These are cooling gel pillows but I noticed only a slight difference in coolness compared to my other pillows. However, it has maintained its cushion and hasn’t gone flat yet, I enjoy the memory foam feature. I like that it has the removable covers so it can be washed. It does come with a noticeable chemical smell which I don’t care for, but it came out after just one wash so that was easy to fix. You should always wash fabric items before use anyway, so it was not a big deal. Overall, I like these pillows and will get some additional ones to replace my other pillows too.

I slept on this pillow at my mother-in-laws and noticed I woke with no neck pain. She graciously ordered a set for me from Sams Club and had them sent to my house. They were there when I arrived back home after Thanksgiving. Now I have no neck pain.

These are my new go to pillows. I’m buying them for all my guest rooms. I’ve been frustrated with my last set of pillows which claimed to be cooling. These pillows are actually cooling. My significant other is a hot sleeper and he hasn’t sweated since we started using them. They comfortable add great neck support and they keep their shape wonderfully. I love the shape they have. A lot of memory foam pillows look like a boxy rectangle and are ugly when you make the bed up. These have a lux look to them being extra fluffy and just add a level of decadence to the bedroom. Great pillows! And you get 2!!

Ive tested this pillow out for 2 weeks and I wish i could say I was super impressed with it, but unfortunately- the only good thing I can say about it so far is that it does not go flat. The big downside to it for me is that you can really feel all of the lumps of the filling in this pillow. The lining on the outside of the pillow is not very soft but a cover will fix that. It does not keep cool either, I was contantly having to flip and fluff the pillow constantly to try to find a cool spot.

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows are a highly supportive pillow filled with clumps of memory foam. They stay cool, and my daughter snatched one for herself right away, claiming it was super comfortable. It is highly supportive, so good for propping yourself and for side sleepers.

This is a two pack of pillows, but the odd thing is that one pillow is pretty comfortable, but the other is already lumpy and uneven after a only a week of use. I was hoping that a company known for making good mattresses would know how to make a good pillow as well, but I guess not. I have finally learned that cheap pillows are never worth the money.

So it’s very stinky! Strong odor that is headache inducing and I’m hoping the smell fades away but it’s very like plastic and paint kind of smelling.. harsh. Lumpy and really firm but I do like that it seems like you could add or remove some of the foam if needed. Personally not my favorite serta pillow I’ve ever had… there’s way better serta pillows on the market. This seems like a miss to me but other than the smell and lumpiness the actual pillow and case design is interesting.

This pillow is simply exceptional. It's like the epitome of brilliance, but in pillow form. The delivery was impressively fast and unwrapping it was a delight. To my surprise, it came with a zipper cover already on. We slipped on some new pillow cases and decided to test them out on the sofa during a movie night. However, I ended up missing the movie because I fell asleep! The comfort level was off the charts, I haven't experienced such restful sleep in a long time. Initially, I had my doubts because I've heard that memory foam can be hot and harden over time. But this pillow proved those assumptions wrong. I'll definitely be purchasing more.

I’ve owned many diferente pillows through out my lifetime, and it’s only fair to give my opinion about these specific ones. FIRST the pillows come in the regular plastic bag wrap, nothing too fancy. I read on the packaging “COOLING,” that’s a win for me I don’t like being hot while I’m trying to take a Power Nap or sleep throughout the night. SECOND thing I noticed and liked was there was two pillows, affordable price by what I saw on the website. THIRD was both pillows already come with a zip-up pillow cover; that makes for longer lasting pillows, less dirt mites getting in the pillow and easier makes for easy cleaning I give these pillows a solid 9/10, they are comfortable, adjust to how I sleep. I also notice the pillows rise back up quickly, looks great on my bed. One con would be they are standard size however I feel them a tad smaller, may be the memory foam.

I was always looking for better pillows. After many tires with various pillow brand finally we've got it. Based on usage this seems to be a long-lasting relief from neck and back pain. Some pillows provide relief for a few weeks or months, but in the end, the discomfort always returns. This pillow has best features of all the other pillows we've tried all rolled into one. It is a thicker pillow, yet very supportive. (In fact, I did not need a second pillow to prop up my head while reading.) It has just the right combination of softness, firmness, and contouring. It is extremely comfortable while flat on my back or curled up to the side. Usually I wake up with pain and stiffness after giving in in my sleep. But with this pillow, I was very comfortable and pain free in any position I chose! With this PILLOW I have been able to rid the bed of all other extraneous pillows, making it much cooler, much more comfortable, and much more spacious in our bed. I wake up pain-free, rested, and relaxed. I feel better than I have in years. And here is the best recommendation I can give: we liked this pillow so much. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
