This pillow is best suited for side sleepers. The pillow is more stiff than fluffy and on the firm side. When you look at the inside of the pillow, it reminds me of those giant bean bags made from shredded foam. So it is pliable and soft with a stiffness that holds it shape. I liked that it was stiff, especially when I was trying to prop myself up. I did not like that it was difficult to fluff and my head did not disappear into it, but remained on top. My normal pillow is a very light down feather pillow, that is basically nothing. I felt that the pillow had a cooling feature.

Our son and daughter needed new pillows so we tried these out. They love that they are so soft. But they also love how cool it keeps them. Our son always wakes up with a sweaty head but he hasn’t since we switched him to this one! Our daughter usually has trouble falling asleep and honestly, since this pillow, it doesn’t take her as long. We are fans for sure!

I was very excited about these pillows when they arrived, as they were plump and squishy. After sleeping on it for a week, here are my thoughts. I am enjoying it still and it has not caused me any pain. However, I am disappointed because it seems to have lost it's fluffiness and goes flat as soon as lay my head on it. It has not held up as well as I was hoping. I'm still using it and will continue to use it until it will not puff up any more.

Received the pillow yesterday and air it out overnight. The pillow is surprisingly lightweight compared to other memory foam pillow. The firmness and thickness is perfect for what I need. I hope the thickness stay the same after using it for a long time. Coz so far I like it, it gives a good support for my neck and reduce the pressure or weight on my shoulder when lying down on my side.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I was surprised how well the cooling “system” works on this pillow! I used it with a pillow case and without and that does make a slight difference but a thin pillowcase would be a perfect option. I love how the pillow comes with a removable cover for washing and allows your to see the cooling elements - it’s pretty neat! I do prefer firmer pillows and this is more on the softer side. Other than that, I give it 5 stars for doing exactly what was advertised!

I think it's important that I start with we have a King sized bed and typically use the larger King option for pillows too. I forgot how much smaller the standard/queen size are and I was nervous at first. To give them a fair chance, I put away our other pillows and only used one of these each. I gave them until the next evening and a good fluff (as suggested in the instructions). I was shocked with how good I felt after a night of sleep. Having the foam as several chunks versus one solid piece was surprising quick to adjust too and successful for my support/comfort. After about 3 days it wasn't as awe inducing but the instructions do suggest a daily fluffing of the pillows and that just isnt a habit I have (or care to form honestly lol). It does feel better after a fluff so perhaps with better "pillow maintenence) it could be awesome! I would call it well work the price point though!

I could not love these pillows more. They are firm, cool, easy to clean and very well made. They have a removable cover that you can unzip and simply throw in the wash. They stay cool and are so comfy! They really give you the extra support your head and neck need to get a restful sleep.

Night one with the pillow was so comfy! Very magical! The pillow doesn’t get “cool” but more is good at avoiding getting too hot, which is nice. I found that the pillow, while still soft and comfy, didn’t continue to offer the same fluffiness/support and comfort as it did on day one. I am a side sleeper and while comfortable, it wasn’t quite tall enough after several uses.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillow is cool to the touch with the perfect amount of fluffy and firmness. Provides great neck support and left me feeling well rested in the morning. I really appreciate that the pillow case has a zipper and can easily be removed and washed. Would highly recommend this pillow.

Upon receiving the item, it was package well in regular shipping box (appropriate for size, not vacuumed seal, so now fluff time, can use immediately), the box had pillows in plastic wrapping. There was no unordinary odor. Two pillows came in the packaging. I decided to give one to my daughter since she is usually hot and sweaty while sleeping and one for myself. After using consistently for the past two weeks. I enjoyed the pillow, my only critique is that the pillow was a bit too firm for me, but if you need a firm pillow especially for elevation, this is the perfect pillow for you. The pillow also gave what was advertised, it allowed me and my daughter to relax and keep a good body temperature, I never woke up sweaty and my daughter never woke up sweaty. This is the perfect pillow for her and I only took one star off due to the pillow being too firm, but other than that, for the price, the product was amazing. Maybe with prolonged use, the pillow will become softer for my usage, but over I recommend the purchase.
