Should have gone with my gut and listened to the bad reviews. Used 3 times for grandkids, 5 and 8, flat after use. Had to put in dryer to fluff up again. RETURNED

I waited a little over a year to review these pillows, and they are honestly my favorite pillows. I get hot really easy while sleeping and these pillows actually stay cool! They are the perfect amount of firmness and flexible.

Less than expected. Filling consists of chopped up pieces of foam and other material. Smells as if it was wet and has a mildewed smell. Less than spectacular. I would not purchase again.

At first these feel nice, but go flat within a day or two. They smell terrible. I aired them out for two weeks before sleeping on them. They stilll stink of chemical even after a month.

First time I was preparing to wash the white cover bag the zipper broke, little multi-colored foam pieces everywhere, pretty much unusable. Very disappointed from a so-called reputable company

I got these pillows thinking, WOW what a good deal and who doesn't love Serta. These pillows were horrible, went flat right away. I ended throwing them in the closet and using my old pillow. The search for a good pillow continues.

This not so basic pillow is absolutely the best pillow in my arsenal of pillows on my bed.. it’s very comfy and shapeable to contour to anyone’s liking..

Maybe it’s because I live in So. California, the pillow feels too hot and too flat for me. I’m a side sleeper, so I end up flipping it to the cool side or bunching it up in the middle during the night.

It's much too soft there's not enough filling in there so there's no support I have to put two of those pillows together to get some support for my head and neck and I don't feel the cooling that it said it would give me and I'm surprised because that's sort of made by Serta but they're nice the good quality made it's just they're not cooling and they're not firm enough

Absolutely love these pillows. As someone who has back issues from mild scoliosis and neck issues, I was suffering from really bad sleep. A week of using these pillows and I've already noticed a difference. I'm going back to buy more for the family because at this price in this economy, it's a steal. They're not too soft but not too firm and moldable. It's the perfect in-between.
