I wanted to wait and really try these pillows. after almost a week, I am positive these are the best pillows out there. My husband is sleeping again and more than his normal 4 hours every night. I was very excited when I seen memory foam, but then was surprised by the lumpiness of them. However, I have found after using them that this better than a regular foam pillow. I am able to "fluff" the pillow and create a new "memory" foam every night. THese pillow are highly recommended by my husband and I who have bad backs and I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommended for those suffering from sleep deprivation and back problems.

Wanted to really try these cooling pillows but unfortunately I was not able to. As soon as I opened the package you get this strong chemical smell. I let them air out for almost a week and no luck. The smell did decrease but not enough you could still smell it thru a pillow cover. Started giving me a headache.

These pillows are soft, plush and comfortable. I like that is has a zip cover for easy washing. The only thing that I didn't like is that it the pillow itself doesn't do a good job on cooling. There is bits of gel foam instead of one flat cooling gel pad. At the price point and overall comfort of the pillows I give them 4 stars. I would purchase more for myself but not for my husband who gets hot at night.

These gel memory foam pillows exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. We both have tried many different pillows and are never impressed by them. The first night we tried them we both woke and told the other the new pillows were great. I am a stomach sleeper and noticed that I didn't feel like I had to keep my arms around my pillow so as to make it keep it's shape. My husband, every which way sleeper, told me he felt like it never went flat on him.

This pillow is thicker than I expected which I liked. It’s not rock hard but your head doesn’t sink when you lay down on it either. Reminds me of hotel pillow consistency. I didn’t notice a cooling sensation but I also use pillowcases so that could have thrown off the cooling effect. Overall would recommend.

The Serta cooling gel memory foam pillow is a new addition to the pillows on our bed. My husband and I have both used it and have both loved the coolness, and the fluffiness/plumpness of the pillow. It contours to your head/neck nicely and offers the user good sleep - no matter if it’s for a short nap or a peaceful nights sleep! I used the pillow to take a nap with my kid and even though he had me sleeping on the edge of the bed in the most awkward position the pillow made it so that I was able to actually fall asleep. It was very cozy and supported my neck - I didn’t wake with a kink! Highly recommend! Honestly, we love this pillow and will likely switch out our other pillows and make them all Serta cooling gel memory foam!

The Serta Cooling Memory Foam Pillows are great. They are firmer than regular pillows, which I like. I also have a much more expensive pillow and I would say it is similar quality. I can't say that I notice it to be cooling, but that doesn’t bother me.

These are the best pillows I have ever had! They are so fluffy but yet firm, if that makes sense. They are big so a great size and they also do keep me cool at night since I’m a very hot sleeper. I definitely recommend these pillows to everyone and the price is perfect

The pillows don’t feel like regular pillows. They are somewhat lumpy, and had a really weird, chemical smell to them. I had to air them out for a few days in order to feel comfortable sleeping with them. Once I used, I slept great, they held up great and are very comfortable. Didn’t notice them to be extra cooling.

I’m a pregnant side-sleeper accustomed to using a solid memory foam gel pillow. When my pillows are wrong I wake with a tension headache. These pillows are constructed using bits and pieces of memory foam gel. The first two nights with this pillow were okay, but after the third night, the tension headache hit. It’s almost like it lost its support the more it was used. Compared to my old pillow (that had a solid layer of cooling gel) this one does not cool nearly as well. These pillows have the scent that you usually associate with memory foam. They would work well for people that don’t require as much neck support, or as a between the knees pillow.
