I’ve used the pillows for a few nights and have slept great. They were definitely more cooling than my previous pillows. They are more firm than soft which I like, but some may not. They were a great combination with my cooling pillowcases. I’m more of a stomach sleeper and they were comfortable. My husband is more of a side sleeper and he got a decent nights sleep as well. I’m curious how well they will retain their shape and the firmness, but so far so good!

This is a great pillow option for the price. It provides great support and is a great addition to our pillow set. With the memory foam being broken up I didn’t feel like it provided much cooling throughout the night. I personally like a firm pillow for my head support and this pillow did not give me that but I also sleep with a pillow under/between my legs and it get provide great support for my legs. I would absolutely purchase this product again.

I received this pillow, and after several days of using it, I can safely say that it's a great product for its price to quality ratio. The memory foam provides good support for my head and neck and you can feel the coolness from the gel materials. We immediately washed the pillow and followed the instructions, It didn't loose its shape after drying up and the zipper cover is very well made. I've found myself waking up feeling refreshed and free of any stiffness or discomfort.

THE PILLOWS ARRIVED PROMPTLY. THEY DO HAVE A COOLING EFFECT WHICH IS GREAT FROM ME I HAVE HOT FLASHES. THEY KEEP THEIR FORM AND DON'T FOLD UP AND LOSE SHAPE WHILE LAYING IN THEM.VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, WE HAVE SEARCH FOR YEAR FOR THE PERFECT PILLOW AND I THINK WE JUST MIGHT HAVE IT IN THESE.

I had high hopes for this pillow. The first night it was so comfy and my neck did not hurt. As time went on the memory foam separates and if you dont fluff it before each sleep the pillow becomes almost nonexistent. I guess it's what you'd expect for a cheap pillow but with serta brand I expected more. Not sure the cooling is any more than any other pillow..

I was surprised how “cool” it was even though it was memory foam. Usually with memory foam it can get pretty warm, especially if you use a fleece pillow case. But I didn’t sweat at all using it. It was also very supportive. I usually don’t like pillows that are very stiff since it tends to hurt my neck, but this pillow had a nice combination of maintaining support and conforming to my head/neck.

When i received these pillows, i was a bit skeptical because of the way it was, then last night i slept on it and wow. i slept like a baby and it was even difficult to wake up in the morning. My husband also mentioned that he slept pretty well on that pillow. i would definitely recommend this.

I have had a cooling pillow for several years which I also purchased at Sam’s Club. I was excited to hear they now carry the Serta Cooling Gel Memory foam pillow. After using it, the Serta pillow is soft and comfortable. I would rate the pillow softness as medium, not too firm and not too soft. I measured it as 23”L x 18”W x 7”D I found the cooling effect is very slight, if any. However it did seem to regulate my temperature. So if I was warm, the pillow didn’t also get as warm like my previous pillows without the cooling foam. At least that is what it seemed like to me. If you are suffering from hot flashes, for example, I don’t think this pillow will help with extreme body temperature changes like that. I was happy to hear that everything included with the pillow except for the pillow cover, was made and assembled in the USA. The pillow is also machine washable too! The pillow case has a zipper and so does the actual pillow. The instructions don’t mention this but if you wanted to, you can remove the filling in order to make the pillow softer or in my case, reducing the depth by 2”. This was helpful because it made the pillow align more with my spine while laying flat. But if you do this, just save the foam in case you want to fill it again. I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. It is comfortable but the cooling effects are slight at least with my experience. I do like the option to remove/add filling and the fact it is machine washable too.

I am a side sleeper only. I have had many issues finding a pillow that is the perfect height for my mattress and pillow combination. This specific gel memory foam was a perfect fit for what I needed. Some memory foam pillows feel like a block but this one has a lot more give which is nice. It is actually very comfortable and I didn’t notice getting any extra heat from the make of the pillow.

These pillows are fantastic. I have tried different types of pillows but these stand out. They don't go flat immediately you place your head on it and doesn't get flat when you get up in the morning. It maintains it puff. It is firm enough and comfortable. I also love the fact that i can remove the pillow cover to wash. It has a zip on the side, very easy to unzip and wash and very easy to put back on. The description is so true it's definitely cooling. I don't wake up at night feeling sweaty.
