Great memory foam pillow for the price. Starts off super cold and is able to stay fairly cool through the evening. This may be a little firm for back sleepers but just right for side sleepers. I like that they included a card for washing instructions—nice touch. Buyers should be aware though that this “cushion” is actually made up of several small foam pieces or “micro-cushions” versus one single foam piece.

I had high hopes for this pillows but unfortunately my search for perfect pillow continues. This pillow really fast becomes hard so you have to fluff it up every evening. It doesnt provide a lot of support without being hard. Also, I didn't notice any more cooling than any other pillow.

I’ve used the pillows for a few nights and have slept great. They were definitely more cooling than my previous pillows. They are more firm than soft which I like, but some may not. They were a great combination with my cooling pillowcases. I’m more of a stomach sleeper and they were comfortable. My husband is more of a side sleeper and he got a decent nights sleep as well. I’m curious how well they will retain their shape and the firmness, but so far so good!

This is a fantastic pillow. One of the key points is it never goes flat. It’s sturdy yet so soft and you never need to fluff it up. Completely machine washable and it’s resistant to mold and bacteria. Great support for side sleepers and cooling gel. Need I say more!

I tried the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows (2-pack) recently, and I must say I was quite disappointed with their performance. I used these pillows in my bedroom for a few weeks, and they didn't meet my expectations. One of the major drawbacks I noticed was the lack of high-quality construction. These pillows felt flimsy and didn't offer the support I needed for a good night's sleep. They went flat surprisingly quickly, and I found myself constantly fluffing them up during the night to maintain some semblance of comfort. Additionally, the cooling aspect of these pillows was a letdown. Despite their claim of gel memory foam clusters for cooling, I didn't experience any noticeable cooling effect. The pillows retained heat, making it uncomfortable, especially during warm nights. Another issue was their inability to hold their structure through the night. I often woke up with the pillows misshaped and lacking the support they initially provided. Overall, my experience with the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows was disappointing. They fell short in terms of quality, cooling, and durability. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone seeking a comfortable and long-lasting sleep solution.

Received 2 standard queen cool memory foam pillows. These are the first time using cool memory foam. I like a stiffer pillow and my husband for some reason, likes flat ones with no support. My husband used the pillow for a few days, but he didn't like it and went back to his flat pillow. I like more support and more fluff. So I actually enjoyed this pillow. We have a king size bed and I do think the Queen ones are a little bit too small for our liking so I will see if maybe there's a king size I could buy for myself. I really like the quality of this pillow. The cover that comes with the pillow has a zipper, you can wash the pillow with the cover on. It comes with instructions stating to leave the case on the pillow and wash it in cool water. I have yet to wash it yet since its brand new. I would suggest this pillow for anyone looking for a sturdy, comfy non hot pillow good quality pillow.

These pillows are by far not the worse pillows we have experienced, but we didn't love them either. They are more firm. The directions that come with them, does say to give them a couple of weeks to fully break in, so at this point that is all we can hope for. The cooling feature also never seems to make a huge difference for us. Perhaps if you sleep directly on the pillow instead of using a pillowcase?

I was excited to get these pillows! The cooling memory foam is phenomenal. Its thickness is probably my favorite part. I normally would more pillows but now am using just 1 under my head. The packaging included a warranty and additional information for care and laundry procedures which I thought was nice. My only complaint is that it did require a couple of nights sleep to get used to; however, the packaging states there can be an adjustment period. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this pillow. My children tried to snag them too!

THE PILLOWS ARRIVED PROMPTLY. THEY DO HAVE A COOLING EFFECT WHICH IS GREAT FROM ME I HAVE HOT FLASHES. THEY KEEP THEIR FORM AND DON'T FOLD UP AND LOSE SHAPE WHILE LAYING IN THEM.VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, WE HAVE SEARCH FOR YEAR FOR THE PERFECT PILLOW AND I THINK WE JUST MIGHT HAVE IT IN THESE.

The Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows provided excellent support for my neck and head while keeping me at a comfortable temperature. I sleep on an adjustable bed, so it’s tricky to find a pillow that works well. I was able to position this one well and get the support I need. The only downside I have is it takes quite a while to dry after washing (the tag says 2 hours). I ran it through the dryer 3 times.
