The pillow is perfect, its firmness is a perfect middle point, it is refreshing and very comfortable. It is simply everything you expect for a good rest. I highly recommend the pillow, excellent option, soft texture in its fabric, good size and very good height

This pillow is comfortable, plush, and very cool. It’s very fluffy and even if I’ve only had it a few days, it hasn’t lost its fullness. I’m super picky with pillows. I haven’t found the perfect one just yet as I’m a side sleeper and this one lacks a little extra support for that, but non the less it’s a great pillow. My husband really liked it too!

When unpacking the pillow from the plastic, I immediately noticed a strong chemical smell. I left it to air out for 3 days and it was still strong. I used a pillowcase which helped with the smell but unfortunately did not completely mask the scent. I have cooling pillows and did not notice any cooling aspect of this specific pillow. The pillow itself is not uncomfortable or too firm, but it is made out of foam pieces not a singular piece of foam.

Overall I am happy with my pillows! Pillows are comfortable and soft as a cloud. They are fluffy and give neck support to help you fall asleep fast. I am rating four stars as I would have preferred to have more cooling. I can’t wait to get these for my family.

I used this pillow about a week before I wrote this review. This Serta Cooling pillow is better than most “cooling” brand pillows out there. I reside in the south portion of Florida so it gets pretty sticky icky down here and I can honestly say that I don’t dread laying my head on this pillow at night after a long hot day. It is memory foam and it does NOT feel like other memory foam pillows I’ve tried in the past. Instead of one big piece of foam the pillow is made up of littler pieces to help I really cradle your head. I’m a stomach/side sleeper and don’t have to moosh the pillow under my neck and head, it fits and feels very comfortable. The outter case is a soft fabric that gives your the impression that it won’t just be used to soak up sweat. I would definitely recommend this pillow for your next daytime nap or bedtime.

Love these pillows they definitely feel cooler. They have a nice weight to them. My daughter keeps stealing them. I am a stomach and side sleeper and they work well in both positions. My husband is a stomach sleeper and he says they are to thick to sleep with but love to use them to prop up in bed to watch tv. They can get smoshed down fairly quickly but fluff right back up

The pillows have been great so far. Firm enough for support, but soft enough to allow your head to sink in. I wouldn't say they are cooling pillows, but they don't make me hot as most memory foam does. They are smaller than a normal queen size pillow, and I would consider that the only downside.

I have been using these pillows for approximately 2 weeks now. I am very happy with the comfortability these pillows provide. First off the price is unbeatable for two Serta Memory Foam Cluster Pillows. Second, the comfortability level is top notch. Before receiving these pillows, my sleep was restless. The pillow I did have was too stiff. These pillows are soft and adjustable to your preference. It did not take long for my restless sleep to become a night of comfort. My children have even tried to steal my new pillows for their own comfort! I highly recommend this purchase and will be getting them again!

This pillow is a personal favorite for both my daughter and myself. Normally a 10 year old and a 40 year old wouldn't have much in common when it comes to pillows but that is where this set shines. My daughter likes a thinner pillow (she sleeps on her back) and I sleep on my side and prefer a firmer pillow. The pillows have two zippers and you can actually adjust the amount of fill in each pillow. Both of us like the cooling aspect of the pillow fill with my only minor complaint coming from the smell of the new foam. The smell seems to be fading quickly but you might want to air out the pillows a bit before use if you are sensitive to such things.

I received this pillow, and after several days of using it, I can safely say that it's a great product for its price to quality ratio. The memory foam provides good support for my head and neck and you can feel the coolness from the gel materials. We immediately washed the pillow and followed the instructions, It didn't loose its shape after drying up and the zipper cover is very well made. I've found myself waking up feeling refreshed and free of any stiffness or discomfort.
