These pillows are actually pretty comfortable. I have chronic shoulder and neck pain, so a good pillow is a must. These pillows are soft but quite firm which provides a good support for my neck. They are machine washable, and have a nice outer cover that zips. It does stay cool throughout the night so I’m not constantly flipping it over. In the week I’ve been sleeping on this pillow, I haven’t noticed it flattening much. The only thing I really don’t like about the pillow is the faint smell. When I first took it out of the package, the smell of the memory foam was strong. After a week, I still smell it but it isn’t quite as strong. Overall, I would definitely buy it again.

My husband had been complaining about his pillow giving him neck pain. He had to buy new pillows 1-2x a month. He loves this pillow and still loves it after 5 nights. I also love the coolness it gives at night. Definitely what I look forward to when coming to bed now!

This pillow is made of small pieces of memory and gel foam. It offered nice support for my neck and head. The pillow is thick and doesn't sink right down but rather cradles your head while you sleep. The cooling effect is really nice, I sleep more soundly because of it. It has a removable outer case that zips off for easy washing.

I absolutely love this pillow set! It is plush, but not so thick that it will hurt your neck. The cooling feature is definitely a plus! I usually get hot at night, but sleeping on this pillow keeps my head cooler. I slept so well when using this pillow compared to the other pillows that I have on my bed. And Serta is such a great brand! I would definitely recommend this pillow!

The pillow is a little softer than what I prefer. However, my previous pillow continuously gets too plump after washing it. So even though this is a little softer, it’s been a but if help on my neck - not forced up so high. I lately have been using my and my husband’s pillow throughout the night - switching between them. This will be a great option for me as a quality pillow when I don’t need to be propped upright, like when watching tv in bed. I was surprised as it’s was not a piece of foam, but a bunch of foam pieces. So parent of why it’s a little softer and flattens a little more than I want. But still great

I really liked the idea of a cooling pillow, but I wouldn't say this pillow is any colder than and of the other pillows I've had in the past. However it is pretty comfy. It's very fluffy but not too soft. I have woken up without a sore neck, so that's a plus! I gave it 3 stars because it has a weird chemical foam smell that hasn't gone away over 2 weeks. I cleaned it the best I could, but I can still smell the foam smell through 2 pillow cases. If it weren't for the smell, I would have given it 4 stars. It's a good pillow, but I wouldn't buy it if I was looking for a "cooling" pillow.

I have used this pillow for about two weeks prior to writing this review. I am a hot sleeper and it most certainly cools and sleeps cooler than others I have used. It seems to hold its shape to a fault, though. The only reason it’s missing a star is that it needs “fluffed” before laying down or an impression where your head is will stay. This seems to make the pillow less supportive over time. Overall, I am happy with this and it is an improvement over the standard gel/foam pillows I have used before.

I had high hopes for this pillow. The first night it was so comfy and my neck did not hurt. As time went on the memory foam separates and if you dont fluff it before each sleep the pillow becomes almost nonexistent. I guess it's what you'd expect for a cheap pillow but with serta brand I expected more. Not sure the cooling is any more than any other pillow..

I have been using the Serta Cooling Memory Foam Pillow for a few days and so far have been pleased. My only complaint is that I wish the pillows were bigger in length. It is a standard Queen but it is a relatively short pillow. The memory foam is a little different than standard memory foam pillows due to the cooling component. It does not retain the form of your head like a standard memory foam does, but the trade off is worth it and it gives a little more support to your head and neck. I am a hot sleeper and the cooling effect is very nice.

This pillow is very comfortable. It is thicker than I expected when taking it out of the package. When I lay on it, it was form fitting. I normally have neck aches when I wake up, but I woke up ache free after using this pillow. I also normally wake up sweating, but with this pillow that is not the case.
