The pillow is nice and comfortable it keeps me cool through the night no sweating or anything like that. My fiancé wanted the second one. Good thing it came with two lol. It even came with a washable pillow case. If I had the money I would replace all the pillows in my house with these ones. It’s the only pillow I use right now.

The pillows don’t feel like regular pillows. They are somewhat lumpy, and had a really weird, chemical smell to them. I had to air them out for a few days in order to feel comfortable sleeping with them. Once I used, I slept great, they held up great and are very comfortable. Didn’t notice them to be extra cooling.

These pillows are very thick and pretty firm. I prefer thinner pillows, so these are not for me. They would probably be great in a sham for decoration. My wife does like them to keep her propped up when nursing our baby at night. The pillow comes with a thin inner zippered case filled with the memory foam pieces. Outside of that is another zippered pillowcase which is soft. This is a nice feature for cleaning.

These pillows are fantastic. I have tried different types of pillows but these stand out. They don't go flat immediately you place your head on it and doesn't get flat when you get up in the morning. It maintains it puff. It is firm enough and comfortable. I also love the fact that i can remove the pillow cover to wash. It has a zip on the side, very easy to unzip and wash and very easy to put back on. The description is so true it's definitely cooling. I don't wake up at night feeling sweaty.

Received this amazing pillow and by far it competes very well with my Casper one I used prior. This one has cooling and I have noticed a huge difference with how much cooler my head is thru out the night. Would definitely recommend this pillow. Not only does it stay in shape and doesn’t flatten by morning.

This was sent a product review. I was very excited to received these pillows as I have purchased the exact ones from Sam's club over the years. But these are not the same gel memory I have. They feel like standard pillows but they are comfortable and full. But they don't get cool as my other ones. I definitely notice a change in the quality, it not firm when you press into them. For the price and brand, they are still ok to use.

These pillows are not stuffed with the traditional stuffing. The memory foam makes them incredible. They are by far one of my favorite sets out there. They are not stiff but have the right amount of cushion to support my head while sleeping. I don’t wake up from having a kink in my neck from the support it offers, it’s just right. I would highly recommend, I will definitely be getting these in a King size.

I was really looking forward to using these pillows and after about a week, I’m not sold on them. It says it’s a gel memory foam pillow but as you can see in the picture, it’s made up of shredded foam particles. The problem with this is after you lay on it after awhile it flattens out and if you don’t fluff it back up, you wake up with a crick in your neck. I did give it 3 stars because of the cooling feature, which is a plus. My hubby gets hot throughout the night and this has helped. You can definitely feel the coolness at first touch.

These pillows are very comfortable they actually shape to my head and i sleep so comfortable. And i dont get hot either the cover is soft and cooling . My other pillows don't shape like this serta pillows. I have used these pillows for the last week and my sleep has improved so much more

Overall, these pillows are above average. When laying your head on the pillow, the pillow does not go flat, which I liked. I enjoyed the support I felt, fluffy but not hard. However, I didn't feel much of the memory gel. When you squeeze the pillow with your hand/fingers, you can feel the memory foam, but I feel like it doesn't translate well when you lay your head on the pillow. I slept comfortably on the pillow each night, I just expected to feel more of the gel and memory foam.
