The pillows are pretty comfy and they seemed to hold up in thickness the few days we've used them thus far. We didn't really feel any 'cooling', but the pillows definitely didn't sleep hot. Time will tell is they continue to hold their shape but if they are easy to fluff (they have instructions included) then I foresee us using these pillows for a while.

This pillow provides great support and is incredibly comfortable. Being someone that gets hot when sleeping, it provided the perfect amount of cooling which lessened the amount of times waking up in the middle of the night from being too hot. It does have a strong smell when first removing from the bag. It’s not necessarily chemical, but not a pleasant smell to breathe in constantly the first few nights. Using a pillow case did seem to help with that though!

This is a solid pillow that stays cool to touch all night and keeps its shape. It’s firm and has a bit of weight to it but as someone who needs 3 pillows to sleep, this pillow was great. It can take a little getting used to as I went from cotton pillows to something as nice as this. I would recommend going to the store to physically test before purchasing as everyone has different preferences. Overall, this pillow has helped me to relieve some neck pain, and improved my sleep.

Flatten out to easy,I thought anything being memory gel would be fluffy and say that we continuously every night we have to pound them to make them fluffy so I’m not real impressed with these pillows now I have to figure out what the other next best pillows Are that stay fluffy And don’t go flat before you go to sleep

I couldn't pass up such a deal. $7.98 for 2 Serta­­® Gel Memory Pillows?!?! Yes please! For the price they were a steal. I am new to gel, memory foam...so it is taking a "minute" to get used to them, from a traditional down pillow. So far-so good. Time will tell

This is great pillow. Very comfortable and very affordable for the price. The only thing I don't get is the cooling part. I don't see how this or any product of this type can be cooling. But I did not get it for that, I got it for comfort which it exceeds my expectations.

The Serta cooling gel memory foam pillow is a new addition to the pillows on our bed. My husband and I have both used it and have both loved the coolness, and the fluffiness/plumpness of the pillow. It contours to your head/neck nicely and offers the user good sleep - no matter if it’s for a short nap or a peaceful nights sleep! I used the pillow to take a nap with my kid and even though he had me sleeping on the edge of the bed in the most awkward position the pillow made it so that I was able to actually fall asleep. It was very cozy and supported my neck - I didn’t wake with a kink! Highly recommend! Honestly, we love this pillow and will likely switch out our other pillows and make them all Serta cooling gel memory foam!

I like that these pillows feel full, fluffy and comfortable. Not sure about the cooling part (don't really sweat much). It gives me good head support. The only con I have so far is the terrible smell they come with like a bad chemical (nothing a wash can't fix). They wash well and keep their shape. If you are looking for a pillow that won't lose its shape, fluffy yet a little firm I would recommend this pillow.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow is just okay. It feels like a standard non-specialty pillow. It does not feel like memory foam to me. It could use softer material and be a little bit more firm. I did not notice any type of cooling effect either. It is certainly not the worst pillow I have ever had, but also not the best. I wouldn't necessarily say I would recommend, but I would definitely not spend a lot of money on it.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I was surprised how well the cooling “system” works on this pillow! I used it with a pillow case and without and that does make a slight difference but a thin pillowcase would be a perfect option. I love how the pillow comes with a removable cover for washing and allows your to see the cooling elements - it’s pretty neat! I do prefer firmer pillows and this is more on the softer side. Other than that, I give it 5 stars for doing exactly what was advertised!
