This pillow is great - the pieces of memory foam make it easy to shape the pillow how you want it. It doesn't flatten out while you're sleeping. I love that you can put the pillow in the washer and dryer. I wouldn't say it's necessarily cooling, and it smelled kinda funky straight out of the box. A quick wash and dry fixed that, though!

The pillow is incredibly firm. Great for propping up your back in bed or if you really want to fluff up a sheet/case to fullness. I found it to be a little too full and it gave me a slight crick in my neck the first night sleeping on it. It apparently has a long break in period if it's going to be the main pillow your head sleeps on and I am using it alone not in conjunction with any other pillows. 2nd night went better but it does make your head sit high off the bed when side or back sleeping. The fill is a bit weird as it's a bag of chopped up gel memory foam which makes it feel a bit lumpy but not overly noticable as a back pillow or after you get settled in for the night. All in all I give it a four as it's very good but not necessarily the best option for me as I need something a bit less firm. The removable outer shell is very nice though for cleaning and washing. Zipper functions nicely.

I have always been a fan of feather pillows which do have a tendency to heat up at night. It could be helpful to know that I am a hot natured person and doesn't go away when I sleep. I was interested to see how the pillow will be cooling. So, the first night I was afraid the height of the pillow would be an issue but it wasn't at all and the second night I realized I wasn't as hot and it did seem to cool my head. The texture is strange when you aren't laying on it but it makes sense so it can form around your head. It is exactly what it said it would do and was quite comfortable. The quality is nice and definitely a keeper in our household.

Overall, this is one of the better pillows that I have used. The pros: it does not go flat over the course of the night, it is soft yet supportive, and provides excellent head/neck support for side sleepers. The cons: it is advertised as 'cooling'; however, I would not say that this pillow is any cooler than other pillows that I have used. The pillow does not feel hot through the night, but it is also not 'cool'.

BEWARE! My pillows came in semi opened bag not with the big label like is shown...and pillows are not what I expected. They are heavy and not cooling at all, I had bought a pillow years back that I loved so much and unfortunately I left at an airbnb. So I thought maybe this pillow would do but no...I hate that its not cooling. Ugh, I'm mad at myself for ordering them.

I was skeptical at first, I’ve tried other “cooling” pillows, but this one really did feel like it kept me cool all night. Ive slept on it for two nights now. I am a hot-body, even in winters I sleep with the fan on. I normally have to flip my pillow half way though because I’d get too hot, but this one seems like it’s ventilated, not sure how it works but it does! The only “complaint” I have is that out of the package it’s a little “dense” or “firm” which I’m going to have to get used to. I’m hoping it’ll break in. The firmness is then only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, but isn’t a dealbreaker for me though because it really does keep me cool at night which is huge.

This twin pack pillow is excellent for a side sleeper like myself it gives great support for my neck with one and the other I use between my legs like a Twix bar two for me none for you honey! It's been a week and I haven't went back to my previous pillow of 12 years. The only dislike is the zipper case cover and zipper line. Plan to wash them at the end of the month to try out the washer friendly feature.

Omg, these pillows are literally life changing! I’m always hot and these pillows keep me cool. They are also super plush and comfy. I love them so much that I even take them with me when I travel! If you’re anything like me (always hot), or know someone that is, you need these in your life!

Upon opening the pillows I was a little worried that they would be too thick for my liking, but once you try it out the pillow adjusts to the shape of your head really nicely. I do feel like it has a cooling effect as I get really hot at night and this pillow has helped with that issue. These pillows are really comfortable. I use them at night to rest my head on and during the day to rest my back on since I'm in my last trimester of my pregnancy. These are great refreshing pillows if you like feeling like you have a cloud surrounding your head while you sleep. They have helped me sleep better.

When I got the pillows they were very fluffy. After a couple of days the fluff went down about 40%. I sweat easily when I sleep so I was very excited to try these pillows out. For the price they were okay. I did not wake up feeling sweeting, but I didn’t feel the “cool” feeling of the pillow. They are still very comfortable to sleep on after one week. They are worth trying out if your on a budget!
