It’s an okay pillow that doesn’t really deliver what’s on the bag. The stuffing is made of shredded gel memory foam. It’s lumpy yet doesn’t support your head. The cooling element is barely there since it’s inconsistently mixed in the stuffing. I’m a side sleeper and found it really uncomfortable when I felt lumps of stuffing flatten under my head and still push against my face. Laying on my back and stomach wasn’t as bad, but I can’t sleep in those positions, which defeats the purpose. It won’t be my main pillow for sure, but it actually works as a back support or leg support pillow; ironically, due to it’s lumpy nature. As a leg support pillow, it keeps my leg elevated just high enough but not too high where my legs won’t get numb. when I stack the two pillows together, it give me enough back support while sitting in bed. All in all, okay, but I won’t recommend it to friends as a main pillow.

Pillow provides great neck support. I tried using different sleeping positions, and it works for side sleeping and back position; however, it not comfortable for stomach sleeping. Pillow stays fresh and has no smell. The cover is removable and entire pillow is washable. Inside is crumbled up memory foam. However, the cooling feature is not very noticeable. Overall is a great everyday pillow.

I have been sleeping with these pillows for about two weeks and they are so comfortable. I will be ordering more for the rest of the house. I was skeptical about the cooling feature but I was so wrong. I usually flip the pillow multiple times a night because they get too hot, but you don't need to do that with these. They are soft, cool and comfortable. They will be your favorite pillow.

Very good pillows at a great price. Comfortable, they don't get hot, can fluff them to your desired comfort level. I do recommend every morning to refluff the pillow as it is memory foam and keeps the last shape it was used and will seem firm unless one reshapes the foam pieces inside.

So night number three of my new pillows has been pretty good. This is the first time in a long time that I have not woken up with my neck hurting. The pillows almost feel like there’s chopped up pieces of firm-memory foam, so your neck kind of sinks into it. If you like a really firm pillow, I don’t know if this would be a good pillow for you.

Thank goodness it comes with two pillows so you can combine the stuffing into one pillow and end up with a one regular sized/stuffed pillow. It’s falsely advertised as a “cooling gel” pillow. There is no cooling gel whatsoever in this thing. I have ordered this exact brand/pillow in the past from other sellers and I assure you, what I just received is NOTHING like the ones I have received in the past. This is the WORSE a foam chip pillow ever! And sleeps extremely hot.

These pillows are comfortable the first night, and I noticed that each night after it got more comfortable. They really do stay cooler then my old pillows did. These pillows are the most comfortable if you are a back or side sleeper. However I am a stomach sleeper, and since there is a zipper on the side of the pillow, after 2 weeks I removed a small amount of fluff each night to dial in the comfort. I definitely recommend this product.

Pillows are such a personal choice for each person depending on their needs. That being said, these pillows work great for my teenage kids. They aren't too hard and aren't too soft. They like the cooling pillows and these hit the mark. If your looking for an economical, solid buy, these are a great option.

Once the pillows arrived I washed them and placed them on my bed. I instantly felt cooling touch that they’re advertised to have. It made for a restful nights sleep as I’m constantly hot. After the first week of having them my daughters took the pillows so I had to go to Sam’s Club to purchase a few.

They are great pillows. Very comfortable, nice cooling feature. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is as a primarily side-sleeper, it didn't feel that comfortable for me personally. My husband on the other hand has really enjoyed using them (sleeps every direction) so if you are a side-sleeper that needs a harder pillow, this isn't for you. But otherwise quite comfy. It reminded me of 4-star hotel pillows.
