Is soft but not as the feather pillows. I prefer this one instead of the feather pillows; easier to find a comfy position. Overall great price and quality, just had a plastic smell when opening the package, I left them out to vent in the sun and issue solve.

This pillow is very comfortable and does cool you off adequately. It is soft enough to conform to your head and neck, but not too soft that it loses form. My only complain is that it's quite short. Even for a standard pillow size, it seems smaller than usual pillows.

Overall, these pillows are above average. When laying your head on the pillow, the pillow does not go flat, which I liked. I enjoyed the support I felt, fluffy but not hard. However, I didn't feel much of the memory gel. When you squeeze the pillow with your hand/fingers, you can feel the memory foam, but I feel like it doesn't translate well when you lay your head on the pillow. I slept comfortably on the pillow each night, I just expected to feel more of the gel and memory foam.

Great memory foam pillow for the price. Starts off super cold and is able to stay fairly cool through the evening. This may be a little firm for back sleepers but just right for side sleepers. I like that they included a card for washing instructions—nice touch. Buyers should be aware though that this “cushion” is actually made up of several small foam pieces or “micro-cushions” versus one single foam piece.

I have slept on this pillow for the last 5 nights and it took a little adjusting to it, but I'm starting to like it. I'm a side, back and belly sleeper and so one of my favorite features is that I can get it to mold to my desired shapes depending on how I'm sleeping. I did not notice getting hot so the cooling aspect seems like it is working. I was very impressed with the instructions for wash-ability. You can put the whole thing in the washer with your sheets on cold and with normal detergent and tumble dry and you're done. And it also comes with a 1 year limited warranty, but it seems like a good quality that should last without needing the warranty. I also love that it comes as a 2 pack!

The Serta memory foam cooling gel pillow were as expected. I have ordered gel pillows before and did not like them so I figured these might be the same way. I immediately started using them to sleep on once I received them. The pillow itself became very lumpy. I did not like that and have went back to sleeping on my old pillow. I now use this pillow between my legs every night and the shape has stayed consistent. Still lumpy. As far as the cooling feature goes, I haven’t really noticed a difference in my other pillows but it could be the pillowcase I am using. As far as a between the legs pillow, it has been great!

I’ve owned many diferente pillows through out my lifetime, and it’s only fair to give my opinion about these specific ones. FIRST the pillows come in the regular plastic bag wrap, nothing too fancy. I read on the packaging “COOLING,” that’s a win for me I don’t like being hot while I’m trying to take a Power Nap or sleep throughout the night. SECOND thing I noticed and liked was there was two pillows, affordable price by what I saw on the website. THIRD was both pillows already come with a zip-up pillow cover; that makes for longer lasting pillows, less dirt mites getting in the pillow and easier makes for easy cleaning I give these pillows a solid 9/10, they are comfortable, adjust to how I sleep. I also notice the pillows rise back up quickly, looks great on my bed. One con would be they are standard size however I feel them a tad smaller, may be the memory foam.

I had been searching around for a good pillow before I was given the opportunity to try one out for a review. I was excited to to try it out. I love the pillow! Its super comfortable. Its adjusts itself to my neck perfectly. I wake up with zero neck pain. Thank you for the opportunity to try it out.

The pillow is incredibly firm. Great for propping up your back in bed or if you really want to fluff up a sheet/case to fullness. I found it to be a little too full and it gave me a slight crick in my neck the first night sleeping on it. It apparently has a long break in period if it's going to be the main pillow your head sleeps on and I am using it alone not in conjunction with any other pillows. 2nd night went better but it does make your head sit high off the bed when side or back sleeping. The fill is a bit weird as it's a bag of chopped up gel memory foam which makes it feel a bit lumpy but not overly noticable as a back pillow or after you get settled in for the night. All in all I give it a four as it's very good but not necessarily the best option for me as I need something a bit less firm. The removable outer shell is very nice though for cleaning and washing. Zipper functions nicely.

I love this pillow, hoever, my husband did not enjoy it as much as I. If you enjoy a large extra fluffy pillow this is not for you. This pillow is a standard size, comes with a washable cover, and is filled with small microfiber pieces in their own zipper cover. This pillow is gives support, yet molds to your body. Its is on the flatter side. I would recommend this to the individual having a hard time giving up their extremely old, worn in pillow, this is for them.
