I suffer from severe migraines, and these pillows are the only ones that I can use. They are amazing!! For me, these are the best pillows on the market. They retain their shape, and are very comfortable to sleep on. These are the only pillows I will buy for myself and my family.

Description of the pillow actually says what it does! I have so much pillows and love pillows in our bed and so does my kids, yet I couldn’t find a pillow that does not get flat in a week, gets uncomfortable, cools, and or feels not over firm or soft or even just right; so hard! This pillow was surprisingly just right for us! My son gets sweaty at night despite having cold a/c, yet notice with the pillow when used he doesn’t sweat much! Upon my husband and I using the pillow we notice that it doesn’t get flat so quickly than others which would require us to add more pillow, it holds! Down side though is we wish it had a kind size. Overall nice pillow!

I tried the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows (2-pack) recently, and I must say I was quite disappointed with their performance. I used these pillows in my bedroom for a few weeks, and they didn't meet my expectations. One of the major drawbacks I noticed was the lack of high-quality construction. These pillows felt flimsy and didn't offer the support I needed for a good night's sleep. They went flat surprisingly quickly, and I found myself constantly fluffing them up during the night to maintain some semblance of comfort. Additionally, the cooling aspect of these pillows was a letdown. Despite their claim of gel memory foam clusters for cooling, I didn't experience any noticeable cooling effect. The pillows retained heat, making it uncomfortable, especially during warm nights. Another issue was their inability to hold their structure through the night. I often woke up with the pillows misshaped and lacking the support they initially provided. Overall, my experience with the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows was disappointing. They fell short in terms of quality, cooling, and durability. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone seeking a comfortable and long-lasting sleep solution.

This pillow is very different from a typical pillow. The memory foam is shredded up pieces (see pic) inside a zip case. It is a very thick pillow, too thick for me as it holds my head at a weird angle and hurt my neck. However it is useful to prop myself up in bed for reading as it does hold its structure and not cause me to eventually sink down. I will be keeping these pillows for that use but not to actually use for sleep.

This is my 5th and 6th serta pillow, it’s definitely my favorite pillow, unlike any memory foam, which you will wake up full of sweat, this actually keep it cool for the whole night! Compare to other I previously purchased, some even cost over $50, which I thought will help me keep cool, but didn’t. AND this did it for a fraction of the cost.

It took a little to adjust to this pillow. The first few nights I’d find myself having a sore neck in the morning and not feeling like I got the best sleep. After the first few days it got better and I found this pillow to be fairly comfortable but doesn’t sink in the memory foam as much as I had expected and is a bit tougher. I did not notice the pillow being cool necessarily but it was a comfortable temperature. All around I think it’s a good pillow if you’re looking for a stiffer pillow in the memory foam spectrum

The pillows arrived way sooner than expected, and we were so excited! When we used the pillows on the first night, I actually dreamed for the first time in a very long time. The pillows are super soft, not bulky. And I love that to clean them, you just throw the whole thing in the washer! This is going to be super easy! We are absolutely loving these new pillows!

When I got the pillows they were very fluffy. After a couple of days the fluff went down about 40%. I sweat easily when I sleep so I was very excited to try these pillows out. For the price they were okay. I did not wake up feeling sweeting, but I didn’t feel the “cool” feeling of the pillow. They are still very comfortable to sleep on after one week. They are worth trying out if your on a budget!

I was hopeful that this set of two Serra memory foam pillows would be great. I have used them for a few days and they are more firm than I expected. I cannot feel the cooking effect through a pillowcase. Overall a good pillow for a guest room or to have as extras but personally I like a softer more plush pillow.

I recently got this pillow and i do like it a lot. The reason for a p 4 star review is the pillow is a bit thinner than my last and dose not give the neck support my last one did. I love the cooling aspect of the pillow combined with the good support for the neck and head.I wish it was a slightly plushier pillow. Overall a solid choice for a night sleep
