I really enjoyed these pillows, they are memory foam yet still cushy and soft . I really liked the cooling effect , I’m pregnant and I would wake up really hot , and I’ve noticed since I’ve started using these I’m not waking up in a sweat! The pillowcase has a zipper which is nice for when you’re ready to wash. Overall I recommend this pillow for its comfort and cooling effect!

My husband and I have been sleeping through the night ever since we received these pillows! The shredded texture allows your head and neck to mold into the pillow and adjusts to your comfort. Highly recommend these for a good nights sleep! Great price as well.

This pillow is great for side sleepers like me. My other medium firm pillows had me waking up with a sore neck every morning. These pillows are soft and I woke up feeling great. I will say that I did not notice a cool effect but I also slept with the pillow shams on so taht coupd be the reaso. I would still recommend these without the cooling factor.

I ordered 4 sets of (2 pack) Serta Gel Memory Foam Pillows. I only received 3 sets & I have sent Sam's a complaint, they never responded. So, I paid 59.40 for 3 sets instead of 4. The pillows are nice and comfy, although you wouldn't want to have a pillow fight with these pillows

We’ve greatly enjoyed the pillows, swapped our old pillows out with these and have not gone back since. They fluff up nicely each night and provide good support for your head and neck. No tossing and turning trying to get it just right needed. One of the best Serta pillow products we’ve used to date.

I've been on a hunt for the perfect pillow for a few years now. I was super excited when I founf out that this pillow is part of a twin pack. With that being said, the quantity of the pillows are pretty good. I like the thickness of the pillows. They feel like a medium to firm density. It's comfortable if I rest my head in the center of the pillow but if I sleep with my head rest towards the very bottom of the pillow I'd wake up with a little headache. Im sure this is due to my existing health conditions that's already affecting my head and that is why I'm searching for the perfect pillow in the first place. As far as the cooling affect...I cant really tell because I'm always cold therefore, I don't sweat much when I sleep. Overall, the pillow is well made and i enjoyed sleeping on them!

I have used this pillow for the last several nights with the weather changing from hot during the day to cold at night. I have not noticed the "cooling effect" because when I lay down it doesn't feel cool. It is a firm, but a squishy pillow, for that I would recommend.

cooled memory foam pillows, I needed this in my life! I’m the type of sleeper that sleeps in many different positions. mostly sleep on my sides but I sometimes change to face down or face up. This is comfortable whichever way I sleep. I love a cool pillow and this pillow stays cooler longer than my last pillow. Also being memory foam is a plus!!

This pillow is the best I've tried! I have fibromyalgia and sleep apnea. Finding a pillow that is supportive and doesn't interfere with my sleep mask is a tough ask. I've tried so many pillows that are either too firm, fall flat overnight, or are cushy but mess with my mask. This pillow is cushy but doesn't interfere. I turn it once or twice a week to keep the support up. I use the second pillow for support under my knees. I'm so glad I tried this pillow!

I have been using this pillow for about a week now. I was excited to see how fluffy the pillow was but after using it, the pillow becomes flat and does not offer a lot of support. The cooling feature of the pillow is average. The pillow does feel cool but once you put a pillow case on it, the pillow looses the cool feeling. Once the pillow sits for a while it will regain its shape again but does compress when in use.
