This pillow forms to your shape however it goes flat after sleeping on it all night. The pillow is easy to fluff back to its shape. The pillow is a little on the small side and looks really small on my king bed. The gel memory foam is very cooling and I find I did not sweat as much sleeping on it.

If firm is what your looking for, then look no further. This pillow offers a firm support to your neck, shoulders ,and head. It has a cooling technology that allows to keep you cool and keeps you from sweating in your sleep. This pillow has a dual cover that offers the ability to wash the outer shell of the pillow and reuse, while the inner case houses the foam bits. I would recommend this pillow to those looking for a more firm pillow. Overall I am satisfied with this product and give it a 3 star only due to its firmness ( and it's not what I like to sleep on) the quality is there and the ease in being able to keep it clean is also there.

Id like to start saying I was excited it came with two pillows as I thought it only had one. The pillows are soft but fluffy containing volume. The downside to the pillow it isn’t as cool as I thought it would be temperature wise. I have other pillows that feel cooler at night. Overall though they are a good size and dense pillow and easy to wash in the wash machine.

These are the great pillows. My sleep is so fulfilling and restful. I usually sleep without pillows, because they make my neck and back hurt, but i don't get that with these pillows. If you want a restful and great sleep you have to try these. I don't toss and turn. once my head hit these pillows, that position is where i stay the rest of the night. These pillows are extremely stuffed, firmly full and incredibly thick.

This pillow is filled with memory foam pieces. I did not think I would care for it at first, but after a few nights of sleeping with this pillow, it has really impressed me. I am a side sleeper and it seems to be the perfect thickness for me. My husband has also enjoyed this pillow. In his words "this pillow is awesome!". Really like that the pillow cover is removable for easy cleaning.

I love memory foam pillows and am pretty picky, but I was pleasantly surprised with this pillow! My husband and I have both used these pillows for about a week, and we quite like them. These pillows are softer and more fluffy than most memory foam pillows. I wasn’t sure if I would like this, but it’s actually quite nice. I used to wake up sometimes with a sore neck using other memory foam pillows, but I don’t anymore. You can even throw the whole pillow in the washing machine! They do have a slight smell, but that is to be expected with memory foam (and lessens over time) and does not detract from the quality of the product. Overall, we are quite pleased with this product!

While these pillows feel fairly firm, just know they aren't. Ive had them on the bed for about 10 days now, they are holding up fairly well and are comfortable. I do not notice any paticular cooling effects from the pillow. I may purchase another set of these pillows. When you fluff them after sleeping on them all night, they do bounce back into shape at this time...... its only been 10 days.

Best pillow ever! Have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows over the years, before and after neck surgery, and these work for me. Originally purchased for kids because I replace their pillows more often and was looking for an economically-priced option. However, I must say I was surprised that these were great for adults, too. I like the washable covers and have had no issues when washing in my front-load washer. Have bought several pairs over the years and hope they continue to be available. I was hesitant when I noticed the stuffing material had changed but it seems to be better.

The cooling Serta pillow is very comfortable and optimally plush and firm. I was looking for a change in our pillows as we had pillows that were really giving us neck aches as they were not firm enough and would sulk too deep when we slept. These pillow provide good cushioning to your neck while keeping your posture apt. I would recommend this product who are looking for something not too stiff and like moderately firm and plush pillows.

When I removed the pillows from the box, I was very surprised with how fluffy and thick the pillows were. I like that they were washable and had a zipped cover that could be removed. The first night I slapped on the pillow, I noticed that since the interior is shredded, the filling was displaced from where my head was and all moved to the back of the pillow. I continued to sleep with the pillow for over a week and try different positioning to see which was the best way to use the pillow. The best way to sleep on the pillow without all of the filling moving away from the head is to sleep on your stomach with your arms under the pillow. I am a side sleeper and while the pillow is comfortable when you first start using it, by the morning, it doesn’t offer the same support. If this was a one piece insert instead of crumbled up pieces, I think it would be 4 or 5 stars. My teenage boys loved the pillow and didn’t mind that the interior shifts around. There is a lot of filling and it appears to be way better quality than some of the other pillows we have tried.
