Very fast shipping, came in a sturdy box. The pillows are great. Left them in the open for 24 hours to get rid of the slight new foam smell, went away after that. Sleeps cool, medium firm and overall a great sleeping experience. Have had them for a week now. The double layers with individual zippers and the small pieces of foam make it a new and nice way of building pillows.

After opening the package there were two queen sized pillows, both were clean. I liked that there was a separate insert inside of the outer white cover, both come with zippers which makes it convenient to wash. Inside of the insert appears to be shredded blue foam. I slept good throughout the night with no aches in the morning which is a plus. Did not notice much of a difference of cooling temperature. Overall a good pillow that molds to the shape of your head.

When I first received these pillows they looked lumpy and uncomfortable. I’m not sure about how they put the foam in them but they were not like anything I have experienced. To give a little background, I sleep with an ergonomic pillow every night and if I don’t have it I can feel it in the morning. I have probably 10 different pillows in my house that I have tried and they all made my neck hurt. I figured I’d give this one a try. I used the pillow for a week before I wrote this review, just to give it a fair shake. I loved the cooling gel in it as I sleep hot and am constantly under a fan. This is my favorite feature and I am honestly going to miss it. I liked the feel of the pillow itself and felt as though it gave plenty of support. The foam was not too soft or too hard and molded nicely to my head and neck. With that being said, I am not able to keep using the pillow as it pushed my neck out of place and I had to get an adjustment. For me, the pillow was a little too full and did not give enough where I need it. I had given one to a child of mine and my fiancée and they LOVE the pillows telling me it is some of the best sleep they have gotten in a while! My recommendation, if you have neck issues already, stick with an ergo pillow. If not, I’m told, these pillows are fantastic!!

These pillows shipped faster than I thought! The packaging was easy to open. Both pillows were clean and ready to be used. I like that they have a zippered cover already on them. They are queen size and perfect for my bed. I have used them for several nights and have slept great. They are cool and just the right amount of firmness and softness! Looking forward to other products!

I was a little skeptical at first, but I was surprised how well the cooling “system” works on this pillow! I used it with a pillow case and without and that does make a slight difference but a thin pillowcase would be a perfect option. I love how the pillow comes with a removable cover for washing and allows your to see the cooling elements - it’s pretty neat! I do prefer firmer pillows and this is more on the softer side. Other than that, I give it 5 stars for doing exactly what was advertised!

Based on the fact of the pieces of foam it lacks a sold shape. Meaning it moves and adjusts where you are. Thus causing the prices to move out and around your head, while your head sinks in.

I got 2 pillows for the master bedroom and were much needed. They are a little firmer than I like, but my husband loves it. He is a hot sleeper and they definitely kept him cooler at night. They do offer a cooling sensation for some time without the use of a pillow case. I would recommend these pillows and will buy some.

My package included 2 pillows, i took one ajd my husband used the other. He very much enjoyed how firm the pillow was and said it was a keeper. I however didn't like the pillow for sleeping. For me it was too firm and left me with a stiff neck ewch night i used it. I do think those who like to sit up in bed and watch tv would enjoy the support it gives your back, it doesnt "deflate" at all unlike normal pillows.

These pillows are an amazing deal for the price. You get 2 of them. They are both form fitting & cooling. The memory foam is shredded pieces which makes it easy to shift and adjust to your needs. After several nights the memory foam still fluffs back up to its shape rather than falling flat. They each come with a washable cover which is super helpful in keeping the pillow fresh & clean for a great night sleep.
