When I got the pillows I opened them and thought they were not going to be the best at all. When I did use them I was wrong they were comfy with a nice softness for my neck. Especially while camping, with the cold air it made it very cooling and even more comfy!

These pillows are great! I am a frequent tower/turner in my sleep, and no matter what position I end up in, this pillow gives me the support that I need. I have been using them for a few nights now and definitely wake up with less neck discomfort. These pillows do feel cool to the touch but don’t stay as cool as long as I would have liked, and are comfortable to sleep on. They fully fit in a standard pillow case, and are firm enough where I don’t need to sleep with 2-3 pillows but just this one and possibly one other thinner pillow.

Have been sleeping in theses pillows for 2 days now and so far so good. They have double casing. One casing holds the memory foam piece and the other casing is the the outer cover. They are very soft. At first I thought they were going to hurt my neck but surprisingly they don’t and I have slept better than with my old pillows.

These pillows are very comfortable they actually shape to my head and i sleep so comfortable. And i dont get hot either the cover is soft and cooling . My other pillows don't shape like this serta pillows. I have used these pillows for the last week and my sleep has improved so much more

These pillows are not stuffed with the traditional stuffing. The memory foam makes them incredible. They are by far one of my favorite sets out there. They are not stiff but have the right amount of cushion to support my head while sleeping. I don’t wake up from having a kink in my neck from the support it offers, it’s just right. I would highly recommend, I will definitely be getting these in a King size.

My wife and I used this product in replacement of our usual pillows for a couple of weeks. I enjoy a firmer pillow while she prefers something softer. We both initially loved the feel and firmness of the pillow, but found that it was not ideal for us for sleeping. It was slightly stiff and didn’t have a ton of give to it. While I like a firm pillow, it did not conform to my head/neck as much as I like. My wife is a stomach sleeper, and it was too thick for her liking. However, if you like a thick and firm pillow, this might be the pillow for you.

This pack of pillows is a good substitute for the expensive memory foam pillows. The warranty for them are one year. When you open the product unzip them and allow them to breathe because they do have a bit of a smell. I usually sleep with multiple pillows but with this one, the thickness is just right. This is definitely a product I would buy again. As for the coolness part I didn't notice much of a difference because I'm a ceiling fan and A/C blasting at night person. My husband did notice a difference a slight difference with the cooling saying he was more comfortable.

Received the pillow yesterday and air it out overnight. The pillow is surprisingly lightweight compared to other memory foam pillow. The firmness and thickness is perfect for what I need. I hope the thickness stay the same after using it for a long time. Coz so far I like it, it gives a good support for my neck and reduce the pressure or weight on my shoulder when lying down on my side.

I loved these pillows. Although the pillows were on the small side and had a chemical type smell when pulling out of the plastic, they were super comfortable. The little memory foam pieces allow your head to lay perfectly and it’s really cozy. I used both pillows on my bed and slept like a baby without any neck discomfort. I recommend this pillow to anyone and would say it’s very similar to the “my pillow” brand of pillows.

I have been using my new cooling pillow for a week now and it really does have a nice cooling feature. I live in a hot place so summer time is super hot and when the ac hits the pillow it really does stay cool. I also like how light the pillow is, not too heavy. Last feather I like is the softness. I can’t sleep in a dense pillow and this pillow is soft.
