Love these pillow they are so comfortable that im able to sleep through the night. You CAN wash them, but maybe only 1-2 times & then you need to buy a new one. I do like “ my pillow” , but it sound like Rice Krispies in you ear! This pillow is perfect! Heavy ( in a good way), cradles your head, squishes into shape & not hot. Love it!

I have slept with this pillow the past 3 nights. It is a very comfortable pillow and would have recieved 5 stars, but the cooling effect is not exsistant. I think the cooling effect would be a fantastic idea just doesnt work in this pillow. Other then that great product my sleep was normal.

Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows are different from other pillows that I have used in the past. They take a little getting used to. I find them a bit firm. I usually sleep on my side, but sometimes on my back. This pillow is firmer than I anticipated, however, they are cooling and do give great support. I like it they come in a pack of two and are relatively affordable. One thing to note, the instructions say the entire pillow is totally laundry-safe but I would suggest a delicate cycle and in cold water only.

Package and product arrived in great shape. I personally struggled the first night using them because I was so accustomed to my previous pillows. However, after that first night, I had no problem. They have the right amount of support, not overly firm or too soft. Total sleep inducers!! Wish they came in King size too.

The pillows needed to air out from the box before we were able to use them. These were too soft for my husband’s liking. Our child loved this pillow. It doesn’t stay cool but the soft to firm ratio was perfect. I enjoyed the balance of the soft to firm as well.

This pillow is filled with memory foam pieces. I did not think I would care for it at first, but after a few nights of sleeping with this pillow, it has really impressed me. I am a side sleeper and it seems to be the perfect thickness for me. My husband has also enjoyed this pillow. In his words "this pillow is awesome!". Really like that the pillow cover is removable for easy cleaning.

This pillow is truly epic. In full transparency I run warm at night, think like a hibernating bear. I’ve always had issues finding pillows that keep me cool, until now! These pillows have yet to warm up on me and cause an interruption in my sleep cycle. They are firm and comfortable. Give the me ample support my head and neck need to sleep comfortable at night. Going to recommend to all my family and friends.

Based on the fact of the pieces of foam it lacks a sold shape. Meaning it moves and adjusts where you are. Thus causing the prices to move out and around your head, while your head sinks in.

This pillow has grown on me. It was a bit hard when I first started with it but by night 3 it was broken in enough to be very comfortable. I like that it is a bit overstuffed for when I want some support when sitting up reading in bed, but after breaking it in it’s still soft enough for comfort when sleeping. Four out of five stars, would recommend if you like a firmer pillow at night.
