FINALLY! A pillow that delivers on being not too firm, and not too soft. The cooling factor is an added bonus. Word to the wise — leave this pillow sitting out by itself for at least 8-10 hours before use so you get the maximum benefit from it. The only negative I can find about this pillow is the zipper, which is sort of pointy and out there. But after being poked once I flipped it around and it hasn’t been a problem since. It’s very nice to have a pillow that returns to its original shape and size after multiple uses.

This is a great quality pillow. I haven’t actually noticed a “cooling” effect but I am a very hot sleeper. Other than that I do still think this is a great pillow, it is dense without being too firm and feels like it will last quite awhile without losing shape. I will likely purchase more in the near future.

After using these pillows for the past four nights, my wife and I are pleasantly surprised with these pillows. I am a stomach sleeper but try not to as my back hurts. I have found that this pillow does a good job of keeping me on my side or back. I have tried a lot of ways to stop sleeping on my stomach and this seems to be working! I was unsure about the pillow seeing that it is filled with ground up memory foam(pic) but it is a good all around pillow. It gives support but not too much to where it is uncomfortable, and on the other extreme your head does not sink all the way in as it does with the plush pillows. The pillow breaths well as to not cause heat or sweat while sleeping. It has only been a short time with the pillows but I feel like they will do a very good job of holding their shape over time. I do wish that the pillows were a bit wider but I could always purchase the king size as these are queen/full. I do a fair amount of tossing and turning and a little wider would be beneficial for that. For this reason I removed one star but they are very close to being a 5-star pillow. Overall I feel like these are very good quality pillows and worth trying. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. These pillows have been the most comfortable and easy to get use to out of the box. I have found that sometimes pillows just take a little time to get use to, so maybe with a little more use, they will become a 5-star pillow to me.

I received the Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows a few days ago and immediately put them on my bed. The pillows are wrapped in a soft fabric that is removable for easy cleaning. My husband and I have slept on them for a couple of nights and we both agree that the pillows are comfortable and hold their shape well. They are supposed to be cooling pillows but since we have had a few cooler nights, we haven't gotten to experience the cooling factor yet.

I’m a flip flop sleeper and the pillow offers great support while still being comfortable! When I took it out of the package I couldn’t wait to try it out. Surprisingly, it offers the right amount of give firm and softness for my back and neck which makes it perfect for me. I’m definitely getting a better night sleep because I can get comfortable in one position.

This pillow is very comfortable and it keeps its shape very well. These pillows come with zippered pillow cases that you wash with the pillow which I love. No sweating at my head or neck even though I'm bundled up to my chin. The packaging came with instructions to wash the pillows also which was definitely a plus. I will definitely be getting another set to replace more pillows.

These pillows are very cool and stay fluffed after laying on them. They are a good size, and don’t have the weird smell that some new pillows have. I am a stomach sleeper and my wife is a back sleeper, and we both love these pillows. They hold their shape very well. I would definitely buy these again.

I would like to start off saying this is the best pillow I have used in years! I used to use regular down pillows but they get too hot but these stay nice and cool. I then moved to a solid "cooling" memory foam pillow but those are way too hard and do not shape like these do (while still providing plenty of support for a side sleeper). This pillow has just the right cooling, support, and comfort for me and my wife loves hers too!

I give these pillows a 4 out of 5, they are actually pretty comfortable. More comfortable then expected I usually randomly get hot through out the night and the past few nights thats hasn't happened so the cooling does work surprisingly, I'm definitely getting a few more
