This pillow is larger than I imagined that it would be. Most pillows are flatter so this one took getting used to. Once I got used to the pillow’s size, I realized I don’t need to use my arm/hand to prop my head up. It allowed me to lay comfortably without the additional support! I no longer need 2 pillows, one is sufficient.

Extremely comfortable - they are cooling - I wish they were a little more on the colder side of cooling but they are somewhat cooling. They have so far held shape nicely and have actually helped with my neck pain that I get after I sleep sometimes which was super amazing!

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillow is a MUST for a good nights sleep! I received my 2 pack almost a week ago and I've been loving them ever since. The pillows have just the right combination of softness, firmness, and contouring. I usually toss between sleeping on my back or side and this pillow fits my needs in either position. It really keeps me cool at night and I have noticed that I'm falling asleep quicker and not tossing AT ALL throughout the night! I recommend this pillow to anyone as this pillow makes sleep truly a dream.

We love these pillows! My husband, who is seriously picky about pillows, says this is his favorite so far! The quality is great. They are white in color and super soft. They are cooling pillows which is nice since I’m a hot sleeper. These pillows offer plenty of support throughout the night and haven’t lost shape yet. Overall really satisfied with the product.

I really enjoyed how the pillow formed around my neck, giving me support throughout the night. I am usually a side sleeper but this pillow did a great job of supporting the sides and back of my head, feeling very refreshed waking up! I am usually a hot sleeper and was worried with the gel if I would overheat but I stayed cool with this pillow. It’s also great if you’re sitting up in bed to lean back on. It’s firm but soft. Would recommend for anyone who needs good neck support.

First of all.. these problems are no cooler than any other pillow I've ever had.. in fact I felt they were warmer than some not advertised as cooling.. also they have a strange odor to them.. I wouldn't call the smell dirty but almost like some kind of weird chemical smell.. whatever it is it's strong .. they are fluffy for now but if I would have known that the cooling claim was false I would have never gotten them.. Serta dropped the ball on these.. cooling needs to be taken off the label.. I've only napped on them for 2 hours and I woke up quite hot wear my face was in contact with the pillow..

These are great pillows! They are super soft and don’t clump in the inside. While they are really plush (which we didn’t like as side or stomach sleepers), the biggest perk is that the stuffing can be removed for the sleepers needs. Once made to desired feel, these are amazing. Very comfortable and haven’t had any neck pains from sleeping. Definitely recommend!

I decided to try the Serta cooling gel memory foam pillows a few weeks ago. They arrived quickly and decently packaged. After sleeping on them for a couple weeks I guess it’s a good time to post a review! I noticed when using them that they definitely stay cooler than the average pillow. Also very comfortable and didn’t cause any discomfort for my head or neck while sleeping. My only caviat would be that I would describe these pillows as specifically for sleeping. Because of their softness they were not firm enough to prop up on the bed for reading, tv or gaming. But I have firmer pillows that serve this purpose well. If you’re looking for a pillow that will give you a good night’s sleep, this is an excellent choice. If you plan on using it for watching tv at night, you’ll need a firmer pillow to go with it.

This pillow is very different from a typical pillow. The memory foam is shredded up pieces (see pic) inside a zip case. It is a very thick pillow, too thick for me as it holds my head at a weird angle and hurt my neck. However it is useful to prop myself up in bed for reading as it does hold its structure and not cause me to eventually sink down. I will be keeping these pillows for that use but not to actually use for sleep.

My wife and I trial tested these pillows for a week. Overall a decent pillow but we would prefer more loft. This pillow is filled with torn pieces of memory foam that are contained within a separate zippered bag inside the outer pillow cover (see picture). This makes it easy to wash just the pillow shell and adjust the level of loft in the pillow. However, for folks with wider shoulders (like us) the pillow is short on enough stuffing to keep our heads as high as we'd like while side-sleeping. There was a bit of off-gassing smell the first night or two that did go away. The pillows are more on the soft side - with the memory foam, you do get a bit of compression indentation from your head, but that is easily corrected with a bit of fluffing to the pillow. The pillow didn't seem to excessively overheat.
