I’m a hot sleeper and these pillows help keep me cool during the night. I sleep in all different positions and they have remained comfortable. I haven’t woken up with any soreness at all after using them. My fiancé even steals them so a second set is a must! These have become my favorite pillows and they’re the best!!

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillow is cool to the touch with the perfect amount of fluffy and firmness. Provides great neck support and left me feeling well rested in the morning. I really appreciate that the pillow case has a zipper and can easily be removed and washed. Would highly recommend this pillow.

We used these pillows for our daughters bed, where I often end up sleeping. They were quality but a little too firm for my personal preference. They were definitely better than the cheaper pillows we typically use for their beds and I did notice I did not need to flip them to a cool Side through the night in a bedroom that typically gets warm at night.

I used the product for about a month. I enjoyed that it was very soft and was slightly cool. Butvi did feel that the cooling quickly faded and ended up having to flip it over a couple of time throughout the night. Having the 2 pillows was nice as I enjoy sleeping with multiple pillows. Im not sure if I would them going forward.

The pillows come in a 2 pack which makes them a great value. The cooling feature is what was most appealing considering I am a hot sleeper. I have to say first, these pillows are similar fluffy and comfortable. I felt my neck and head were snuggled into the pillow nicely Now for the cooling feature. To the touch the pillows don’t feel cool, but I thought after I sleep on it , it would maybe “activate” this feature. Sadly it did not. It was slightly cooler than a normal pillow but for me it wouldn’t be the sole reason for purchasing. I do like that there is zipper on the side of the pillow to have the option to remove and wash which is a huge plus Overall. I would purchase the pillows again just not solely on the cooling feature.

I bought these pillows a little over a month ago. I’ve been searching my whole life for the perfect pillow and I FINALLY FOUND IT! These pillows were a great bargain and they’re absolutely perfect.My daughter came for a visit and I thought she was going to steal one lol Guess I’ll be buying more.

5 night review. After using this 2 pack of pillows for 5 days it has become my favorite pillow so far! It keeps its shape while still being soft enough to get some sleep. The cooling part doesn't really apply to me because I have a thick pillow case but I could see that being a plus. All in all this has been an excellent product for sure. As I said before keeping its shape is a huge plus for me! 5 stars all the way

This is a nice quality pillow. The pillow is more on the firm / medium side. It’s not overly soft. The pillow does have some give to it. In my opinion it is too fluffy for my head but works good between my knees while I sleep. The quality is good which I expect to get from a Serta pillow.

I have used this product for a week and it is as advertised. Definitely a cool feeling upon laying your head on the pillow. As time goes on that feeling goes away but I have never felt hot while using. I would rate 3.5 stars because nothing really sets the pillow apart for me. I am a side sleeper and it is a little too thick for my preference but it does not cause any discomfort. It has taken me some time to adjust as I still haven’t fallen asleep quickly since using but that can not necessarily be the pillow’s fault. Overall it performs as it is described on the package and I have no complaints.
