This pillow is quality product with good neck support. It's a medium firmness pillow which helps it hold it's form a lot better than the often too soft pillows. The gel material creates a nice memory foam element that helps you really settle in for a good night of sleep. My one minor complaint is the cooling tech isnt as great as other cooling gel tech like the purple pillow or more expensive ones. However, this one is more on the budget price and will work great for a guest room or even kids that arent as particular with their neck support.

The pillows arrived in a plastic bag. Right away, during unwrapping of the pillows, I noticed there are a lot of loose strings on the edges of the pillow. I used these pillows in our new camper van which is hard to control the temperature at night. The cooling would be a huge benefit, but it didn’t feel cool through the pillow case. The pillow also felt too firm and after two days I decided to find a new pillow to use.

I ended up using these 2 pillows in my sons room, he has a full size bed and they fit perfectly. I think they would also fit okay on a queen as well. They are very fluffy but also very forming to your head when you lay on them. I could also feel the cooling effect that the pillows have, it’s very nice. I think depending on the type of pillowcase you use, would dictate how much of the cooling you feel when using.

Both me and my husband have taken each pillow to test it out. I was sleeping on it for about a week, i couldn't handle it anymore. I have neck problems since April, after car accident and still trying to find a good one. And this is not a good one for me, i was waking up with even more stiff neck and more pain. My husband tried it for 2 weeks, and was very happy to go back to his normal normal pillow, it doesn't provide any support that is needed.

Ive really enjoyed this pillow. Its offered the right amount of firmness and fluffyness that I like. Your head just rest in it but doesnt sink in. Im a sideway sleeper and it helps keep my head level and not bent but also works great when I back sleep.

I really enjoyed how the pillow formed around my neck, giving me support throughout the night. I am usually a side sleeper but this pillow did a great job of supporting the sides and back of my head, feeling very refreshed waking up! I am usually a hot sleeper and was worried with the gel if I would overheat but I stayed cool with this pillow. It’s also great if you’re sitting up in bed to lean back on. It’s firm but soft. Would recommend for anyone who needs good neck support.

First of all.. these problems are no cooler than any other pillow I've ever had.. in fact I felt they were warmer than some not advertised as cooling.. also they have a strange odor to them.. I wouldn't call the smell dirty but almost like some kind of weird chemical smell.. whatever it is it's strong .. they are fluffy for now but if I would have known that the cooling claim was false I would have never gotten them.. Serta dropped the ball on these.. cooling needs to be taken off the label.. I've only napped on them for 2 hours and I woke up quite hot wear my face was in contact with the pillow..

The pillow was very comfortable. I had a great night sleep but was a little sore on my neck the next day just with changing pillows. This only lasted for a little bit in the morning but I thought the pillow on the days to follow I was very comfortable sleeping and had no soreness.

I found it difficult to fall asleep on this pillow. It’s comfortable at first, but being a side sleeper I’m bothered by the “crackling” of the fibers as the pillow forms to your head. Once it does settle, I feel it’s too soft to give good support. That being said, it’s the perfect pillow to put behind your back for support that’s just right. I would’ve loved these when I was pregnant to support my belly and back.

I bought a pack of two of these from the local Sam's Club store. My daughter used mine one afternoon while napping. She wanted one, so I ordered another set online. We really like these pillows. When you sleep with an arm under it, your arm doesn't get hot like with other pillows.
