It was time for some new pillows and these are wonderful! I get hot at night and I can definitely tell the difference with these cooling pillows. The gel clusters allow me to shape the pillow in the most comfortable position. It’s the perfect mix of soft and firm.

These pillows were a great addition to our bed! You can never have too many pillows and these are not only great for display but also comfortable to sleep on. They maintain their coolness all night for those that get hot at night. Love how easily they can be washed not only the cover but the pillow as well which is great because it’s easy and convenient. They also maintain their shape after which is a huge plus. Perfect for summer or even great for winter when flu & cold season hit to keep those fevers low.

I gave this pillow a four star rating because my husband and I have different opinions about it. My husband would rate it 5 stars. He says it’s cushioned perfectly, doesn’t make him hot and has had great sleep while using it. On the other hand I like my pillows a little more filled and firmer and found this pillow uncomfortable. My neck felt awkward because the pillow provided very little support for my head. I also did not feel any cooling effect. One thing I appreciate about these pillows is that they do have removable covers, which is a plus because I’ll be keeping them on rotation for my husband when one is in the wash.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows provided excellent support for my neck and head while keeping me at a comfortable temperature. I sleep on an adjustable bed, so it’s tricky to find a pillow that works well. I was able to position this one well and get the support I need. The only downside I have is it takes quite a while to dry after washing (the tag says 2 hours). I ran it through the dryer 3 times.

The Serta Cooling Memory Foam Pillows are great. They are firmer than regular pillows, which I like. I also have a much more expensive pillow and I would say it is similar quality. I can't say that I notice it to be cooling, but that doesn’t bother me.

This is an excellent pillow. It is medium (not too squishy, not too hard). The pillow indeed is cooling. It is still 90 degrees in Texas and the coolness helps me sleep better at night. My neck pain is gone since switching to this pillow. Highly recommend!

The Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillows by Serta are exactly that- cooling. I found them to be quite cool and soft while still having weight to them. I liked that they are washable, however I would not stack them as they can feel hard and not as fluffy. I personally get headaches when my pillows are hard. If you don’t mind sleeping low with one pillow only, then you’ll really enjoy these pillows.

I have been using the product now for over two weeks. The pillow keeps cool as expected hold's its shape well, as well as supports my head and neck. The pillow has a medium firmness not as soft as a feather pillow but also not as hard as a full foam pillow. One draw back is that it does have a chemically smell that does take several days to dissipate, but overall I would recommended this pillow.

I received this pillow as part of the Sam’s club star review club. Let me start off saying that I am a huge memory foam buyer. My bed, pillows and even shoes have memory foam so I’m pretty particular about what I’m looking for. When I first opened the product, it was nice and cool and did not smell at all like some do. I am a side sleeper and like my pillow pretty firm so I usually sleep with 2 stacked pillows. The first night I tried sleeping with 1 pillow and was pretty surprised on how comfortable it was. But like habits are formed I went back to stack them the next couple nights which was too high for me so I stacked it with one of my other pillows and slept like a baby.

I’m a pregnant side-sleeper accustomed to using a solid memory foam gel pillow. When my pillows are wrong I wake with a tension headache. These pillows are constructed using bits and pieces of memory foam gel. The first two nights with this pillow were okay, but after the third night, the tension headache hit. It’s almost like it lost its support the more it was used. Compared to my old pillow (that had a solid layer of cooling gel) this one does not cool nearly as well. These pillows have the scent that you usually associate with memory foam. They would work well for people that don’t require as much neck support, or as a between the knees pillow.
