The pillow is basically flat. I was hoping for a fluffier pillow.

You cannot beat the price for the quality of these pillows. Great quality pillows! I literally have them in every one of my bedrooms in my home.

I have been buying these pillows for years and have always loved them. I bought 2 packs today and when I took them out of the package, all 4 pillows smelled like paint. They also are not as thick as they used to be and are not cooling like the package says.

If you’re looking support to prevent neck, shoulder, &/or back pain do not walk away from these pillows… run! They are (to be polite) crap at best.

Worst pillows we have ever bought. They are not a solid form like most pillows but small pieces and they are extremely lumpy.

Please don’t even waste ur money, bought a nice new expensive comfortable mattress all to end up at the chiropractors office, if u have neck or back pain stay clear!

I tried using the pillow 1 night and it was very uncomfortable and really bothered my head and neck. I went back to using my old pillow.

Pillows come in little pieces in a pillowcase uncomfortable clumps up is not cooling is not soft is not comfortable. Worst pillow I’ve ever had.

Very resonable price but not a good product at all -- not cool and not comfortable. The pillow got hot and lumpy after just one night.

Enjoying my pillows, but a little softer than I would like. So far I’m comfortably enjoying my purchase. Reasonable price for two/pkg. pillows.
