These pillows are not at all what you think when you hear memory foam pillow, instead of a brick of foam they are made with chucks of foam so they are very comfortable and contour easily to your neck and back. So they are the most comfortable pillow I have ever used, and additional to being comfortable as the label says they are a cool pillow usually I get up a few times through the night to flip over my pillow to keep it cool but I can sleep though the night and they stay cool the entire time. Lastly the pillows are amazing at keeping their shape, just a little fluffing and they are like brand new! 10/10 highly recommended.

I am so happy with my purchase. They are the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. They are soft and fluffy, but they also support my neck and head very well. They don’t get hot or sweaty, because they have gel memory foam that adjusts to my body temperature and shape. The pillows have a nice cover that I can take off and wash whenever I want. They look great on my bed and they make me feel cozy and relaxed. I sleep so much better with these pillows and I wake up feeling refreshed and energized. Serra gel memory foam pillows are the best thing that ever happened to my sleep. If you are looking for new pillows, you should definitely check them out

This pillow is absolutely amazing. There are small foam pieces in the pillow that can make it as fluffy or as flat as you would like. After trying this pillow out I will definitely be purchasing more of these pillows for every room in the house. In fact these would even be a perfect gift.

The cooling gel memory foam pillows are a definite buy-again. Depending on your taste, they may be a little thick, but the pillow itself is very comfortable. I like the bedroom nice and cool while I sleep, so having the cooling gel certainly makes a difference. The pillows arrived in pristine condition and the fact that they are washable is a huge plus for down the road!

I am a back sleeper and I have the hardest time finding good pillows. Ive tried probably 5 different pillows in the last year. So far these are the BEST! They stay cool as described AND I havent had a problem with them going flat. I like thick pillows and the memory foam center in these is fantastic! Definitely recommend!

When I got these pillows I was concerned because most foam pillows have a smell that bothers me (I'm sensitive to scents on some products). However, with these I didn't notice a scent, I did still leave them out in the guest room to air out for a day just in case. I've now slept with this pillow for a week and noticed a big improvement in my sleep and reduction in neck stiffness in the morning. It's not overly firm like some foam pillows because it's not a solid foam pillow. The inside is for lack of a better descriptor chopped up pieces (see picture) that let you adjust the shape but then retain it. I haven't noticed a huge cooling factor but I have noticed that it doesn't heat up throughout the night but remains close to room temp. I typically sleep on my side and think this is a great pillow for it. Definitely worth purchasing!

Serta memory foam pillow is definitely a good choice. Plenty of fluff for those that like a thick pillow, and able to remove stuffing for a flatter pillow. I used it full stuffing as a small body pillow. I removed some stuffing for a head pillow. The removable cover is great for washing. The temperature maintained cool, as i didnt find myself needing to keep flipping to the cool side like other pillows.

I’ve often found that pillows are a difficult buy, particularly since everyone has a different sleep positions. I’m a side sleeper and my wife is a back sleeper. We had a good nights sleep which is unusual with a new pillow. Not sure how these would work with a stomach sleeper but these are hotel grade at a good price.

Cooling piece of the pillow is very attractive and does the job for my husband better than other ones he has tried. However we are not the biggest fans of the memory foam as we feel like we sink into the pillow more than we would like. I am currently using it more as a leg/knee pillow and is much better than a head pillow.

The cooling Serta pillow is very comfortable and optimally plush and firm. I was looking for a change in our pillows as we had pillows that were really giving us neck aches as they were not firm enough and would sulk too deep when we slept. These pillow provide good cushioning to your neck while keeping your posture apt. I would recommend this product who are looking for something not too stiff and like moderately firm and plush pillows.
