I've been using the Serta Cooling pillow during the last few weeks of summer. It has been a great product over all. I typically suffer from hot flashes throughout the night, bit since I've been using these pillows my body temp has been alot cooler throughout the night. My hair is natural so I like to using cooling pillows along with a silk pillowcase to reduce sweating.

Well, these pillows are amazing I always worry about my neck, moving around feeling hot but was a awesome sleeping . I honestly slept like an angel. No problem with my neck is not hot and very comfortable, my husband loved it too. I might gonna buy more pillows for my kids and I know what kind I’m gonna buy. Thank you so much

These pillows are amazing and for such a great value! I replaced my fiancés old pillows with them without telling him and he has noticed an improvement in his sleep quality. He did realize after a couple days but he is glad I made the change. I will be stocking up on these for my routine pillow swaps. Great Job!!

When I got the pillows I opened them and thought they were not going to be the best at all. When I did use them I was wrong they were comfy with a nice softness for my neck. Especially while camping, with the cold air it made it very cooling and even more comfy!

Used the Serta Cooling gel memory foam pillow the night they arrived, and every night since. I am a hot sleeper and they helped keep me cool throughout the night. I did not wake up as often to flip to the "cool" side of the pillow to go back to sleep.

So night number three of my new pillows has been pretty good. This is the first time in a long time that I have not woken up with my neck hurting. The pillows almost feel like there’s chopped up pieces of firm-memory foam, so your neck kind of sinks into it. If you like a really firm pillow, I don’t know if this would be a good pillow for you.

The pillow is made with memory foam so you have to like the way it feels. The foam has held its shape well and not flatten out. I can’t say it cooling because I’m usually hot all night and didn’t feel a difference. The foam pillow did not fit the lining so there is excess material on the sides, maybe in case it flattens out later. So far my favorite pillow at night.

Great nights sleep. As with all pillows you will experience some settling from the fill material. Unlike most pillows, this one has a zippered inner liner that allows you to add or remove material as needed over time. Love the removable outer cover which makes keeping my pillow clean easier than expected.

I was surprised how “cool” it was even though it was memory foam. Usually with memory foam it can get pretty warm, especially if you use a fleece pillow case. But I didn’t sweat at all using it. It was also very supportive. I usually don’t like pillows that are very stiff since it tends to hurt my neck, but this pillow had a nice combination of maintaining support and conforming to my head/neck.

Alright. No-nonsense review(s) coming to you. To give a fair rating, I used the pillow without a pillow case. Just the outer lining that came with it. The pillow is soft to the touch and the abovementioned liner is removable/machine washable. The pillow is advertised as a "cooling" pillow which I being a warmer sleep would appreciate, and would agree it does offer cooling properties. Although l, it does leave me wanting more of a cooling affect. Probably will be better and ideal for individuals who dont run warmer while sleeping. -half a star. I will also add the pillow out of the packaging has a rather unique aroma. Comparable to a sterile environment. I believe its due to memory foam pellets that fill the pillow. Given the initial strength of said scent an additional-.5 star. I will admitt the scent does fade rarher quickly after a few (3-5) uses. Sleep postions: back, side. Overall would reccomend this product strong four out of five stars.
