This pillow is a great addition any night's sleep. It stayed cool all night, and provided the needed support for good rest. It fit in my standard pillow case, so the size of the pillow was easy incorporate. I was amazed waking up to a still cool pillow. Highly recommend for people who sleep warm at night.

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows are a highly supportive pillow filled with clumps of memory foam. They stay cool, and my daughter snatched one for herself right away, claiming it was super comfortable. It is highly supportive, so good for propping yourself and for side sleepers.

This pillow is soft and firm. The form makes it flexible to fold to make it firmer under your neck. The form also makes the pillow go back to its original state after sleeping on it overnight. The pillow stays cool and doesn't make you sweat. Good pillow.

I've been in the market for new pillows, so when I saw these I thought I'd give them a try. I tend to prefer fluffier pillows and wasn't sure if I would like these as they have a slimmer profile, but I was pleasantly surprised! Usually when I try any new pillow I deal with a stiff neck for a few days after the transition but this did not happen. The pillows have the support expected for a memory foam pillow without the stiffness or heavy/dense weight I've found with other brands that make it hard to get/stay comfortable. They also stay cool throughout the night as advertised, which is a huge plus as I'm a hot sleeper! I was impressed after 1 night and now have been using for about 10 days and still impressed. Have not tried washing them to see how they hold up but do think the washable feature is also a plus. Great product at a low price point - give these pillows a try!

This is such an awesome pillow! One of my favorite perks is that it is machine washable. Having family members that drool, machine washable is a must! The pillow itself AND the cover are machine washable. I gave it 4 stars because of an odd smell when I first put my head on the pillow. The smell has now faded over time. The pillow forms to your head and becomes so comfortable, it must be all the mini-micro cushions inside the pillow. It never flattens throughout the night. Say goodbye to pillow fluffing!

I've used this pillow several times since receiving it and while it is pretty comfortable it's isn't quite as advertised. I don't really notice a cooling effect like I have with other pillows. Also, it's a memory foam that doesn't flatten but as you can see by the attached photos, it's clear where the pillow has been used. There are dents in the pillow. It's definitely not the worst pillow I've ever used but it's also not the best. I would use the pillow if I had to but I don't know that I would willingly buy it.

They smelled terrible when I opened the box but the smell went away after a few days. I couldn’t really tell that it was a cooling pillow. Aside from that it is a little firm for those that like firm pillows. I did like the pillows and would buy them again.

When I ordered this memory foam pillow, I expected the standard brick, single piece of memory foam but was pleasantly surprised it was more reminiscent of a traditional pillow with a couple quirks. Very very fluffy, and very supportive. I opened up the pillow protector to see that inside were clearly off cuts from their mattress production. And I LOVE that! Clearly a sustainable initiative to try to reduce production waste - something I can stand by. I traditionally use basically no pillow - my arm and a very thin down alternative pillow is my go to - but after using this for a week, I see the positives. It is especially nice for propping yourself up before bedtime while reading. Very comfortable. My husband, who usually has to use two pillows, loves this pillow. This single pillow has replaced his two and he is thrilled that they don't slip away from each other during the night. I am very interested to see how they wash, but I am very hopeful. The materials all seem very robust.

It was used in the bedroom. I like that it doesn’t collapse. It is very comfortable and helped a lot when positioned around the neck. Usually wake up with neck discomfort, but not with this pillow. I highly recommend this pillow a lot!!!! Perfect for a good night sleep

I just want to start by saying I generally prefer a medium of the road pillow between soft and hard. When I pulled this pillow out of the package I immediately assumed I wouldn’t like it because it feels a bit hard and lumpy. The filling is a bunch of indivisible pieces of foam which is why it feels lumpy to the touch. I was very surprised when I actually slept really well on this pillow. I did not notice it was any cooler then my normal pillows and it actually has kind of a funky odor that I assume with time will dissipate. It is pretty cool it’s 100 percent washable. The interior lining that holds the pieces of foam together seems thin so I wonder how many washes that would hold up to. This is actually a perfect pillow set to use for decorative pillows because of the firmness which is my intended use moving forward.
