My husband and myself love these pillows, they are really soft on our heads, but not to soft just enough. Usually these type of cooling pillows are really hard, but not these. We cannot sleep without them now. I also added covers that I bought at sams and they are perfect matching.

Pillow is above and beyong value for price, it doesn't feel like a airplane neck pillow foam type. It has chucks of foam tightly enclosed. It comes with a zippered pillow protector. Im not one for memory foam pillows but this one is very comfortable and cool. Great for back sleeping.

I’ve owned many diferente pillows through out my lifetime, and it’s only fair to give my opinion about these specific ones. FIRST the pillows come in the regular plastic bag wrap, nothing too fancy. I read on the packaging “COOLING,” that’s a win for me I don’t like being hot while I’m trying to take a Power Nap or sleep throughout the night. SECOND thing I noticed and liked was there was two pillows, affordable price by what I saw on the website. THIRD was both pillows already come with a zip-up pillow cover; that makes for longer lasting pillows, less dirt mites getting in the pillow and easier makes for easy cleaning I give these pillows a solid 9/10, they are comfortable, adjust to how I sleep. I also notice the pillows rise back up quickly, looks great on my bed. One con would be they are standard size however I feel them a tad smaller, may be the memory foam.

It is not vacuum sealed and compressed so can be used immediately. Pillows were also not in airtight bag so they were not obnoxiously odorous. The foam is contained in an inner zippered bag so you can take some out if you wanted to adjust "fullness/thickness". Other foam pillows i've tried were too warm, but these i had no issue with. Put a pillowcase on and didn't notice the smell of foam. I was concerned it might feel "lumpy" but surprisingly wasn't an issue. No complaints after using for 2 weeks. Old pillow I would wake up with neck pains occasionally, but have had none with these.

These Serta memory foam pillows are comfortable and provide proper neck support. I love this new pillow and the cooling feature is an added bonus. As the temps in Texas have been hotter than usual, this pillow came right on time! I have flipped this pillow many times during the night to enjoy the cooling effect. As far as as the memory foam features, it holds its shape very well and provides great support to the head and neck snd doesn’t allow any sinking in. Overall great pillow. The only disadvantage is I wish the pillow was bigger.

I bought two sets of this pillow. The first set I picked up from my local store and I really liked them. The second set was shipped to me and when they arrived they had a terrible chemical smell. I thought they would air out but no luck so I put them thru the wash cycle and the odor didn’t leave. I’m washing them a second time and if they still smell I guess they will go to the garbage because that’s not anything a person needs to breathe in all night while sleeping.

Absolutely love, love these pillows! My husband and I are amazed at how soft and comfortable these pillows are. The form did change a little over time but not like most of the pillows we have purchased in the past. I appreciate the removable zip cover to ensure an extra level of sanitation, due to us having allergies. We definitely love them in the summertime because they are cool and comfy at night.

In Texas, these types of pillows is a must have. I received two of them and I loved laying my head on it. The other one i got to cuddle with. They are very soft and cooling. They are going to be a breeze to put in the washer as well! I live that they came with a care guide and a zipper cover.

Straight out the box I noticed how fluffy these pillows are. Upon opening they are so soft yet have a little firmness which I love. The covers can also be washed which is a plus. Honestly the design looks so modern and with these you won’t have to buy several pillows for your bed. I may get 2 more and that’s it. I didn’t notice much of a cooling effect which was a little disappointing but overall a solid buy!
