. I like that although they are memory foam, they aren’t too soft where you get stuck in them. I would say they are equal parts soft and firm. Now we plan to order more so the girls can have their own!

Slept with these pillows for almost 2 weeks and while they are really really comfortable, they arent necessarily anything more comfortable than a generic pillow...im hopeful that the Serta name will have these standing the test of time, but otherwise theyre about the same as any other pillow.

My husband and I decided to use these in our main bedroom to sleep with. After just feeling the pillows, we though that they were going to be wonderful. They are light, airy, and cool to the touch. The pillows are inside a covering that is soft with a zipper on one side and a long tag on the other. I would have liked for the tag and zipper to be on the same side or for the tag to be on the inside of the pillow covering. The pillows stayed cool to the touch mostly, but most importantly they were super soft while also being super supportive. This is a great pillow.

This pillow came in a two pack which is great. I’ve been using mine for a little over a week. The packaging does warn you of a slight smell which is true and will likely wear off in time. I didn’t notice the cooling effect which I was most looking forward to. I sleep with a light sheet on my pillow case so I’m not sure where I was going wrong. I do love that it’s washable, that’s a must. I am a side and back sleeper and I’ve been comfortable in both positions. I’m rating this a 4 only because I was hoping for more of the cooling effect, otherwise a great pillow.

Pillows were well packaged to avoid any moisture or shipping damage. Upon arrival, they had a strong factory smell. However, with 1 machine wash cycle and tumble dry it was fresh and fluffy! These pillows are very comfy for back and side sleepers (too fluffy for tummy sleeper). I gave it 4 stars because the cooling effect isn't as effective as advertised.

Pillow is firm and cool. My only issue is that it for not maintain shape for long. I require a firm pillow and for it stay firm throughout the night. Because of that I give it a 4 out of 5. It is made from quality material and does remain cool even after several hours.

The cooling gel, memory foam by Serta were OK. They did stay cool throughout The night while I was sleeping. The downside to the pillows was they did not keep their fluff. They became flat rather quickly, and it made it a little uncomfortable to rest well throughout the night. These were not the worst pillows I’ve had by far but they weren’t the best. If you like more of a flat pillow Than these pillows will be perfect for you! I did like that they were a bright white pillow and that the cover for the pillow zips off that’s a plus especially if you have any type of allergies he can easily take that off and clean it and put it back on under your pillowcase.
