When i received this product i was actually thinking about buying some pillows for my daughters bedroom. Thankfully i received the Serta Gel Memory Foam Pillows. These pillows are very cushioned and very comfortable and very fresh my daughter loves them.

Pillow is above and beyong value for price, it doesn't feel like a airplane neck pillow foam type. It has chucks of foam tightly enclosed. It comes with a zippered pillow protector. Im not one for memory foam pillows but this one is very comfortable and cool. Great for back sleeping.

I have been sleeping with these pillows for about two weeks and they are so comfortable. I will be ordering more for the rest of the house. I was skeptical about the cooling feature but I was so wrong. I usually flip the pillow multiple times a night because they get too hot, but you don't need to do that with these. They are soft, cool and comfortable. They will be your favorite pillow.

When I got these pillows I was concerned because most foam pillows have a smell that bothers me (I'm sensitive to scents on some products). However, with these I didn't notice a scent, I did still leave them out in the guest room to air out for a day just in case. I've now slept with this pillow for a week and noticed a big improvement in my sleep and reduction in neck stiffness in the morning. It's not overly firm like some foam pillows because it's not a solid foam pillow. The inside is for lack of a better descriptor chopped up pieces (see picture) that let you adjust the shape but then retain it. I haven't noticed a huge cooling factor but I have noticed that it doesn't heat up throughout the night but remains close to room temp. I typically sleep on my side and think this is a great pillow for it. Definitely worth purchasing!

I really liked the idea of a cooling pillow, but I wouldn't say this pillow is any colder than of the other pillows I own. It's very fluffy but not too soft and i have woken up with no neck stiffness for the past few days so that’s a plus. I gave it 4 stars because it’s not very cooling and it does have the foam chemical smell. I left it out for a few days to reduce before using and it still is lingering. Overall not a bad choice for the price point. I would buy again and use for a guest room. Waiting to see how it endures over time with regular use as most pillows are to see how it holds up..

I slept on this pillow for a week and I do not have any complaints! It is soft, cool, comfortable and lightweight! This would be great to use in a childs bedroom or for a spare bedroom! The only negative is the pillow is a standard size and I usually prefer a king size! You will not be disappointed!

Having sleep apnea and needing to sleep with a wedge, it has been hard to find a pillow that would work with my 90-degree medical requirement. I Was given a chance to test the product for my honest experience. The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows (2-pack) are very comfortable to sleep on. I searched for a pillow that kept me cool when the weather changed from hot to cooler nights. The pillow was warm to the touch when I woke up, but I felt cool without my regular sweaty neck. I am overweight, and I feel the pillows hold my body well. The first night, I found one pillow on my back and one underneath my neck gives me a great night's sleep.

I enjoyed how cool the pillow is. I am a stomach sleeper and get hot at night. This pillow did a good job staying cool and not making my face sweat. It is also comfortable as well. It did not deflate on me but was also not to firm. This is a very good pillow for anyone who get hot when they sleep.

When first received pillow, it seemed to have been harder and stiffer than expected. After sleeping and trying pillow out, I experienced a balance of both memory foam and a little feathery softness. I personally prefer a feather pillow but was a good mixture of memory foam and feather pillow.

Great memory foam pillow for the price. Starts off super cold and is able to stay fairly cool through the evening. This may be a little firm for back sleepers but just right for side sleepers. I like that they included a card for washing instructions—nice touch. Buyers should be aware though that this “cushion” is actually made up of several small foam pieces or “micro-cushions” versus one single foam piece.
