I’ve been using this pillow a couple weeks. This pillow is very nice and comfortable. Its good for side sleeper like me. Its soft but firm, and stay cool. The height of the pillow is good enough for me. It also comes with a standard cover so I can wash it. Overall I like it so far and I highly recommend giving a try on this pillow. Very good deal as well.

Honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan of these pillows. I like super soft, big fluffy pillows and these are more on the firm side. But it is a good pillow to prop up with for watching tv or reading a book in bed. My husband however loves them and said he’s been getting better sleep since using them. It is crazy that even after a full night's sleep, the pillow maintains its normal shape and firmness. He also gets really hot at night, so the cooling effect was perfect for him. I’m giving it a 3/5 just because I wish it wasn’t as firm. But for the price and getting 2 pillows, you really can’t go wrong.

These Serta Cooling Gel memory foam pillows are comfortable for me as a side-sleeper. I like how fluffy they look on the bed, and that they are easy to wash. I am not sure how cooling I would say they are, though. After sleeping with them for a few days, I haven't really noticed a temperature difference from my old pillows. They aren't the best pillows ever, but they are a good solid choice depending on your budget.

I really wanted to love these pillow have been sleeping on them for over a week, but they just aren’t for me. First of all, they are made up of lots of tiny pieces of memory foam, which while that does help the pillow keep its form, makes the texture slightly lumpy. The pillow does not feel “cool” at all, it is the same temperature as all other pillows I have slept on. It is also a bit on the thick side, make it too high for my neck. It is in a nice zippered case, make it easy to clean. Overall, pillows are super hard to find the perfect one and for me this one is not it.

These gel memory foam pillows exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. We both have tried many different pillows and are never impressed by them. The first night we tried them we both woke and told the other the new pillows were great. I am a stomach sleeper and noticed that I didn't feel like I had to keep my arms around my pillow so as to make it keep it's shape. My husband, every which way sleeper, told me he felt like it never went flat on him.

Is soft but not as the feather pillows. I prefer this one instead of the feather pillows; easier to find a comfy position. Overall great price and quality, just had a plastic smell when opening the package, I left them out to vent in the sun and issue solve.

I'm someone who tosses and turns, constantly trying to get comfortable before actually falling asleep. My previous pillow has been worn out, flattened, there's no more "fluff" to it. Whether you're a back sleeper, a side sleeper, or someone who sleeps on their stomach, the pillow conforms accordingly while still being able to adequately support your neck and head for a goodnight's sleep. No more mornings of stiffness or discomfort. Overall, I'm happy with the product and can't recommend it enough.

My husband and I started using these pillows two days ago. When they first arrived, they were a little compressed, and the gel foam had an odd smell. We took them out of the packaging and allowed them to fully decompress and air out prior to using, which, I think helped make them so comfy. With these pillows, I can actually lie on my back to sleep with firm but soft neck support. This is a big thing for me because I have chronic neck and hip pain, which both get slightly better from lying on my back, but I’ve never had a pillow that gives enough support but is also soft to allow me to sleep that way. My husband is also impressed with the support and has swapped his old pillow out with this one for good.

I am a multi pillow user typically and like a firm pillow as well. I like that it didn't feel flimsy but was expecting it to be a bit firmer. I usually go from sleeping on my back to my side, and like that it molded to either way. All in all, it's not a bad pillow.

So I have been sleeping on this pillow for the past week and it is very comfortable and maintains it shape. It’s the perfect medium between soft and hard. I’m not entirely sure that the cooling effect is noticeable unless you have a very thin pillowcase. I tend to use thicker pillowcases, and therefore I cannot tell a difference. I am newly postpartum with a newborn baby and a lack of sleep, so it’s nice to be able to drift off to sleep immediately when my head hits the pillow. This pillow makes it enjoyable to sleep when I can. There’s also no noticeable smell to the pillow like many others have. The height of the pillow is just right for head support without straining your neck. Some pillows are way too thick or way too thin and causes neck strain, or cramping, but not this one.
