Best pillows ever and you can't beat the price. I have been having neck problems, these pillows have gave me relief and I'm finally able to sleep. In the last year I have tried different kinds, big to very small and nothing helped. I would recommend these pillows to everyone.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillow is a comfortable pillow. Since sleeping with it I’ve noticed a decrease in the frequency of my neck pain. The pillow is a good size and provides decent support. When I first took it out of the package it had a weird smell but it went away after a few days. While I do like the size and support of the pillow I do not think the cooling gel is noticeable. In fact I have woken up sweaty a couple of times. If you’re looking for a pillow that has a cooling effect this is not the pillow for you. If you’re just looking for a comfortable pillow I think this one works fairly well. It’s firm enough to provide support and soft enough to be fairy relaxing.

Better than your average pillow with its heat holding materials. It is able to hold its shape and be reformed to better fit its wearer. Reminds me of pillows found in hotels. Will have new material smell when you first get it but that will wear out in time.

My kids use these pillows on their beds and love them. The pillows are just right - not too firm and not too soft. Just the right firmness. They have used several different pillows and these are their favorite. The pillows are also cooling which is a huge plus.

I received these pillows and was excited to try them because I typically am a hot sleeper. Out of the package they did have a slight smell, but I wasn’t able to smell anything once in a case and laying in it. They seemed a bit to big/fluffy for me, but they have some give and slept really well. I didn’t really notice much of a “cooling” affect but they also didn’t make me feel hot or sweat like some pillows have. Overall they are good pillows and sleep really well for myself who is a stomach sleeper and my husband who is a back sleeper. So would definitely recommend as a good versatile pillow.

I’ve owned many diferente pillows through out my lifetime, and it’s only fair to give my opinion about these specific ones. FIRST the pillows come in the regular plastic bag wrap, nothing too fancy. I read on the packaging “COOLING,” that’s a win for me I don’t like being hot while I’m trying to take a Power Nap or sleep throughout the night. SECOND thing I noticed and liked was there was two pillows, affordable price by what I saw on the website. THIRD was both pillows already come with a zip-up pillow cover; that makes for longer lasting pillows, less dirt mites getting in the pillow and easier makes for easy cleaning I give these pillows a solid 9/10, they are comfortable, adjust to how I sleep. I also notice the pillows rise back up quickly, looks great on my bed. One con would be they are standard size however I feel them a tad smaller, may be the memory foam.

I absolutely love this pillow set! It is plush, but not so thick that it will hurt your neck. The cooling feature is definitely a plus! I usually get hot at night, but sleeping on this pillow keeps my head cooler. I slept so well when using this pillow compared to the other pillows that I have on my bed. And Serta is such a great brand! I would definitely recommend this pillow!

My husband and I have slept with these pillows for about a week now and really love them! They are comfortable and supportive for side or back sleepers. They do seem to feel cooler than the memory foam pillows we were using. I like that this pillow is machine washable. Overall, these pillows are a great investment for a good night's sleep! I would recommend!

These are the great pillows. My sleep is so fulfilling and restful. I usually sleep without pillows, because they make my neck and back hurt, but i don't get that with these pillows. If you want a restful and great sleep you have to try these. I don't toss and turn. once my head hit these pillows, that position is where i stay the rest of the night. These pillows are extremely stuffed, firmly full and incredibly thick.

Upon receiving the pillows, I took them out of the plastic and unzipped them. They had a slight chemical smell, so i let them air out for 2 days without the cover on. Memory foam looks like confetti. Definitely keep the white cover on if you have kids so they don't empty it out and make a mess. After airing out, the pillows didn't smell, and I was able to use them. They are super comfortable. Hold their shape all night. I'm a side sleeper, and I didn't have to put my arm under the pillow the entire night. I'd definitely recommend these Serta pillows
