Affordable, comfort, quality and supportive. I would definitely recommend this pillow for anyone looking for a bargain but you’re not having to give up the quality. Very comfortable and breathable. This pillow is great for cuddling and support while sitting in your bed. You will not be disappointed.

I was skeptical at first, I’ve tried other “cooling” pillows, but this one really did feel like it kept me cool all night. Ive slept on it for two nights now. I am a hot-body, even in winters I sleep with the fan on. I normally have to flip my pillow half way though because I’d get too hot, but this one seems like it’s ventilated, not sure how it works but it does! The only “complaint” I have is that out of the package it’s a little “dense” or “firm” which I’m going to have to get used to. I’m hoping it’ll break in. The firmness is then only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, but isn’t a dealbreaker for me though because it really does keep me cool at night which is huge.

Don't waste your money! These pillows are full of little cut-up pieces of memory foam. you can literally feel the piece web. You put your head on it. i do not recommend it. The pillows came in an open plastic bag and had a horrible odor to them. Mine has strings hanging from it like it was just thrown together. Now i have to take time out my day to go return them. not a happy customer

I have used the pillows multiple times over several days and can attest to their high quality. Each pillow provides ample support for my neck regardless of my body position. There is just the right amount of give that keeps my neck in the right position. I didn't really notice any cooling provided by the pillow but it did not feel hot either. I would say it's a great pillow for lounging.

Rating: 4.5/5. My husband and I both tested out these pillows and had different POVS. He loved its density and how it was able to adjust to his body then go back to its original form. I on the other hand, did not. For me, it was too dense for sleep but perfect to use while sitting up working on my computer. But one thing we were BOTH able to agree on was the cooling effect & the softness of the pillows. literally... AMAZING!

I enjoyed this pillow. I’m a side sleeper and it worked well. It does bunch up to one side but you just fluff it back out and you’re good to go. It’s soft and comfortable. It holds the shape of your head well, too. Would definitely purchase in the future

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillow is a solid medium-firm pillow that we used on our Queen bed in the guest room. If you prefer a firm pillow, like my wife and I do, then this is probably not going to meet your requirements. However, if you prefer a medium to soft pillow, you can't get much better than this. The pillow is well constructed and feels great in the hands and against your head. As for the cooling, I would say that it's adequate, but not as effective as some other pillows at a higher price point. In conclusion, these pillows are great for those looking for a medium to soft pillow that's durable and offer some cooling while you sleepp.

These pillows are great. They have the perfect amount of firmness to them while still being very soft and cozy. They conform to your head and work great for back or side sleeping. My son loved the pillows as well and actually stole them from me so I have to get more!

These pillows were very comfortable! Ive tried the full memory foam pillows before and they are just too hard for my liking. These pillows were fluffy, soft and did not deflate during the nightly use like other pillows, your neck will thank you! They stay fluffy AND supportive, my wife and I both woke up feeling like we got a great nights rest! As for the cooling, i didnt feel like they were, I do run a little warm while sleeping and did not feel any cooler on my head/face than normal. Other than that, these pillows were great! I would 10/10 recommend these for anyone wanting to try these out and get away from their flat, tired worn out pillows.

Pillow was extremely comfy! I tend to sleep hot and wake up with my hair sweaty, but this pillow truly helped. My husband used the 2nd one and he loved it too! After having used it a couple days, I’ve noticed I’ve woken up feeling more refreshed. Will definitely order again!
