This is a standard size pillow that has a very nice cotton cover and a good quality zipper. There was no noticeable odor some of the memory foam items have when opened either. I was slightly worried these would be hard bricks but the foam inside is chipped up pieces instead of a solid piece of foam. They are very soft and they conform great to your head and support your neck well. I'm very happy and will definitely be purchasing more of these. I live in a very hot desert climate and they pillow don't hold in too much heat. Love them!

I purchased the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. These pillows are seriously overstuffed, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. What’s worse, they caused an unnatural arch in my neck overnight, leading to neck pain in the morning. I had hoped that with time, they might become more comfortable, but that hasn’t been the case so far. I’ve used them for a while, and the issues persist. I’m disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend these pillows to others looking for a good night’s sleep.

I have been using this pillow for about a week now. I was excited to see how fluffy the pillow was but after using it, the pillow becomes flat and does not offer a lot of support. The cooling feature of the pillow is average. The pillow does feel cool but once you put a pillow case on it, the pillow looses the cool feeling. Once the pillow sits for a while it will regain its shape again but does compress when in use.

If you like a soft pillow, this is not for you! This is a very firm pillow! Even though it’s memory foam, it’s cushiony but not soft. To me it is perfect! Had my doubts but after sleeping with them for the past 2 weeks, I am convinced these are my new favorite pillows!! Oh, and did I mention they actually are COOL?! 🧊

In Texas, these types of pillows is a must have. I received two of them and I loved laying my head on it. The other one i got to cuddle with. They are very soft and cooling. They are going to be a breeze to put in the washer as well! I live that they came with a care guide and a zipper cover.

These pillows are a literal dream come true. They offer amazing support without loosing any of their shape or going flat. My husband who sleeps with a cpap has always had trouble finding a pillow that works well with his setup, and once we started using these both he and i were completely hooked. We love that they keep us cool throughout the night so you dont wake up with a sweaty neck. Honestly I used to toss and turn and adust other pillow several time during the night, and this is the first pillow I have used where I do not have to do so. You will not regret getting these!

I bought these pillows a little over a month ago. I’ve been searching my whole life for the perfect pillow and I FINALLY FOUND IT! These pillows were a great bargain and they’re absolutely perfect.My daughter came for a visit and I thought she was going to steal one lol Guess I’ll be buying more.

Excellent pillows! Slept like an angel. Very comfortable to sleep on. The cooling memory foam that it’s made out of makes it excellent if you want to have an amazing night rest. Love the fact that it never gets flats and it adjusts to all my sleeping positions! It is also a plus that they are 100% machine washable and haven’t lost their shape.

These are really great pillows to begin with. They do take about a week for them to break in and stop from smelling, but that's normal. I am a hot sleeper so this definitely did help keep me cool. They are really easy to wash. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

My husband is very picky when it comes to his pillow and he told me love the pillows. It was soft and sturdy as well. It fits nicely around his head and allow him to sleep well at night. He had not woken up in the middle of the night with these pillows.
