I found it difficult to fall asleep on this pillow. It’s comfortable at first, but being a side sleeper I’m bothered by the “crackling” of the fibers as the pillow forms to your head. Once it does settle, I feel it’s too soft to give good support. That being said, it’s the perfect pillow to put behind your back for support that’s just right. I would’ve loved these when I was pregnant to support my belly and back.

The serta cooling gel memory foam pillow was quite nice. It did a decent job of staying cool through the night and it was a very comfortable pillow. It is not one solid piece of memory foam, but instead its broken up pieces which I think I prefer. The only complaint is that the memory foam pieces kind of lump together so I had to fluff it up a lot.

These pillows are definitely hotel quality comfort but cooling? Not so sure about that. The memory foam allows for a good nights sleep. Felt like sleeping on a cloud where your head wont sink in. Its a good pillow though. I just wouldnt market it as "cooling"

My husband and I have been using these pillows for several nights now and they truly work really well. The cooling insert material is amazing. It conforms to your head and neck and really allows for a great night sleep. I like sleeping on my side and this pillow allows for me to continue to sleep on my side. I really love how the filling is super squishy as well and I can manipulate it to my pleasure. The fact that there are 2 pillows in one pack is an even better game changer.

They smelled terrible when I opened the box but the smell went away after a few days. I couldn’t really tell that it was a cooling pillow. Aside from that it is a little firm for those that like firm pillows. I did like the pillows and would buy them again.

I didn’t realize how much we needed new pillows until we slept with these! They are surprisingly an AMAZING pair of pillows for only $13! They’re not flat or too soft. My boyfriend and I loved them so much, we ended up going back to buy another pack! They also don’t make us hot during the night.

I bought 2 packs 2 mos ago to make my grandkids Tie Pillows Covers to go with their Tie Blankets I made them. I was so impressed with the coolness of the gel and the comfort of the pillow that I kept one for myself. Since then my sister loved mine so much that she ordered one for each of her grandkids and I ordered 3 more bags of two for my daughter and her family...and you can't go wrong with the price tag of only $9.95 for 2 in a bag! MY PILLOW...STEP ASIDE!

These are great pillows! I love that they can be used whether I’m sleeping on my back, side, or stomach, and the gel memory foam offers adequate support. The size of the gel foam is good, too, it’s not too small that it doesn’t hold its shape, or too big that you feel it too much. My husband has a hot head and usually wets his pillows, with these he only had to flip it once. That’s a win! If you have a really hot head, you should find a lot of relief.

Fantastic Product! Great neck support! Soft and firm at the same time! I was worried at first when i opened the product because it had a smell to it but nothing that airing it out for a bit wont fix! Over all great product!! Dont sleep on it… well do.. but get them now! ;)

I received this pillow, and after several days of using it, I can safely say that it's a great product for its price to quality ratio. The memory foam provides good support for my head and neck and you can feel the coolness from the gel materials. We immediately washed the pillow and followed the instructions, It didn't loose its shape after drying up and the zipper cover is very well made. I've found myself waking up feeling refreshed and free of any stiffness or discomfort.
