Pillows are soft yet firm, in my opinion the right mixture for a good night rest while only using one pillow. The cooling properties work but I am not sure how we as I sleep in a cool room regardless. Overall would recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a quality pillow for an affordable price.

The new Serra cooling memory foam pillows are amazing! I’m a super hot sleeper and have tried everything possible to stay cool, from sheets to mattresses to pillows and fans. These pillows are comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. After using them for about a week, I have found that not only am I not waking up all sweaty, but that I am waking up more rested. I am a side sleeper through and through, and these pillows are supportive enough for a good nights rest. The only downfall is we got them in standard size and not king. Yes, when you take them out of the bag, they will have a memory foam smell, however they are completely machine washable and the smell disappears after a few days. Huge upside for our family because we have several cats and dogs. Allergies are a big issue in Texas, so having the ability to throw these pillows in the wash and then fluff dry helps keep away the pet dander. My family recommends these pillows, if you’re looking to stay cooler and get a great nights sleep!

I was surprised how “cool” it was even though it was memory foam. Usually with memory foam it can get pretty warm, especially if you use a fleece pillow case. But I didn’t sweat at all using it. It was also very supportive. I usually don’t like pillows that are very stiff since it tends to hurt my neck, but this pillow had a nice combination of maintaining support and conforming to my head/neck.

These pillows are comfortable but not as firm or as full as I would like them to be. If you’re like me, and like a more firm pillow that hold its shape, then this pillow is not for you. They would be a better pillow to use in a guest room rather than an every night pillow. The cooling feature is nice and I like that they are washable. Overall, I think they will get flat if they get consistent use.

I love these pillows for the fact they are so fluffy and don't seem to lose their shape but I still need to break them in a little more before I can give them 5 stars. I do enjoy the fact that they are cooling. I stay hot all the time. So, having the cool side of the pillow is amazing.

It’s really hard for me to find a decently supportive pillow and I’ve had the same one for way too long. I felt there was adequate support with this pillow. I also seem to run hot at night and didn’t have that issue the first couple nights using this! The only downfall is I enjoy king size pillows so the smaller size is something I need to get used to. Otherwise I definitely recommend! My son ended up stealing the second on because he loved it so much!

This twin pack pillow is excellent for a side sleeper like myself it gives great support for my neck with one and the other I use between my legs like a Twix bar two for me none for you honey! It's been a week and I haven't went back to my previous pillow of 12 years. The only dislike is the zipper case cover and zipper line. Plan to wash them at the end of the month to try out the washer friendly feature.

I'm someone who tosses and turns, constantly trying to get comfortable before actually falling asleep. My previous pillow has been worn out, flattened, there's no more "fluff" to it. This is a set of two pillows that are nice & soft. They’re also pretty good size. As a firefighter I use them at work & the fact that the outter case can come off by simply unzipping it is really nice so that it too can be washed. Not sure why you would need to, other than to remove material from the inner case, but it too has a zipper.
