I have been using my new cooling pillow for a week now and it really does have a nice cooling feature. I live in a hot place so summer time is super hot and when the ac hits the pillow it really does stay cool. I also like how light the pillow is, not too heavy. Last feather I like is the softness. I can’t sleep in a dense pillow and this pillow is soft.

I'm someone who tosses and turns, constantly trying to get comfortable before actually falling asleep. My previous pillow has been worn out, flattened, there's no more "fluff" to it. You can imagine my struggle just to "shape" it for comfort before sleeping. Now with the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillow, I've been able to sleep like baby. The memory foam is great for support and comfort. A nice balance between softness and firmness. No more mornings of stiffness or discomfort. Overall, I'm happy with the product and can't recommend it enough.

This is a set of two pillows that are nice & soft. They’re also pretty good size. As a firefighter I use them at work & the fact that the outter case can come off by simply unzipping it is really nice so that it too can be washed. Not sure why you would need to, other than to remove material from the inner case, but it too has a zipper.

If you are looking for a pillow that is very firm and keeps its shape but also shapes to your head, you found a winner! This pillow gives my head a lot of support. It is honestly perfect for when I’m trying to keep my head up to read, watch tv, or something on my computer. I deducted a star because I’m not really sure what the “cooling” reference means as it has the same temperature as my other pillows.

This pillow is super plush and well made! I don’t think it feels as comfortable as other memory foam pillows I’ve used in the past but it is very cozy which is why I gave 4 stars out of 5. It is nice that the outside portion zips so you could wash if needed!

First of all, let me start off by saying that the cooling feature actually cools and soothes me throughout the night. And the gel memory foam is soooo comfortable. I also love that it’s machine washable. This pillow actually stays fluffy throughout the night and doesn’t go flat like many others. I would definitely recommend!

These pillows are definitely hotel quality comfort but cooling? Not so sure about that. The memory foam allows for a good nights sleep. Felt like sleeping on a cloud where your head wont sink in. Its a good pillow though. I just wouldnt market it as "cooling"

Let me just say, wow, I am impressed with these pillows! I am an extremely hot sleeper and I usually cannot stand memory foam. I decided to give these a try based on the cooling feature alone. I also usually take some time to adjust to new pillows and the paperwork these come with does say to give it a few days to settle in, so I was a bit skeptical. Both my husband and I ended up being very happy with these and how well we slept! We immediately were comfortable on them and continue to be. I find that they do feel nice and cool and help me so much with my overheating problem at night. They are just the right height and not too firm. I really do enjoy them and my husband does as well. We haven't felt like we have been tossing and turning nearly as much since getting these. They do come with a protective cover that you keep on during washing, but I did take photos to show what the inside looks like as well. Looking at them you might not think they would be as comfortable as they are, but I promise, they are. These are going to be our go to pillows from now on. Bonus, they also come with a one year warranty!

I was surprised how “cool” it was even though it was memory foam. Usually with memory foam it can get pretty warm, especially if you use a fleece pillow case. But I didn’t sweat at all using it. It was also very supportive. I usually don’t like pillows that are very stiff since it tends to hurt my neck, but this pillow had a nice combination of maintaining support and conforming to my head/neck.
