I’ve owned many diferente pillows through out my lifetime, and it’s only fair to give my opinion about these specific ones. FIRST the pillows come in the regular plastic bag wrap, nothing too fancy. I read on the packaging “COOLING,” that’s a win for me I don’t like being hot while I’m trying to take a Power Nap or sleep throughout the night. SECOND thing I noticed and liked was there was two pillows, affordable price by what I saw on the website. THIRD was both pillows already come with a zip-up pillow cover; that makes for longer lasting pillows, less dirt mites getting in the pillow and easier makes for easy cleaning I give these pillows a solid 9/10, they are comfortable, adjust to how I sleep. I also notice the pillows rise back up quickly, looks great on my bed. One con would be they are standard size however I feel them a tad smaller, may be the memory foam.

The new Serra cooling memory foam pillows are amazing! I’m a super hot sleeper and have tried everything possible to stay cool, from sheets to mattresses to pillows and fans. These pillows are comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. After using them for about a week, I have found that not only am I not waking up all sweaty, but that I am waking up more rested. I am a side sleeper through and through, and these pillows are supportive enough for a good nights rest. The only downfall is we got them in standard size and not king. Yes, when you take them out of the bag, they will have a memory foam smell, however they are completely machine washable and the smell disappears after a few days. Huge upside for our family because we have several cats and dogs. Allergies are a big issue in Texas, so having the ability to throw these pillows in the wash and then fluff dry helps keep away the pet dander. My family recommends these pillows, if you’re looking to stay cooler and get a great nights sleep!

I've never been much of a pillow shopper, but gel memory foam combined with cooling features have truly made a significant difference. I adore the texture of this pillow; its the perfect balance between softness and firmness. Offers great neck support, no neck pain, allowing me to wake up feeling rejuvenated and prepared to tackle a full day of teaching. I particularly appreciate how the memory foam adjusts when I sleep on my back.

They smelled terrible when I opened the box but the smell went away after a few days. I couldn’t really tell that it was a cooling pillow. Aside from that it is a little firm for those that like firm pillows. I did like the pillows and would buy them again.

I wanted to wait and really try these pillows. after almost a week, I am positive these are the best pillows out there. My husband is sleeping again and more than his normal 4 hours every night. I was very excited when I seen memory foam, but then was surprised by the lumpiness of them. However, I have found after using them that this better than a regular foam pillow. I am able to "fluff" the pillow and create a new "memory" foam every night. THese pillow are highly recommended by my husband and I who have bad backs and I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommended for those suffering from sleep deprivation and back problems.

I am so impressed with this set of pillows!! They are the perfect amount of “fluff” mixed with the perfect amount of “firmness”! I’ve had the best sleep these past 5 nights than I have in a very long time! One of my favorite things so far about these pillows is that they do NOT get hot, so I haven’t had to flip them over and over to get them cool.they fluff right back up as soon as your head comes off of it. I love them!!

This pillow is very comfortable and it keeps its shape very well. These pillows come with zippered pillow cases that you wash with the pillow which I love. No sweating at my head or neck even though I'm bundled up to my chin. The packaging came with instructions to wash the pillows also which was definitely a plus. I will definitely be getting another set to replace more pillows.

I really wanted to like this pillow, but it was just too lumpy. It’s a foam shredded filled pillow. Which probably makes the cooling action, but I couldn’t even finish one night with it. Likely I’ll give it another chance, but I do like that it is in a zipper case.

I like how easy it is to wash these pillows; they fit in the washing machine no problem and dry quickly. The down side, for me, was how lumpy the pillow is because of the filling is large clumps. I have not noticed the cooling factor like others pillows. However I do like how well the pillow holds its shape while I am sleeping.

I absolutely love this pillow! I usually have to spend over $100 on a pillow or I will wake up with a tension headache, but this pillow is fantastic and doesn't cause me to have headaches! It is the right amount of softness and firmness! It also is a cooling pillow so I don't wake up sweaty! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because my husband said it smells like chemicals. I don't smell anything though.
