These pillows are great for the price. They have a lot of firmness to them, but not overly so. Their size is great and they fill the pillowcase well. The cooling effect is subtle and not uncomfortably so. All in all I like these pillows and am only docking one star because my one dislike about them is that you can see the “chunkiness” of the interior fill and I personally don’t like that. However, their neck support is great and I like that they came with washing instructions also.

Me and my chihuahuas are allergic to this pillow. We were all coughing and I couldn't figure out what was going on for a little while. It's a shame because this pillow is so comfortable, moldable, supportive, and cooling. If we weren't allergic to it I would be thrilled about it.

The pillows are firm enough and soft enough for a side sleeper. I’ve slept good with them over the past 5 days. My husband is a stomach sleeper and likes the pillows as well. I will say that they feel a little lumpy to the touch from the filling, but you don’t feel it while sleeping on them.

In Texas, these types of pillows is a must have. I received two of them and I loved laying my head on it. The other one i got to cuddle with. They are very soft and cooling. They are going to be a breeze to put in the washer as well! I live that they came with a care guide and a zipper cover.

I received this pillow set to test out and review. After using the pillows for a week I can say they are a great firm pillow. They are easy to shape into the position you want and do not go flat as you lay on them over night. They do have a foam smell when you first open them. I recommend letting them air out for a couple of days. The smell does fade.

I am really liking this pillow. It is pretty soft, but it conforms to my head. I move a lot in my sleep and I like how it quickly changes shape after I get comfortable again. So far, it hasn't created a crater in the middle which I struggle with with other pillows I've tried. I've been using it for about two weeks now. I'm also a hot sleeper and this has helped keep me cool at night.

When I removed the pillows from the box, I was very surprised with how fluffy and thick the pillows were. I like that they were washable and had a zipped cover that could be removed. The first night I slapped on the pillow, I noticed that since the interior is shredded, the filling was displaced from where my head was and all moved to the back of the pillow. I continued to sleep with the pillow for over a week and try different positioning to see which was the best way to use the pillow. The best way to sleep on the pillow without all of the filling moving away from the head is to sleep on your stomach with your arms under the pillow. I am a side sleeper and while the pillow is comfortable when you first start using it, by the morning, it doesn’t offer the same support. If this was a one piece insert instead of crumbled up pieces, I think it would be 4 or 5 stars. My teenage boys loved the pillow and didn’t mind that the interior shifts around. There is a lot of filling and it appears to be way better quality than some of the other pillows we have tried.

I could not love these pillows more. They are firm, cool, easy to clean and very well made. They have a removable cover that you can unzip and simply throw in the wash. They stay cool and are so comfy! They really give you the extra support your head and neck need to get a restful sleep.

Overall I am happy with my pillows! Pillows are comfortable and soft as a cloud. They are fluffy and give neck support to help you fall asleep fast. I am rating four stars as I would have preferred to have more cooling. I can’t wait to get these for my family.

When i received this product i was actually thinking about buying some pillows for my daughters bedroom. Thankfully i received the Serta Gel Memory Foam Pillows. These pillows are very cushioned and very comfortable and very fresh my daughter loves them.
