The fact that there are 2 pillows in one pack is cost effective The pillow and cover are machine washable so that’s a plus. It has a zipper for removal of pillow. My head does not sink all the way in. The pillow conforms to my head and neck, so therefore it can be easily manipulated. It keeps me cool at night when I lay down. It does help me falling asleep quicker but won’t stay cool all night. Especially if you throw a pillow cover on it or don’t allow for it to sit a while before using it for resting. Works great for my aching neck and shoulders. I can actually lay my neck comfortably. Don’t need to toss it over periodically to make it comfy. I really like this.

Loved how this has such a cooling effect, but annoying how often I need to rotate the pillow, because it gets lumpy and flat. It is a firmer pillow, but not stiff. Contours the neck well for side sleeping, but not a fan when stomach sleeping. No bad smells and overall good quality pillow.

The Serta cooling pillows are amazing! The pillow is soft and comfortable, the cooling gel feature does keep the pillow cooler throughout use. I slept better and did not have to flip my pillow throughout the night to keep the cool comfort. The Serta pillow cradled my head and supported my neck. They did not loose shape or flatten after a few uses. I plan to get more of these for my other bedrooms.

The Serta cooling gel memory foam pillow is a new addition to the pillows on our bed. My husband and I have both used it and have both loved the coolness, and the fluffiness/plumpness of the pillow. It contours to your head/neck nicely and offers the user good sleep - no matter if it’s for a short nap or a peaceful nights sleep! I used the pillow to take a nap with my kid and even though he had me sleeping on the edge of the bed in the most awkward position the pillow made it so that I was able to actually fall asleep. It was very cozy and supported my neck - I didn’t wake with a kink! Highly recommend! Honestly, we love this pillow and will likely switch out our other pillows and make them all Serta cooling gel memory foam!

I bought these pillows for my daughter who had slept on my pillow that I purchased from Sam's Club store and she loved it. I thought it was the same pillow but this set was very different - hard and not very flexible. She had tremendous pain from using the pillows just 1 night. Very disappointed and I had it shipped to another state so it was not worth having it sent back.

I received this pillow as part of the Sam’s club star review club. Let me start off saying that I am a huge memory foam buyer. My bed, pillows and even shoes have memory foam so I’m pretty particular about what I’m looking for. When I first opened the product, it was nice and cool and did not smell at all like some do. I am a side sleeper and like my pillow pretty firm so I usually sleep with 2 stacked pillows. The first night I tried sleeping with 1 pillow and was pretty surprised on how comfortable it was. But like habits are formed I went back to stack them the next couple nights which was too high for me so I stacked it with one of my other pillows and slept like a baby.

We used these pillows for the last week in our master bedroom. The pillows are comfortable but I was really looking forward to a cooling effect, especially with this summer heat, but unfortunately these pillows did not deliver that. Still a comfortable choice if you’re not interested in cooling pillows.

When removing the pillows the package, I thought these were going to be great pillows. You can feel the cooling effect of the pillows. After sleeping several nights, the pillows were too thin and woke up every morning with a headache. As a side sleeper this pillow wasnt a fit for me.

This pillow generally keeps its shape throughout the night and keeps you from having an overheating head. This pillow is not a single piece of foam but filled with chucks that settle as you sleep on it. However it is slightly firm compared to some other pillows. I prefer to keep it as a base pillow with a softer pillow on top. The two set is great and would recommend.

I'm giving one star because I ordered the cooling gel memory foam pillows..2 pkgs of 2..and I got regular Serta regular ol cheap pillows. One pkg was xmas gift so I needed to give, not return. The other for a relative so didn't bother returning. But overalk was a little embarrassing.
