We love these pillows in our house! We now have them in every room! We love the cooling and comfort these pillows provide, they make for a great nights sleep. We will definitely be purchasing more in the future and recommending them to everyone we know!

This pillow has a nice plushy feeling to it. You can definitely tell just by looking at it that it is comprised of memory foam. My personal preference is more of a firmer pillow, which with the versatility of a memory foam you could adjust the stuffing to make it more or less firmer to your liking, which is nice.

The pillows are exactly what they promise. Surprisingly cool throughout the night, and never flatten like some soft pillows. The pillow is soft enough to hug your head and neck, but it never got “flat”. We loved how big they were as well. Provided a cool, comfortable sleep and never missed. Wife loved how easy they are to wash.

I am a multi pillow user typically and like a firm pillow as well. I like that it didn't feel flimsy but was expecting it to be a bit firmer. I usually go from sleeping on my back to my side, and like that it molded to either way. All in all, it's not a bad pillow.

These Serta pillows are very supportive and very customizable. I find most pillows to be too full, these included. But what was especially awesome is that it has a zipper where you can take some stuffing out and make it yours. I've never used a pillow like this before. It is cool and comfortable which makes it my new favorite.

I used this pillow for a week as my primary pillow. It flattened down more than anticipated. My sleep with this pillow overall was normal compared to my previous one. Comfortable on head and neck for back and side sleeping, but back sleeping was better overall. I did not feel any cooler or hotter compared to my previous pillow.

This pillow definitely feels different than any other pillow I have tried. It almost feels like there’s firm cotton balls inside, but that is the cooling gel memory foam. It is more on the firm side, which I prefer something a little bit softer, as I’m a stomach sleeper. The memory foam does make the pillow feel cooler than your average pillow, which is a positive. The pillow can be machine washed with other items, which is a great! I’m not a huge fan of memory foam pillows, otherwise maybe I would have enjoyed these pillows more.

Great pillow! I’d give this a 4/5. My husband and I found these pillows to be comfortable, more comfortable than the majority but didn’t necessarily notice the cooling. However that may be more so because of the pillow covers we use? We have different sleeping POVs when it comes to pillows as well. We typically sleep on feather down pillows but my husband was very impressed with these, as they don’t seem to reduce in “puffiness” over night, so he’s found his new favorite. I need something extremely soft, so this felt a little too dense for sleeping but great for sitting up. I do wish they had different sizes available. We’d 100% suggest giving these a try if you’re replacing pillows, you cannot go wrong!

I've been using this memory foam pillow for about two weeks now and it's perfect for when I sleep on my side. It provides the perfect support for my neck and head in that particular position. However, I do move a lot in my sleep and tend to switch positions from my side to my back and then to my stomach. On my back, I think it feels a little too firm and when on my stomach I only use a small corner of it for the same reason. As the pamphlet suggests, I'm hoping that with more time using it, it will break in some and I can acclimate and be more comfortable with it in the other positions. It's also important to note that I sleep hot and I tend to feel that this pillow traps heat. Even so, I still enjoy using it. Another plus is that it's completely machine washable. The picture shows how the cover is zippered/removable and what the memory foam filling is like.

There is like a love hate relationship with this pillows i love that there a set of 2 the cooling of them but i really need them in a bigger size they have a funny smell that i realy did not like this but ones you let them out for a night it goes away
