5 night review. After using this 2 pack of pillows for 5 days it has become my favorite pillow so far! It keeps its shape while still being soft enough to get some sleep. The cooling part doesn't really apply to me because I have a thick pillow case but I could see that being a plus. All in all this has been an excellent product for sure. As I said before keeping its shape is a huge plus for me! 5 stars all the way

Overall, the Serta Gel Memory Foam pillow is an excellent choice if you’re looking for firm cooling pillow. After using it for a week, I must say it helped with my sleep quality and the cooling gel helped regulated the temperature preventing overheating during night.

I was skeptical at firsr, I'm not one to switch up my pillows. But I am extremely impressed! The cooling portion was amazing and the memory foam made my neck feel amazing. I have larger pillow cases so that was a bummer. But definitely worth buying new ones to continue the use of these pillows. Woke up feeling refreshed and less neck pain after using the pillow.

Nice and soft but not flat! It is not firm, but it feels like memory foam. Purchased a few for our house 18 months ago. Oldest son took one back to college after Christmas break and asked we buy him more. Our youngest son asked last month if we could buy him some, after using one from the guest bedroom. Affordable and nice. Sometimes hard to find. Used to be in the store all the time and sometimes has low inventory online.

The pillows are really nice. They feel like the my pillow, which we really like the texture of. The cooling feature is interesting and the pillows do feel slightly cool. I like the thick cover on the pillow. My only complaint is I like my pillow a little more firm/big.

This pillow has grown on me. It was a bit hard when I first started with it but by night 3 it was broken in enough to be very comfortable. I like that it is a bit overstuffed for when I want some support when sitting up reading in bed, but after breaking it in it’s still soft enough for comfort when sleeping. Four out of five stars, would recommend if you like a firmer pillow at night.

These Serta Cooling Gel memory foam pillows are comfortable for me as a side-sleeper. I like how fluffy they look on the bed, and that they are easy to wash. I am not sure how cooling I would say they are, though. After sleeping with them for a few days, I haven't really noticed a temperature difference from my old pillows. They aren't the best pillows ever, but they are a good solid choice depending on your budget.

Upon first opening the pillows appeared very flat and not comfortable. I sat them off to the side for a few days before actually trying them and WOW I could not have been more wrong. While it is not the stiffest or fluffiest pillow, it supported my neck all night and I did not have a neck ache or headache upon waking.

I like that the pullow was not to firm and not too soft, also that it didnt go down flat after a week of using it had good bounce and fluffed back up in the morning, it gave my neck good support and formed to my head somewhat. I used it at night and it did give me a little better sleep the 3rd night on once I got used to it and it started to form. It worked good for side sleeping. I didn't like the initial smell which made me take longer to fall asleep for the first 2 nights but then it went away. Didnt like laying on my back as much with the pillow made my neck feel a little to propped up. Overall great pillow would recommend.

I wanted to like this so much but just couldn’t settle in. While the cooling effect seemed intriguing, the pillow was too dense for someone with neck issues. Couldn’t get comfortable. Too thick to rest so never actually felt the cooling effect, Just more neck pain.
