The product came in fast. I was surprised by the speed of the delivery. It comes with two pillows. I opened it did have a little bit of a funky smell to it. I read the instructions on it how to wash them and washed them and the smell was gone and smelled like my clothes. After the wash it was really fluffy. Been sleeping on it for three nights. It is comfy but not cooling for me. I am hot natured so it was not what I need for cooling but comfortable. Would recommend for the couch.

I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for about a week now and it is great! It’s a heavy pillow and pretty firm. I am a stomach sleeper and it works perfectly for me, very comfortable. The cooling gel is very subtle. This pillow does not really feel any cooler than other pillows at first, but I have noticed that it just does not get hot which is nice! The included washable zippered pillow cover is definitely a plus!

I recently got this pillow and i do like it a lot. The reason for a p 4 star review is the pillow is a bit thinner than my last and dose not give the neck support my last one did. I love the cooling aspect of the pillow combined with the good support for the neck and head.I wish it was a slightly plushier pillow. Overall a solid choice for a night sleep

Used the Serta Cooling gel memory foam pillow the night they arrived, and every night since. I am a hot sleeper and they helped keep me cool throughout the night. I did not wake up as often to flip to the "cool" side of the pillow to go back to sleep.

Upon receiving the pillows, I took them out of the plastic and unzipped them. They had a slight chemical smell, so i let them air out for 2 days without the cover on. Memory foam looks like confetti. Definitely keep the white cover on if you have kids so they don't empty it out and make a mess. After airing out, the pillows didn't smell, and I was able to use them. They are super comfortable. Hold their shape all night. I'm a side sleeper, and I didn't have to put my arm under the pillow the entire night. I'd definitely recommend these Serta pillows

Great pillows! I’m picky and these are great. Have a slight foam smell when first opened but after a few days it went away. Do not go flat or clump like other pillows….so far. I’ve only had them a couple weeks. For the sensitive folks, I’m an asthmatic and prone to rashes and have had no issues. Also a belly sleeper and no issues with these pillows for that either. Definitely a win and super affordable to top it off. The only quasi negative is I’m not sure what the cooling effect is supposed to be🤷‍♀️

I think it's important that I start with we have a King sized bed and typically use the larger King option for pillows too. I forgot how much smaller the standard/queen size are and I was nervous at first. To give them a fair chance, I put away our other pillows and only used one of these each. I gave them until the next evening and a good fluff (as suggested in the instructions). I was shocked with how good I felt after a night of sleep. Having the foam as several chunks versus one solid piece was surprising quick to adjust too and successful for my support/comfort. After about 3 days it wasn't as awe inducing but the instructions do suggest a daily fluffing of the pillows and that just isnt a habit I have (or care to form honestly lol). It does feel better after a fluff so perhaps with better "pillow maintenence) it could be awesome! I would call it well work the price point though!

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow is just okay. It feels like a standard non-specialty pillow. It does not feel like memory foam to me. It could use softer material and be a little bit more firm. I did not notice any type of cooling effect either. It is certainly not the worst pillow I have ever had, but also not the best. I wouldn't necessarily say I would recommend, but I would definitely not spend a lot of money on it.

Pillow is extremely comfortable.I am a back sleeper and woke up in the morning with no more achy neck pain. My husband is a side sleeper and was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the pillow was but also that it kept him cool throughout the night. We will definitely continue to purchase more Serta cooling gel memory foam pillows.

Overall the pillow is nice. I felt the pillow had a chemical smell so it needed to air out for a few days. I personally prefer thin firm pillows. This pillow is firm but a little thicker than I am used to. Lastly, I didn’t notice a real cooling factor but I probably one of the better cooling pillows I have tried. I plan to continue to use and allow time to adjust.
