Tried these out for one week just to really get a good feel of how they work. I get hot at night and I have been using a cool gel pillow for years but these cool gel pillows are amazing. I haven’t woken up hot or drenched in sweat around my neck all week trying these pillows out. They are comfortable and form around your neck and head depending on how you sleep. I do like that there is an extra zipped cover. The gel foam pieces are in a breathable cover and then there is another white breathable zipped cover over that one. I put another pillow case over both because I didn’t want to get the white cover dirty. I do like that these pillows are washable. I haven’t tried washing them but will. The instructions are very easy to follow if you do wash them.

I tried out these pillows for 2 wks. it’s a great pillow, but I don’t find it “cooling.” We had similar pillows from another brand prior to receiving these Serta pillows and it is clear that the Serta pillows are superior. The design is similar -both allow the user to adjust the pillow’s thickness by removing the internal materials to meet your needs, but this Serta pillow has a better outer casing that contributes to a cooler outcome. .

I used this product in our bed, and on the couch in our living room. First of all, this pillow feels firm at first, but the memory foam contours to your head and shoulders nicely which makes it really comfortable. I had a great time sleeping with this pillow and will definitely be using it as my main pillow for a while. I also don't have to fold it in half like I usually do with my other thinner pillows. It's firm but quite flexible.

Very good pillow. We used for about a week and they were very comfortable. You can fully remove the outer layer for washing which I love. Even using a pillow protector you should wash them. It did keep us cooler while sleeping and my son preferred this pillow to the others on his bed. The only down was they definitely needed to sit after coming out of the box lol. It doesn't take long though so will definitely buy again.

This pillow is great for side sleepers like me. My other medium firm pillows had me waking up with a sore neck every morning. These pillows are soft and I woke up feeling great. I will say that I did not notice a cool effect but I also slept with the pillow shams on so taht coupd be the reaso. I would still recommend these without the cooling factor.

Night one with the pillow was so comfy! Very magical! The pillow doesn’t get “cool” but more is good at avoiding getting too hot, which is nice. I found that the pillow, while still soft and comfy, didn’t continue to offer the same fluffiness/support and comfort as it did on day one. I am a side sleeper and while comfortable, it wasn’t quite tall enough after several uses.

The cooling ability of the pillow will be eliminated when you put your own pillowcase. I don’t plan on using a pillow without a pillowcase so no longer providing that benefit. I do like the gel foam but lacks support. Within the first minute my head is almost flat to the bed as if I wasn’t using a pillow.

My husband and I absolutely love our gel memory foam pillows! They keep fresh especially now that it’s hot. Only thing we noticed was a funny smell but looking thru the instructions we found to wash them and that solved that problem. They have their own protective case so we just throw our own pillow covers on top and they are perfect! No more sore neck or excessive sweating from my husband at night.

I am a side sleeper and get hot easily while sleeping. This causes me to constantly turn to the other side through the night. This Serta cooling pillow doesn’t feel “cool” necessarily , but it does keep my face from getting sweaty and having to switch sides all night! I definitely feel better in the morning using this pillow since I am not constantly waking up!

I have the worst luck with finding decent pillows. I was sent this one to test and review, and was pleasantly surprised with how well I have slept since receiving the pillow. It maintains shape and stays cool. I no longer have to pile pillows or blankets under my head in order to be comfortable.
