I have been using this pillow for just under two weeks now. This pillow is a shredded memory foam style pillow, and as with most memory foam products it takes some time for the smell to disappear. While it wasn't in use, I just left the pillow case and its protective cover off to allow it to air-out, and after two days the smell was gone. Some nights I have slept well using it, but other nights the foam seems to thin out where I lay my head so I wake up and have to flip my pillow to help disperse the memory foam shreds. Shredded memory foam is supposed to have a cooling effect, but I haven't noticed any difference in temperature between this pillow and my old, solid memory foam pillow. It's nice that this pillow has a protective cover you can remove, and the pillow containing the shredded foam also has a zipper that can be opened so you can add/remove foam to suit your fill preference. Overall it's an okay pillow. I'll probably alternate between several pillows I already own and this one, since no pillow ever seems to stay comfortable for me for longer than a few months.

Amazing pillows I’m was born raised feather on tic pillows I have tried every other pillow out there.... all of them. These pillows are amazing I have trouble sleeping not with these their almost like down no more neck pain fall right off to sleep. I loved them so much I had to purchase a second set.

As someone who struggles getting in just the "right" position to sleep, these pillows have been God sent. They are so comfortable, you can feel the gel but its subtle enough that you forget about it. I'm a very hot sleeper also, so the fact that they don't get hot is awesome! I've been able to fall asleep so quickly, and I stopped waking up with neck pain. These pillows are the best!

These are really great pillows to begin with. They do take about a week for them to break in and stop from smelling, but that's normal. I am a hot sleeper so this definitely did help keep me cool. They are really easy to wash. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I quite like these pillows. I use them to prop myself up while reading. I use a special pillow to sleep as I have bulging disks in my neck, but these are great for when I don't want to lay down completely. Nice and plush! And no sweating in the hot, southern summer!

Overall, this is one of the better pillows that I have used. The pros: it does not go flat over the course of the night, it is soft yet supportive, and provides excellent head/neck support for side sleepers. The cons: it is advertised as 'cooling'; however, I would not say that this pillow is any cooler than other pillows that I have used. The pillow does not feel hot through the night, but it is also not 'cool'.

This pillow is soft, fluffy, & comfortable. I use it with a silk pillow case to decrease hair frizz. The pillow perfectly cradles my head, it has helped to align my spine - I am a side sleeper. Ten/ten would recommend to a friend. Pillow has great cooling properties (I haven't sweat since using this pillow last week).

An amazing deal..two pillows for under ten bucks and the deal makes me a little suspicious about them....what could be wrong with them? After two weeks I have no problems with the Serta Cool Pillows. It remains to be seen as to how well they will hold up. While not really cool, they don't seem to be as hot as a "regular" pillow, whatever that is. (We have lots of "regular" pillows in the house among the bedrooms... they all seem to feel "hot" after an hour or so of attempting to sleep.) So far, the "Cool" pillows are an improvement. They're fairly firm. We bought six.

I bought my first set about 2 years ago, and over the years I have bought more sets because they are amazing. They are fluffy, and dense. I like a pillow with some weight to it. They are very soft, but still firm and full enough that head doesn't end up on the mattress after a few years. There is no strange smell, and the covers can be washed. It surprises me that they are still the same low price, as I would pay double the amount. It's hard to find good pillows that aren't $50+ a piece. These are those pillows, which sell for $10 a set. I never write reviews, but these pillows are worth it!

I have been using these pillows for approximately 2 weeks now. I am very happy with the comfortability these pillows provide. First off the price is unbeatable for two Serta Memory Foam Cluster Pillows. Second, the comfortability level is top notch. Before receiving these pillows, my sleep was restless. The pillow I did have was too stiff. These pillows are soft and adjustable to your preference. It did not take long for my restless sleep to become a night of comfort. My children have even tried to steal my new pillows for their own comfort! I highly recommend this purchase and will be getting them again!
