This pillow from Serta fulfilled all me expectations and beyond. It provides the necessary support that I was looking for. Additionally, it comes with a 1 year warranty. The plus side is that you can take off the cover and wash it in the washing machine.

It stayed cold all night! 36 year old female review: Pillow is nice for back and side sleeping, not stomach sleeping friendly. Too fluffy for that. Had a mild chemical smell straight out of packaging but not too bad. Stayed cooler than other pillows would, which was nice, but I did flip once to get really cool side of the pillow the other night. Overall it's nice.

To start off, this pillow has shown no cooling characteristics. I have owned a Ghost Bed brand pillow for a couple years to compare. I was hoping this would be similar. I gave two stars because you can easily pull out stuffing to adjust the density. Past that it is just a pillow

These pillows are amazing! I am not a fan of super soft pillows or super hard pillows, these are the perfect amount of firmness. They prop my neck up at the perfect angle and I sleep comfortably all night. The cooling of the pillow is what keeps me so refreshed I have long hair and tend to feel hot during the night but this pillow really does the trick!

The Serta cooling gel memory foam pillow is a new addition to the pillows on our bed. My husband and I have both used it and have both loved the coolness, and the fluffiness/plumpness of the pillow. It contours to your head/neck nicely and offers the user good sleep - no matter if it’s for a short nap or a peaceful nights sleep! I used the pillow to take a nap with my kid and even though he had me sleeping on the edge of the bed in the most awkward position the pillow made it so that I was able to actually fall asleep. It was very cozy and supported my neck - I didn’t wake with a kink! Highly recommend! Honestly, we love this pillow and will likely switch out our other pillows and make them all Serta cooling gel memory foam!

My husband and I have been using these pillows for several nights now and they truly work really well. The cooling insert material is amazing. It conforms to your head and neck and really allows for a great night sleep. I like sleeping on my side and this pillow allows for me to continue to sleep on my side. I really love how the filling is super squishy as well and I can manipulate it to my pleasure. The fact that there are 2 pillows in one pack is an even better game changer.

Package and product arrived in great shape. I personally struggled the first night using them because I was so accustomed to my previous pillows. However, after that first night, I had no problem. They have the right amount of support, not overly firm or too soft. Total sleep inducers!! Wish they came in King size too.

Straight out of the packaging you can feel the cooling of the pillow which is wonderful! However after using it a couple nights, I wish it was a little more firm. When using two together they are supporting and comfortable. I would definitely recommend especially for the price!

I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for about a week now and it is great! It’s a heavy pillow and pretty firm. I am a stomach sleeper and it works perfectly for me, very comfortable. The cooling gel is very subtle. This pillow does not really feel any cooler than other pillows at first, but I have noticed that it just does not get hot which is nice! The included washable zippered pillow cover is definitely a plus!
