I would give this 0 stars if that was an option. Opened the pilllow to take out some of the filling. The pillow was filled with small pieces of plastic and styrofoam. Returned the pilllow’s immediately!

Should have gone with my gut and listened to the bad reviews. Used 3 times for grandkids, 5 and 8, flat after use. Had to put in dryer to fluff up again. RETURNED

I got these pillows thinking, WOW what a good deal and who doesn't love Serta. These pillows were horrible, went flat right away. I ended throwing them in the closet and using my old pillow. The search for a good pillow continues.

You know, sometimes we don’t keep in mind the length of what we actually like in a pillow. I was looking forward to the cooling effect. However, my head just sank in these pillows and no cooling really happened.

Very good quality pillows. Great buy! Took a little getting used to as they were a little firmer than what I was used to. I use one for my back as well while watching TV. Cannot beat the price on these. Love them!!

Oh my goodness I can’t wait to get these pillows and they are lumpy and separate right as soon as you get them I haven’t even laid on them yet. Horrible will be returning immediately.

First time I was preparing to wash the white cover bag the zipper broke, little multi-colored foam pieces everywhere, pretty much unusable. Very disappointed from a so-called reputable company

These pillows are very nice. The smell is a bit weird, that's why the 4 stars. The pillows are just squishy enough, and just firm enough. I will probably buy 2 more for the pillow shams.

Maybe it’s because I live in So. California, the pillow feels too hot and too flat for me. I’m a side sleeper, so I end up flipping it to the cool side or bunching it up in the middle during the night.

Just after I bought this few weeks ago my husband layed on 2 of them and went completely flat already and the pillows at the seem was horrible and have thrown 2 away.
