I didnt realized how much of a difference a good pillow makes, when it comes to a good nights sleep. The pillow is cool to the touch, which helps a lot when you get hot easily. The memory foam is also great with supporting your neck. Love that it fluffs up to its original size in the morning.

These pillows are soft, plush and comfortable. I like that is has a zip cover for easy washing. The only thing that I didn't like is that it the pillow itself doesn't do a good job on cooling. There is bits of gel foam instead of one flat cooling gel pad. At the price point and overall comfort of the pillows I give them 4 stars. I would purchase more for myself but not for my husband who gets hot at night.

These are by far the best pillows that we currently own. I am that type of person that flips my pillow over because it’s cooler on the other side, yet these pillows stay cool as promised. They are extremely comfortable and may I add they sell like hotcakes because they tend to be out of stock often. Like them so much that the rest of my family requested I get some for them.

My wife and I trial tested these pillows for a week. Overall a decent pillow but we would prefer more loft. This pillow is filled with torn pieces of memory foam that are contained within a separate zippered bag inside the outer pillow cover (see picture). This makes it easy to wash just the pillow shell and adjust the level of loft in the pillow. However, for folks with wider shoulders (like us) the pillow is short on enough stuffing to keep our heads as high as we'd like while side-sleeping. There was a bit of off-gassing smell the first night or two that did go away. The pillows are more on the soft side - with the memory foam, you do get a bit of compression indentation from your head, but that is easily corrected with a bit of fluffing to the pillow. The pillow didn't seem to excessively overheat.

Well, these pillows are amazing I always worry about my neck, moving around feeling hot but was a awesome sleeping . I honestly slept like an angel. No problem with my neck is not hot and very comfortable, my husband loved it too. I might gonna buy more pillows for my kids and I know what kind I’m gonna buy. Thank you so much

So I have been sleeping on this pillow for the past week and it is very comfortable and maintains it shape. It’s the perfect medium between soft and hard. I’m not entirely sure that the cooling effect is noticeable unless you have a very thin pillowcase. I tend to use thicker pillowcases, and therefore I cannot tell a difference. I am newly postpartum with a newborn baby and a lack of sleep, so it’s nice to be able to drift off to sleep immediately when my head hits the pillow. This pillow makes it enjoyable to sleep when I can. There’s also no noticeable smell to the pillow like many others have. The height of the pillow is just right for head support without straining your neck. Some pillows are way too thick or way too thin and causes neck strain, or cramping, but not this one.

These pillows work really well as a side, stomach and back sleeper. It provides comfortable support no matter the position and adjusts to support as desired. I love how the filling moves around and stays in place how you want it. It comes with a nice zippered cover to protect the insides too. I would highly recommend this soft and supportive pillow.

These pillows are great! I am a frequent tower/turner in my sleep, and no matter what position I end up in, this pillow gives me the support that I need. I have been using them for a few nights now and definitely wake up with less neck discomfort. These pillows do feel cool to the touch but don’t stay as cool as long as I would have liked, and are comfortable to sleep on. They fully fit in a standard pillow case, and are firm enough where I don’t need to sleep with 2-3 pillows but just this one and possibly one other thinner pillow.

I was hopeful that this set of two Serra memory foam pillows would be great. I have used them for a few days and they are more firm than I expected. I cannot feel the cooking effect through a pillowcase. Overall a good pillow for a guest room or to have as extras but personally I like a softer more plush pillow.

I really enjoy these pillows! They hold their shape great. I tend to move from side to belly when I sleep and either position they are very comfortable! As far as cooling goes, I don't notice it being "cool". They are breathable, they do not make me sweat by any means but they only remain cold for a few minutes when you flip them around. Overall i do really enjoy a good nights sleep with these.
