I know you may be thinking, all pillows are the same, but no. The items arrived packaged in a set of 2-pillows. At first pillows may seem or feel rough, this is because they need to be used (broken in). I was hesitant at first, because I thought they would be rough, that was my first mistake, I have been using my pillows for 5 days now. Not only are they malleable, but they are very comfortable. I have been sleeping and have had no neck pain. Not to mention that they are firm and hold to their name. If you are thinking of replacing your current pillows, give it a try, you can sleep on it!

I was excited to get these pillows! The cooling memory foam is phenomenal. Its thickness is probably my favorite part. I normally would more pillows but now am using just 1 under my head. The packaging included a warranty and additional information for care and laundry procedures which I thought was nice. My only complaint is that it did require a couple of nights sleep to get used to; however, the packaging states there can be an adjustment period. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this pillow. My children tried to snag them too!

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillow is a MUST for a good nights sleep! I received my 2 pack almost a week ago and I've been loving them ever since. The pillows have just the right combination of softness, firmness, and contouring. I usually toss between sleeping on my back or side and this pillow fits my needs in either position. It really keeps me cool at night and I have noticed that I'm falling asleep quicker and not tossing AT ALL throughout the night! I recommend this pillow to anyone as this pillow makes sleep truly a dream.

I loved that these pillows came in a two pack. Two pillows is always better than one! Haha. I was very worried at first, I’m a side sleeper and generally like a pillow that’s not so fluffy. Even though this pillow is definitely taller than the pillow I had been using, the memory foam really conforms to what you need. Unfortunately my husband struggled with this pillow but he also has a bulged disc in his neck so he generally has to lay flat without any pillow at all. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to two things. 1. Being that it says it’s a cooling pillow, but I definitely had some nights where it felt a smidge warm, but not too bad. 2. Is that even though it does conform, if you roll over/change positions you have to give it a second to do it’s thing again, otherwise you may have a kinked neck for a bit. Overall, the pillows are very nice. Especially if you are someone who loves a fluffy pillow. I will add I washed them before using them and they maintained their shape beautifully.

I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and absolutely loved this pillow. As soon as you lay on it, it adjusts to your body and feels super comfortable. The gel inside the pillow is always cool and being pregnant I am always sweaty and hot. This pillow helps me feel better through out the night and I get a much better rest!

It is a decent pillow. I thought the memory foam would be a solid pillow but it is actually small foam chunks. It is lumpy, but not super noticeable after putting on a pillow case and laying on it for a while. It did sink some, but didn’t go flat. Pillow stayed somewhat cool, but not cold. So overall a pretty good pillow unless you are looking for firm, solid foam.

This pillow provides a good amount of cushion and support for your head and neck. I appreciate that it molds well to your head while not falling flat and still providing great support. It has a bit of squish to it because of the gel which makes it superior to boring pillows but doesn’t have the same feeling as a down filled pillow. Overall this is pretty comfortable after using it for a few nights sleep. I would recommend it as a solid pillow choice!

I’ve had this pillow for about a week now. It’s a little firmer than I usually prefer for my pillows but it isn’t hard like some firm pillows I’ve had in the past. I was excited for the cooling feature but unfortunately I didn’t find this pillow to be cooling, I have to keep flipping it over to get it to feel cool. I do love how easy the washing instructions are, I’ve been nervous washing some pillows in the past because I’ve had them collapse on me, this one sent a nice post card with detailed washing instructions and they looked pretty easy, I’ll be trying them out soon. I have been using the second pillow in the pack for my back while I sleep (I’m a side sleeper) and it is absolutely perfect for that, just the right amount of support and give when I lean into it. Overall I’m happy with the pillow, I just wish it was more cooling.

This pillow is great - the pieces of memory foam make it easy to shape the pillow how you want it. It doesn't flatten out while you're sleeping. I love that you can put the pillow in the washer and dryer. I wouldn't say it's necessarily cooling, and it smelled kinda funky straight out of the box. A quick wash and dry fixed that, though!

Great pillow! Really cool and comfortable. Very soft and great packing. Came in a 2 pack. This pillow provides excellent support with its memory foam filling, contouring to your head and neck for a comfortable sleep. The hypoallergenic cover adds a nice touch, and the medium firmness strikes a good balance.
