I have used this pillow for about a week now. I think it's very comfortable, definitely an upgrade from my regular pillow! It's squishy but not so much that it flattens out during the night, it stays nice and fluffy. However, I could only rate it 4 stars because it's advertised as a cooling pillow and it definitely does not cool at all. If anything I would say it retains heat which is perfectly fine for cooler nights but someone looking for a cooling pillow should try another option. If you're looking for a comfortable memory foam pillow I would highly recommend it but not for any cooling aspect.

I really wanted to love these pillow have been sleeping on them for over a week, but they just aren’t for me. First of all, they are made up of lots of tiny pieces of memory foam, which while that does help the pillow keep its form, makes the texture slightly lumpy. The pillow does not feel “cool” at all, it is the same temperature as all other pillows I have slept on. It is also a bit on the thick side, make it too high for my neck. It is in a nice zippered case, make it easy to clean. Overall, pillows are super hard to find the perfect one and for me this one is not it.

If firm is what your looking for, then look no further. This pillow offers a firm support to your neck, shoulders ,and head. It has a cooling technology that allows to keep you cool and keeps you from sweating in your sleep. This pillow has a dual cover that offers the ability to wash the outer shell of the pillow and reuse, while the inner case houses the foam bits. I would recommend this pillow to those looking for a more firm pillow. Overall I am satisfied with this product and give it a 3 star only due to its firmness ( and it's not what I like to sleep on) the quality is there and the ease in being able to keep it clean is also there.

I tried out these pillows for 2 wks. it’s a great pillow, but I don’t find it “cooling.” We had similar pillows from another brand prior to receiving these Serta pillows and it is clear that the Serta pillows are superior. The design is similar -both allow the user to adjust the pillow’s thickness by removing the internal materials to meet your needs, but this Serta pillow has a better outer casing that contributes to a cooler outcome. .

Overall a great value pillow! Reluctant at first and a bit picky when it comes to pillows this served as a great, versatile pillow for my various sleeping positions. Stomach, side, back…always comfortable. Can move around to be thin at times but with a quick fluff it was good to go and even came off as a bit customizable. Always as cool, never sticky and hot. For this price point it seems to be a great value buy for most sleepers.

These are not the same pillows I have been buying for years. They are now super thin with no support. I do not know if maybe my store got a bad batch or this is how they will be from now on, but I will not buy again. Sad because these were my go to pillows for every bed in my home and RV.

This pillow is very different from a typical pillow. The memory foam is shredded up pieces (see pic) inside a zip case. It is a very thick pillow, too thick for me as it holds my head at a weird angle and hurt my neck. However it is useful to prop myself up in bed for reading as it does hold its structure and not cause me to eventually sink down. I will be keeping these pillows for that use but not to actually use for sleep.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow is just okay. It feels like a standard non-specialty pillow. It does not feel like memory foam to me. It could use softer material and be a little bit more firm. I did not notice any type of cooling effect either. It is certainly not the worst pillow I have ever had, but also not the best. I wouldn't necessarily say I would recommend, but I would definitely not spend a lot of money on it.

I was so excited to try these pillows!The pillows visually are nice and white. I am a side sleeper but I think these would work well for side sleepers and back sleepers . I found it unusual that the pillow filling is a bunch of foam pieces . I have never seen anything quite like it lol . That is why the pillow comes in a white case with a zipper to keep all those little pieces secure inside ...These are nice pillows I gave 4 out of 5 stars because as a cooling pillow I would personally like more of a cooling affect. It's a little cooling but not as much as I would like.

My wife and I used this product in replacement of our usual pillows for a couple of weeks. I enjoy a firmer pillow while she prefers something softer. We both initially loved the feel and firmness of the pillow, but found that it was not ideal for us for sleeping. It was slightly stiff and didn’t have a ton of give to it. While I like a firm pillow, it did not conform to my head/neck as much as I like. My wife is a stomach sleeper, and it was too thick for her liking. However, if you like a thick and firm pillow, this might be the pillow for you.
