This pillow is just OK. It is made up of chunks of foam, which I am not a fan of. I have been sleeping on this pillow for about two weeks, and it has held its shape. I don’t feel any cooling qualities, but I do have a pillowcase on the pillow. Maybe if you don’t use a pillowcase you might get the cooling effect? For the price, I recommend the pillows. I have gotten good sleep on them, I just prefer non-chunky pillows.

Love how firm this pillow is and how well it holds its shape throughout the night. This pillow is definitely replaced my old one. Only thing is, is it really cooling? I don’t think so personally. I feel like it’s misleading and doesn’t keep you cool at night. But I do love how firm and thick it is!

The pillow is firm but still soft. It provides more support than my more expensive pillow that I purchased. I prefer it over my memory foam one as well since that one is too firm. This pillow offers a nice medium and I sleep very well. I wouldn’t say it stays cool all night though which would be nice.

I've got to tell you, the Serta Gel Memory Foam Cluster Pillows have been an absolute dream for my sleep! They're like a personal oasis for my head and neck. Very fast shipping, came in a sturdy box. The pillows are great. Left them in the open for 24 hours to get rid of the slight new foam smell, went away after that. Sleeps cool, medium firm and overall a great sleeping experience. Have had them for a week now. The double layers with individual zippers and the small pieces of foam make it a new and nice way of building pillows.

When i received this product i was actually thinking about buying some pillows for my daughters bedroom. Thankfully i received the Serta Gel Memory Foam Pillows. These pillows are very cushioned and very comfortable and very fresh my daughter loves them.

This pillow is simply exceptional. It's like the epitome of brilliance, but in pillow form. The delivery was impressively fast and unwrapping it was a delight. To my surprise, it came with a zipper cover already on. We slipped on some new pillow cases and decided to test them out on the sofa during a movie night. However, I ended up missing the movie because I fell asleep! The comfort level was off the charts, I haven't experienced such restful sleep in a long time. Initially, I had my doubts because I've heard that memory foam can be hot and harden over time. But this pillow proved those assumptions wrong. I'll definitely be purchasing more.

Shipping was fast. I received two gel memory foam pillows. There were several pamphlets inside that told you about the pillows, how to wash/care for them, and what’s actually inside the pillows. After washing the pillows(smell of warehouse) I placed them on my bed. They are full and not too firm. I use them at night. they’re huggable pillows which have added more comfort for me while sleeping. The pillows are nice and soft. The only down side to me is the pillows not being more firm (my preference) and coming in king size. I probably would not have purchased outside of Sam’s Club

I wanted this specifically for camping more than anything. When I tent, I sleep on a sleeping pad. I wanted a thicker, firmer pillow to lift my head off of the ground, and it did just that. If you have a hard mattress, this would also be great. I tried it on my mattress at home which has a gel memory foam topper and it was awful. It was way too high and firm. But for the right circumstance/sleeper, it's perfect. I had a memory foam pillow before but this one was different because it is made up of little pieces of foam, so it is a little lumpy the first couple of sleeps until you wear it in a little

The Serta cooling pillow is a 2 pack which is great! These come with a warranty and directions on how to wash. The initial feel is very fluffy. I do notice at night when i adjust in bed they feel cool to the touch compared to my other pillows. I would recommend!
