These Serta pillows come in a set of two. They are made of cooling gel memory foam micro-cushions which you can actually feel the cooling effect while laying on them. They are a bit lumpy since the foam is in clusters and not one large piece of gel foam. I prefer solid foam pillows but these pillows are a great price only being $12.98 for the set and would be perfect for guest bedrooms. The cover is also machine washable so that’s a plus. My husband loves the pillows and is already using them.

I love how the pillow in encased in a cover, but not only that you can remove stuffing! The pillow was too hard for my liking so I simply unzipped and removed stuffing! It truly conforms to your head. Now if you move on the pillow it will have an indention, but it quickly absorbs. Nice size pillows too! Hubby liked it also!

My wife and I used the pillows for about 10 days, and have enjoyed the soft touch! The cooling element is great, and they are firm enough to conform but soft enough to be used all night without discomfort. The only thing that dropped a star for me was the flattening, during the nights sleep it wasn’t an issue, but I have to fluff the pillow every night to get a soft feel when laying down.

The pillow feels nice to touch, but you can feel the small bumps that allow breath ability. The pillow does not feel cold or cool. The pillow is on the firmer side which is great for me and feels good. There are 2 zipper pillow cases covering the pillow filling inside. The outer case is soft with a ribbed texture.

Love Love Love this pillow. My husband and I tried this Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows and had the best night sleep! Stays fluffy all night long, feels cool on a hot night, and cradles the head just right. This pillow far exceeds any pricey pillow. My husband is a hard one to please in the pillow department and he has had no complaints since we switched to these pillows. We have been using them for over a week now.

This pillow provides great support and is incredibly comfortable. Being someone that gets hot when sleeping, it provided the perfect amount of cooling which lessened the amount of times waking up in the middle of the night from being too hot. It does have a strong smell when first removing from the bag. It’s not necessarily chemical, but not a pleasant smell to breathe in constantly the first few nights. Using a pillow case did seem to help with that though!

I like the degree of firmness with this pillow but what really bothered me was the outer material of the pillow. I wish that was a little softer. It kinda made the pillow feel a little harsh but I did like the firmness of the inside material. This is why I gave it a three star. If you are looking for a more firm pillow this one is definitely for you though. I just needed something with a softer outer material.

I would like to start off saying this is the best pillow I have used in years! I used to use regular down pillows but they get too hot but these stay nice and cool. I then moved to a solid "cooling" memory foam pillow but those are way too hard and do not shape like these do (while still providing plenty of support for a side sleeper). This pillow has just the right cooling, support, and comfort for me and my wife loves hers too!

I was excited to try out these memory foam pillows. When I received the fluffy firm pillow I immediately put a pillow case on it and put it on my bed . To my surprise it’s more firm than I would like . I usually use two pillows but I don’t need two with this one . The memory foam helps support my head not my neck . I’m going to try it for a week more and see if I can’t love it .
