This is a perfect pillow for those who do not like high/firm pillows. I have been sleeping much better with this foam pillow. It's a little more of a sofer side for a foam pillow, but that's why I like it. The whole memory foam pillows always have been too firm for me but this shredded ones feel much softer and easy on my neck. I'll definitely repurchase!

The pillows are nice and seem soft and supportive but ultimately they were not comfortable through the night. They were a bit on the firm side and had too much of an upright position. Back sleepers may find them more comfortable but I'm a side sleeper and this pillow did not work for me.

This pillow pack comes with two very soft pillows that feels like it is full of little chunks of foam. Alas, when you unzip it and look it really is just a bunch of little chunks of foam; honestly kinda looks like the pieces they’d pick up after trimming a big piece? Well, I really liked my pillow as I prefer the lay down and your head sinks in feeling but my wife couldn’t stand it because it had “no support”. So we compromised and gave it 4 stars.

I bought this pillow 3 weeks ago and overall I’m really happy with the pillows performance it’s cooling and sinks you in which is great for me and my dog loves it! So does my kid she steals my pillows when I’m at work I always have a good nights rest on this pillow and have almost no complaints overall!

I honestly was not expecting such a well put together pillow. I have allergies so the first cover is nice to have in addition to the containment for the memory foam. This is also great since it makes sure the memory foam doesn’t come out and is easy for washing.

This pillow has grown on me. It was a bit hard when I first started with it but by night 3 it was broken in enough to be very comfortable. I like that it is a bit overstuffed for when I want some support when sitting up reading in bed, but after breaking it in it’s still soft enough for comfort when sleeping. Four out of five stars, would recommend if you like a firmer pillow at night.

Package and product arrived in great shape. I personally struggled the first night using them because I was so accustomed to my previous pillows. However, after that first night, I had no problem. They have the right amount of support, not overly firm or too soft. Total sleep inducers!! Wish they came in King size too.

Hubby and i needed some new pillows when we bought a new bed and we got these for only $10 after taxes and loved them so much when a few months later i realized they still had them for that price i bought another set. Our bed is the most comfortable place to sleep and these pillows help that even more! My husband now doesn’t complain of “bat man neck” hahah

The new Serra cooling memory foam pillows are amazing! I’m a super hot sleeper and have tried everything possible to stay cool, from sheets to mattresses to pillows and fans. These pillows are comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. After using them for about a week, I have found that not only am I not waking up all sweaty, but that I am waking up more rested. I am a side sleeper through and through, and these pillows are supportive enough for a good nights rest. The only downfall is we got them in standard size and not king. Yes, when you take them out of the bag, they will have a memory foam smell, however they are completely machine washable and the smell disappears after a few days. Huge upside for our family because we have several cats and dogs. Allergies are a big issue in Texas, so having the ability to throw these pillows in the wash and then fluff dry helps keep away the pet dander. My family recommends these pillows, if you’re looking to stay cooler and get a great nights sleep!

I recently purchased this pillow that claimed to provide support, but it turned out to be hard and incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. This pillow felt more like a rock than a comfortable sleep accessory. I woke up with neck and shoulder pain every morning, which is not what I expected from a pillow. I ended up having to replace it with a softer, more comfortable option. I wouldn't recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a good night's sleep. It simply didn't live up to its promise of comfort and support.
