I received the Serta Cooling pillow a couple of days ago. I was excited to try it out because I was interested in the cooling feature of the product. When I slept on it the first night it did keep my head cool which was exciting. However, the texture and feel of the pillow was all wrong for me. It felt clumpy my head sank into the pillow with not much give. Overall I would not recommend this pillow.

I received two of these in exchange for my honest review. I was in the market for new pillows and these are VERY high quality pillows and do not feel cheap at all. I like that they have a pillow cover already on them to protect the actual pillow and make it easy to clean. The pillow is slightly too hard for my preference but I think over time after fluffing it out more and using it it will be the perfect pillow!!

I got these pillows in a 2 pack and was really hoping for relief from neck and shoulder pain and these Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster have been a life saver! The Gel Memory Foam Clusters have really been alot better than I ever expected! I noticed in my first night that I was able to sleep throughout the whole night for the first time in along time and woke up without the normal neck and shoulder pain i was use to using my old regular feather filled pilliows! After the first week of use I was in love and will never change my pillow brand from serta and will be buying these Serta gel memory foam cluster pillows forever! They are made extremely well and are stiched ever so nicely and will hold up very well for along time unlike my old pilliows that would lose its flullyness and get flat within a week or two these will not! I would be doing an injustice if I failed to mention how comfortable the gel aspect is to these pilliows! They make them extremely cooling at night and help me sleep even that much better! If you are a warm sleeper that wakes up feeling on the hot side these are also the pilliows you want! The price is amazing because i feel as if they could easily sell these for double or even triple the price and I would still buy them no questions asked! They are amazing A+

These pillows are plush. Great dense memory foam chunks that aren’t so big the pillow is lumpy but also not so small it packs into a brick. The cover has a nice quality feel to it and I like that it is zippered. They are on the thicker side, which I also like because I like to use one pillow. They are a little thick for my wife who likes to sleep with two. The only draw back if there is one is a light chemically smell almost like paint. It wasn’t noticeable unless I pressed my face into it and intentionally smelled it deeply. Even less noticeable with a nice pillow case. Overall very happy with these pillows!

After using these pillows for the past four nights, my wife and I are pleasantly surprised with these pillows. I am a stomach sleeper but try not to as my back hurts. I have found that this pillow does a good job of keeping me on my side or back. I have tried a lot of ways to stop sleeping on my stomach and this seems to be working! I was unsure about the pillow seeing that it is filled with ground up memory foam(pic) but it is a good all around pillow. It gives support but not too much to where it is uncomfortable, and on the other extreme your head does not sink all the way in as it does with the plush pillows. The pillow breaths well as to not cause heat or sweat while sleeping. It has only been a short time with the pillows but I feel like they will do a very good job of holding their shape over time. I do wish that the pillows were a bit wider but I could always purchase the king size as these are queen/full. I do a fair amount of tossing and turning and a little wider would be beneficial for that. For this reason I removed one star but they are very close to being a 5-star pillow. Overall I feel like these are very good quality pillows and worth trying. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. These pillows have been the most comfortable and easy to get use to out of the box. I have found that sometimes pillows just take a little time to get use to, so maybe with a little more use, they will become a 5-star pillow to me.

If you would like to purchase a pillow with comfort, Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows basically satisfy the need for a great sleep quality. The price has been very affordable with a product like this. Also, my sleep quality has been ensured for a workday with high efficiency. Greatly appreciated.

I loved that these pillows came in a two pack. Two pillows is always better than one! Haha. I was very worried at first, I’m a side sleeper and generally like a pillow that’s not so fluffy. Even though this pillow is definitely taller than the pillow I had been using, the memory foam really conforms to what you need. Unfortunately my husband struggled with this pillow but he also has a bulged disc in his neck so he generally has to lay flat without any pillow at all. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to two things. 1. Being that it says it’s a cooling pillow, but I definitely had some nights where it felt a smidge warm, but not too bad. 2. Is that even though it does conform, if you roll over/change positions you have to give it a second to do it’s thing again, otherwise you may have a kinked neck for a bit. Overall, the pillows are very nice. Especially if you are someone who loves a fluffy pillow. I will add I washed them before using them and they maintained their shape beautifully.

I have been on a quest for a great pillow. As silly as it sounds, I stayed at the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas and slept on the best pillow and I have been looking for something similar. After seeing all of the positive reviews of these pillows I had to try them. I set them out to fluff the same night after receiving them. I gave the pillows a good shake & fluff & set them out for a few hours. I turned them over after the first hour & a half & fluffed again. I slept on them the first night after receiving. They are soft & you sink into the pillow, however, the pillow has substance and is supportive & I didn't feel like my head was lying on a flat slab. It cushions my head. I am a back and side sleeper & had no issues sleeping on this pillow.

I slept on this pillow at my mother-in-laws and noticed I woke with no neck pain. She graciously ordered a set for me from Sams Club and had them sent to my house. They were there when I arrived back home after Thanksgiving. Now I have no neck pain.

The pillow is really good quality but it could be stay cooler longer Like most pillows it gets hot rather fast. As far as support goes its a very good pillow for all positions. I really like that uou can wash the pillow and it comes with instructions.
