I like a somewhat firmer pillow and this one is a good medium firm type of pillow. The fabric has a very nice soft feel to it and I like the zipper access to the gel foam. The foam is a nice white and blue color. I know that doesn't really matter, but it does look nice. I do have to say as with many new pillows/ mattress items, this does have a strong chemical smell to it at first, but I threw mine in a cedar trunk for a day and it was fine after that. The best thing about this pillow for me is that I don't need two pillows anymore! This one is the perfect amount of fluff and firmness.

My husband and I have been using these pillows for a little over a week now. I could not love these pillows more! I’ve struggled for several years now getting a good nights sleep because of inadequate pillows. These pillows are soft and very cushioned, but also provide great support for my neck. I’m not waking up with a stiff neck and headaches anymore and I couldn’t be happier! My husband loves that they stay cool, he hates being hot when he sleeps. The price is unmatched. I love that the cover unzips for easy washing. Overall they are great, and I’ll definitely be buying a few for the kids as well!

My 3 favorite things about this pillow in particular is that that it is machine washable, affordable, and it provides the support you need while sleeping. Although I myself prefer a softer pillow, I believe this pillow is a great choice for anyone in need of the extra support and who prefers a firmer pillow.

Recently went camping for the week with my family and took it with me. I’m definitely a pillow snob and would recommend this. Stays fluffy, cool and kept me asleep…which is hard. I usually toss the pillow around a couple times a night to get the right cushiness for me and I didn’t have that issue.

This is great pillow. Very comfortable and very affordable for the price. The only thing I don't get is the cooling part. I don't see how this or any product of this type can be cooling. But I did not get it for that, I got it for comfort which it exceeds my expectations.

These Serta memory foam pillows are comfortable and provide proper neck support. I love this new pillow and the cooling feature is an added bonus. As the temps in Texas have been hotter than usual, this pillow came right on time! I have flipped this pillow many times during the night to enjoy the cooling effect. As far as as the memory foam features, it holds its shape very well and provides great support to the head and neck snd doesn’t allow any sinking in. Overall great pillow. The only disadvantage is I wish the pillow was bigger.

My husband and I both tested out the pillows. When it comes to sleeping I am way more particular when it comes to which pillows I use. So where my husband says the pillow was comfy, I am able to provide a more detailed review for those who may be as particular as myself. With old pillows I struggled to find a pillow that wasn't too soft I was swallowed into the pillow but not to firm that it didn't budge. I also frequently woke up and had to flip my pillow because I was too hot. This pillow from the first time i layed my head down, I instantly found its cooling effects calming and it was the right balance of being soft but firm! We have both used the pillows for a week and love how the cooling affects last all night without flipping the pillows at all. I find these pillows to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I would highly recommend these pillows to anyone who frequently walks up hot and flips the pillow!

I was surprised by the quality of these pillows. They have an outer cover with a zipper which is nice. It comes with instruction to wash them. They are soft but also firm. I had a good night sleep only using one of the pillows. I am a side and back sleeper. My husband also had a good night sleep and he is a stomach sleeper. They keep their shape nicely.
