I used these pillows for more than a week before writing this review, just to make sure I could give an accurate one. I don't know if it was the pillowcase I used, but I did not find the "cooling" aspect to be noticeable, and it doesn't feel like memory foam to me. After the first night, I woke up with a crick in my neck, and having consistently and exclusively used it for several days, I can definitely say it has happened almost every morning since. People with other backs or necks than mine, or who sleep differently than I do, might have a totally different experience, though!

I bought these pillows before and I gave them to my mom and she loved them then I bought a couple for myself and they had just been wonderful they don't go flat they don't make you hot or anything like that and they let air flow through them pretty good now I'm buying two more as a gift for the holidays if you purchase these you will not regret it

Good balance of soft and firm! The pillows do have a weird smell when you first take them out of the box and packaging, but the insert said that will go away in a few days. I’ll let them air out for a couple days before I sleep with one, but so far they seem great.

I love this pillow, hoever, my husband did not enjoy it as much as I. If you enjoy a large extra fluffy pillow this is not for you. This pillow is a standard size, comes with a washable cover, and is filled with small microfiber pieces in their own zipper cover. This pillow is gives support, yet molds to your body. Its is on the flatter side. I would recommend this to the individual having a hard time giving up their extremely old, worn in pillow, this is for them.

Extremely comfortable - they are cooling - I wish they were a little more on the colder side of cooling but they are somewhat cooling. They have so far held shape nicely and have actually helped with my neck pain that I get after I sleep sometimes which was super amazing!

Best pillows ever and you can't beat the price. I have been having neck problems, these pillows have gave me relief and I'm finally able to sleep. In the last year I have tried different kinds, big to very small and nothing helped. I would recommend these pillows to everyone.

These Serta pillows come in a set of two. They are made of cooling gel memory foam micro-cushions which you can actually feel the cooling effect while laying on them. They are a bit lumpy since the foam is in clusters and not one large piece of gel foam. I prefer solid foam pillows but these pillows are a great price only being $12.98 for the set and would be perfect for guest bedrooms. The cover is also machine washable so that’s a plus. My husband loves the pillows and is already using them.

This set comes with two pillows that are filled with, what feels to me like, an alternative down type of material. These are plush byt still ptetty firm. They also stay fairly cool during the night. Not quite close to actua down, but is a good economical swap.

Love that these came in a twin pack…the pillows are a standard size and fit well in your standard pillow cases. It took one or two sleeps honestly for them to feel good, but now they’ve been great to rest with, they’ve got a bit more poof to them but not so much that it’s uncomfortable. Also was a pleasant surprise to find out they are machine washable and came with protective covers. Serta has really continued to be a reliable brand and this product definitely lived up to its name in my opinion.

Better than your average pillow with its heat holding materials. It is able to hold its shape and be reformed to better fit its wearer. Reminds me of pillows found in hotels. Will have new material smell when you first get it but that will wear out in time.
