I was surprised that the Serta Cooling Memory Foam Pillows were actually received in a package that allows the pillow to keep their form and fluffiness. I have been using the pillows every night for two weeks and it has been the best sleep I have had in months. I am a back sleeper and I used to wake up with tension headaches, with the Serta Cooling Memory Foam Pillows the pain has vanished. The way the pillow supports the head and craddles the neck allows for a great night sleep, its the perfect combination of softness and firmness. On top of providing great support, the pillows have a washable cover which makes it convenient to keep the pillows fresh.

When i received these pillows, i was a bit skeptical because of the way it was, then last night i slept on it and wow. i slept like a baby and it was even difficult to wake up in the morning. My husband also mentioned that he slept pretty well on that pillow. i would definitely recommend this.

The never felt any cooling area on the pillow on either side. Im familar with cooling mattresses due to family and friends. This is not close. There is no obvious cooling gel as part of the pillow. I like the firmness of the pillow, but I could have paid less with a non cooling pillow. Doesn't work for me

My husband and I used both of the pillows shipped for sleeping in bed. I gave it 3 stars because it is a little too “tall” for both of us. After using for 2 days he started having neck pain. I have been using for 3 days with no issue but it isn’t as comfortable as my other pillow with is not as tall. It is not good for a stomach sleeper but for sleeping on your back or side is pretty comfortable. My favorite use of the pillow is using it to prop myself up in bed to watch tv. Overall these are nice quality pillows.

When you purchase a MEMORY FOAM pillow you are expecting a pillow made form a single piece of memory foam, not made from countless small pieces (left-over cut-offs) of the foam. It did not mention this fact anywhere in the ad. Added to that, is the fact that, so-far, it has taken a week to get rid of the chemical smell they had - a smell still not fully gone.

This pillow is medium thickness and has a soft cover that could almost be used without another pillowcase. It does not have the typical memory foam "feel" but rather like it's full of many small pieces of memory foam. I am a warm sleeper and a prime candidate for cooling technology. I do not think this pillow does anything to keep you cool. It does feel like good quality.

We used these pillows for the last week in our master bedroom. The pillows are comfortable but I was really looking forward to a cooling effect, especially with this summer heat, but unfortunately these pillows did not deliver that. Still a comfortable choice if you’re not interested in cooling pillows.

I’m amazed that my headaches have gone away since changing to theses pillows verses having tradition style pillows. My husband sleeps better since switching to these pillows as well. Also, who can beat the price! 2 for $10!?! Even if you don’t like them you’re only out the price of a pizza!

My wife loves pillows! She sleeps with around 7 every night (I usually have 2, one for my head and one for my legs). my wife would rate her experience with one of these pillows as a B+. Me? I’d give them an A. I’ve used a bamboo memory foam pillow I purchased at Sam’s Club for around 7 years now. One of these finally swapped it out! It’s cooling and soft, yet firm (a nice happy medium). It holds its shape and came with its own zippered protector - easy to throw in the washer. These also come with a 1 year warranty which is great as well, usually a cheaper, lower quality pillow won’t last you that long, anyway. Great choice! We plan to buy another set.

I bought these pillows to get a better nights sleep as I seem to wake up a lot and sometimes with neck pain. The pillow is comfortable, but I cant sleep , well because the pillow seems to whisper all the bad memories of bad decisions, I've made in my life. Perhaps it's the memory foam, ...however the other pillow seems to have soaked in someone else's memories as I have never ever in my life , done some of the things that pillows suggests I did...its confusing.
