I’ve owned many diferente pillows through out my lifetime, and it’s only fair to give my opinion about these specific ones. FIRST the pillows come in the regular plastic bag wrap, nothing too fancy. I read on the packaging “COOLING,” that’s a win for me I don’t like being hot while I’m trying to take a Power Nap or sleep throughout the night. SECOND thing I noticed and liked was there was two pillows, affordable price by what I saw on the website. THIRD was both pillows already come with a zip-up pillow cover; that makes for longer lasting pillows, less dirt mites getting in the pillow and easier makes for easy cleaning I give these pillows a solid 9/10, they are comfortable, adjust to how I sleep. I also notice the pillows rise back up quickly, looks great on my bed. One con would be they are standard size however I feel them a tad smaller, may be the memory foam.

I bought these because of Serta name %26 stated cooling effect without reading any reviews. Within days of use, my face broke out with severe allergic reaction, presumably from the chemicals. I threw them away and the rash went away. I can't prove cause %26 effect but I wish I had read the reviews before being tempted by packagine and price.

I was always looking for better pillows. After many tires with various pillow brand finally we've got it. Based on usage this seems to be a long-lasting relief from neck and back pain. Some pillows provide relief for a few weeks or months, but in the end, the discomfort always returns. This pillow has best features of all the other pillows we've tried all rolled into one. It is a thicker pillow, yet very supportive. (In fact, I did not need a second pillow to prop up my head while reading.) It has just the right combination of softness, firmness, and contouring. It is extremely comfortable while flat on my back or curled up to the side. Usually I wake up with pain and stiffness after giving in in my sleep. But with this pillow, I was very comfortable and pain free in any position I chose! With this PILLOW I have been able to rid the bed of all other extraneous pillows, making it much cooler, much more comfortable, and much more spacious in our bed. I wake up pain-free, rested, and relaxed. I feel better than I have in years. And here is the best recommendation I can give: we liked this pillow so much. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Pillow is above and beyong value for price, it doesn't feel like a airplane neck pillow foam type. It has chucks of foam tightly enclosed. It comes with a zippered pillow protector. Im not one for memory foam pillows but this one is very comfortable and cool. Great for back sleeping.

The Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows are a highly supportive pillow filled with clumps of memory foam. They stay cool, and my daughter snatched one for herself right away, claiming it was super comfortable. It is highly supportive, so good for propping yourself and for side sleepers.

This is a really good pillow. Not only is it comfortable, it also keeps me cool. It even works through my pillow case. It is maybe a little firmer than I would prefer, but it still works well enough for me. The only thing I didn’t like was it had a chemical like smell out of the bag, but it wasn’t too strong and it went away for me after a few days.

I bought these pillows for my mother, who is getting older and sleep sometimes is evasive. She said that these are the nicest pillows she has ever had in her entire 70+ years. I purchased them in the first place because my husband and I had a pair and felt the same way. They are the bomb!

This pillow is very comfortable and it keeps its shape very well. These pillows come with zippered pillow cases that you wash with the pillow which I love. No sweating at my head or neck even though I'm bundled up to my chin. The packaging came with instructions to wash the pillows also which was definitely a plus. I will definitely be getting another set to replace more pillows.

I was surprised to see how filled these pillows were of the Serta Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows, 2 pack. They were Standard Queen size and I loved that they were from a trusted, known brand like Serta! I didn’t notice the cooling effect when I had my cotton pillowcase on. I have neck tension and migraines and I am also a side sleeper. Being a side sleeper, I did not like how stuffed my pillow which ended up pushing my neck up and at an angle instead of aligned with my back. The packaging notes that these pillows are for all sleep positions but even as a side sleeper, I gave this pillow 4 stars due to my neck issues and it not comfortably adjusting to my neck. I do like, however, that the manufacturers informational inserts even encourages you to give their product a few weeks to adjust to, if it isn’t at first noticeably comfortable. I did actually spend a minute or two fluffing it after taking it right from the bag before putting my pillowcase on. These pillows come with a 1 year limited warranty covering severe body contours/impressions. As a person who loves to revive my items to allow them to continue being as durable and long-lasting as possible, I appreciated the washing instructions. I liked the support when I was sleeping on my back. If you’re mainly a back sleeper, this pillow is for you!

So it’s very stinky! Strong odor that is headache inducing and I’m hoping the smell fades away but it’s very like plastic and paint kind of smelling.. harsh. Lumpy and really firm but I do like that it seems like you could add or remove some of the foam if needed. Personally not my favorite serta pillow I’ve ever had… there’s way better serta pillows on the market. This seems like a miss to me but other than the smell and lumpiness the actual pillow and case design is interesting.
